Nice king bed. Hotel close to the shopping and highway. The room did smell musty and maybe mildew. I noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway. The towels were very soft.

Mold on shower ceiling, hot water screaming in pipes when taking a shower, front lobby unlocked after hours and appears to not be monitored by anyone. This is unsafe and the door is equipped to read a key badge for entry. No extra security lock on door to the room.

Every single member of that staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The side door is broken, so you have to use the front entrance, and there is no sign telling you that. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but edible.

Needs updates in many areas. Safety bar broken off in the tub/shower. AC didn't work properly and wouldn't adjust. No one is ever at the desk. I rang the bell to get someone to check in. No elevator but the desk clerk was helpful and carried my suitcase to the top of the stairs for me.

The hotel is what you would expect for the price… The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.. Would have given it a better rating but the fact that there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs was not fun, quite exhausting… Then there is really no sitting area outside just a picnic table They have the space and it could be so much more a nice patio area for guests to enjoy would be a great addition Besides those two issues, everything was great the area was close to everything we needed and the staff was very helpful and courteous If in Mexico I would recommend staying here

The room had a musty smell,trash on the floor, the bathtub had hair and dirt in it. we didnt have enough towels .i even went ans bought room disinfectant and air freshner but it didn't work. The bed looked like someone was laying on it and it was also dirty.

event we were staying for canceled at 4:15 pm the day before when tried to cancel Hotel said they could but had to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com said hotel would not cancel even though only 15 mins after deadline. I stay in hotels 3 days a week and other then high end tourist areas have never had to cancel that early.

The hotel is what you would expect for the price… The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean..
