Holiday Inn Poplar Bluff by IHG

Staff is very rude,especially the head maintenance woman. She proceeded to yell at me for having the door open to the pool room yet she allowed one of her friends from Grandin to sneak in and use it the night before. I guess if u enjoy being yelled at by a grown adult for leaving a door open that doesnt have any signs stating it cannot be left open then feel free to get a hotel here.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly. The only inconvenience was that after checking in and going to the room the keys didn't work. Had to go back to the front desk to check these. Everything else was good.

Did not use business facilities. Bar had sign 1/2 price drafts during bb tourney but charged full price.

It's a standard new Holiday Inn, so it's very well-designed and has everything in the right place. The restaurant is adequate, if unexciting, and there's plenty of parking right in front of the hotel.
