Parking was good. Seem to be enough spots for the guests you had booked. Room had issues in the bathroom. The tub was not completely clean (or has permanent black damage) and paint was missing/peeling between the tub and door. The exhaust fan should likely be tied to the lights so that it does not steam up so much and cause water damage to the shower/toilet area.

It was down a dead end road which was nice. It does have a big parking lot for tractor trailers but I do not know if it was for them just to stay there or if they were spending the night at the hotel but it’s made for the hotel right in front. Bed was nice pillows were small, but I bring my own pillow anyway

Check in was fast. Room was decent. Some areas like the tub and carpet seem dirty but it was ok for a one night stay. We enjoyed breakfast, they have a good selection. Wish the pool was open but sadly it’s only seasonal. The area is not too bad for a small town. We like that there’s Walmart, a gas station, restaurants and other businesses across the street. That made it convenient. Free parking and WiFi was a plus for us too.

Everything was excellent. Room space, comfort, and cleanliness were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Convenient parking and location. Lobby/common areas were just right--not overpowering, not uncomfortably elegant, but comfortable and convenient. Price seemed right, even a bargain for what we got. This motel exceeded my expectations in all ways.

My daughter in law, granddaughter and great granddaughter stayed there for 5 days it was close enough to my homes on i was able to take them to all the places I wanted to take them to. We had a great visit and used the pool every day.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival & during check in & at breakfast the next morning. The lobby & breakfast area were the only areas we saw during our stay as it was just a one night, brief stay. The breakfast was great, tons of options & included with our stay. Our room was good not great. The bed was comfy & linens were clean and good. The room just showed signs of neglect in the cleaning department. Overall, a good place to stay.

Check-in was very slow, and then the deadbolt on my door didn't work. And the carpet was dirty. I had to wait quite a while for a new room. The deadbolt worked and the carpet appeared clean in the new room, but the chair was stained. It smelled a sour dirty smell that I think came from the chair or carpet. The motel location is very quiet, but the people staying near me had a very noisy child.

Room was immaculate! Bed was amazingly comfortable! Staff was great, especially the breakfast attendant ! Breakfast was wonderful! Everything was fresh and delicious plus well kept in food and cleanliness! Room temperature was good Could adjust to whatever we wanted! Great hotel!!!

First night it got extremely warm and humid in the room even with the ac on. Figured out on the last morning that the window glass had been opened and closed crooked leaving a gap for the outside air to come in. Last morning, we woke up to ants all over the desk. Breakfast was good. Front desk employee was nice.

The location is peaceful and quiet. The bathroom area of the room was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable--exactly what I love! The microwave and fridge were perfectly clean. The room appeared clean in general, but there were several ugly stains on the bedspread and chair. I wonder if the rooms are ever deep-cleaned. Also, some of the outside lights at the main entrance are out and some blink on & off. It makes me wonder if the motel is being properly maintained.

Staff was indifferent, not outright rude but not really helpful, either--somewhat unfriendly. I needed to speak to someone at the desk twice, but they would not answer the desk phone when I tried calling from my room. I tried multiple times regarding both issues but no one would answer. One of the times, it was to ask if they could request that the guests in the room directly above mine stop running and jumping around so that I could sleep. It sounded like a lot of kids horsing around. I waited a while before trying to call, but it went on for over two hours. I never got through to the desk, but it did stop sometime after 10 p.m. Also, the air conditioning unit did not seem to be operating at capacity as it did not cool consistently and seemed to be spitting moisture making a noise and causing the carpet to be damp in the room.

A good price with really good accommodations. The King Suite was spacious. The living room setting was perfect for our extended stay. The AC units were quiet, did not roar while running as so many other hotel units do. Rooms were very clean. Staff very accommodating. Hot breakfast with several choices was good. Forty minutes from Bentonville, AR. Considering the higher hotel rates in Bentonville and the surrounding areas, this hotel was a good price worthy of the short drive.

The beds are extremely hard, it said the reservation was for a jetted tub aka jacuzzi that was not the case. It was a normal bathrub with jets that didnt work. Other then that and being stabbed by the springs in the bed all night it was an ok place to stay

Booked and paid for the room on Expedia when we got to the hotel, the receptionist notified me that there was a $20 pet fee, which was OK give her my card to charge the $20 pet fee instead she charged me $129 for the room and a $20 pet fee later that evening I was charged again for $129 and additional pet fee

Not much choice of hotel in Neosho. We were in town for a funeral. after driving two days to get there we arrive 40 minutes before check in there was a 25.00 fee to check in early and we ask about late checkout only so we could change our clothes after the funeral before heading out of town we only needed an hour later. Another 25.00 fee for late checkout. Needless to say we didn’t choice either of those option. A small convenience store let us use their bathrooms to change clothes. Would not stay here again. Tire of travel industry trying to attached fees to their customers. Next time will choice a hotel in another city and drive a little ways.

Place was clean. Our room had a loud heater unit that would rattle when it kicked on. They don’t serve breakfast on Saturday until 7 am which we had an event that started at 7. Hotel was good for the price.
