The hallway and the room smelled terrible ,the 1st room (nonsmoking) smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a pair of men's underwear behind the bathroom door and pubic hair in the tub, the other room was a little better until my wife saw a cockroach go up the wall. WILL NOT be back

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and while it probably was it still smelled smoky and musty. There was a bug. And also little red spots on the sheets which made us search the room to make sure there weren’t any bedbugs. We didn’t see any and didn’t seem to get any but it did make us nervous, so it was hard to go to sleep. I think the mustiness probably made the room seem dirtier than it probably was but smells will do that.

Stay for 2 nights. They didn’t clean room and change towels. Sheet covers with smoke burnt spots, some towels with dried blood spots. The outlets were too old and some didn’t work.

This place was just OK for a one-night stay, passing through Neosho on your way to elsewhere. However, my non-smoking room was receiving a healthy dose of smoke wafting up from either another guest’s room or the owner’s quarters downstairs. With the so-so cleanliness, the smell of smoke was enough to make me want to choose a different hotel the next time I’m in the area. There are many to choose from in Southwest Missouri.

Well there was no breakfast!!! The big deal was the bed bugs!!!! Then our door keys were shut off 30 mins early while we were trying to take our stuff to our car. It was a dirty room. I'll never stay there again!!!!!

I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my parents. Rooms had to be adjusted because even though I requested ground level for my parents they had us on the second floor and my parents can not comfortably climb stairs. Also it was listed to have a breakfast each morning, there was no breakfast only coffee.
