My fridge was completely frozen when replacing it you could see the mold where the old fridge was. They didnt even wipe it down. There was a dirty sock that could be seen when the fridge was moved there was no attempt to pick that up. Upon further inspection there was a pair of dirty panties behind there also.

The first room we were assigned smelled like someone had vaped in the room. The desk staff were prompt and helpful in getting us another room on the same floor. The room was clean, but we had ants crawling near the desk area. The evening snacks and drinks is a bit of a joke so we didn't even bother with the breakfast. The hotel is aged and needs a complete refresh; however, the proximity to the airport is perfect.

The room was very nice, clean and pristine. The only downside was that it didn’t smell the best when we first opened the door. It had a stale, smoky smell. Glad that the sink area is separate from the tub/shower. The staff are top notch, so friendly and welcoming. They quickly got us checked in and out. Love the convenience of the shuttle service to the airport.

We were looking for a very basic property that was a good value, that was clean and problem-free. That's exactly what we got, along with a neat little pantry that we bought snacks from one night. The staff was very nice, the facility was a little bit funky and not a copy of every hotel in the world (a plus for us). Our room also had a microwave and a fridge, which was nice and would be really good for a longer stay than the two days we spent there. The fridge itself wasn't crammed with overpriced snacks and alcohol, so we could actually use it for things. The only criticism I can think of, really, is that the "snacks" they talk about aren't much -- so don't let that be your deciding factor. Breakfast was much better, but if you roll in at 5 PM to get your room secured and are counting on the snacks to carry you to dinner, maybe best to bring something in with you. :P Overall, we found it to be a great value and will be staying here again when we're in St. Louis. Absolutely delighted at the value.

Pictures of the property make it appear much newer than it actually is. The beds are comfortable, washers and dryers are available, there is free parking, and the staff is nice. But, the property is old, the bathrooms are small, and it appears to be sandwiched between two nicer properties – the Marriott and the Drury Inn.

We’ve stayed at the Pear Tree Inn in St. Louis multiple times, and it’s always been one of our favorite places to stay. Unfortunately, they were sold out most of the week during this trip, so we had to book a different hotel—but we were lucky enough to snag the last room for our final night. As always, the staff was wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless, which is something I truly appreciate every time we stay here. Their complimentary breakfast was also plentiful, which made our morning easy and enjoyable. Pear Tree Inn continues to deliver the comfort and consistency that keep us coming back. Highly recommend!

I think it is terrible when need to check in early to freshen up and told your room is ready but we will charge you $20 to get in early! Money hungry. Needless to say last time staying here. I arrived at 2PM.

The front desk person charged my card when the room was already paid for. It was almost midnight when we checked in after a long day of travel and a 2 hour flight delay. I was tired and in no mood to argue with het. Then later a phone call from her saying there was another person with my same name and so she said my room was in fact paid gor and she would csncel the payment. Its been 11 days now and no refund. I called and they deny any charges.

We arrived a bit early and asked if we could check in to 1 of our 2 reserved rooms. We were allowed to do so for a fee. We had called ahead to ask about leaving a car there for an extra night as we had to fly for one day for a funeral...the person I spoke to said the fee would likely be waived since we had 2 rooms for a night...but upon arrival was told...no way that would happen...so another fee. Upon return, getting the shuttle back to the hotel was fast and easy. Most of the desk agents were friendly, one was a bit more sour. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, with a shuttle to the airport...but don't expect to get any considerations when it comes to fees for anything.

I was only at the hotel for a few hours before my early morning flight. The evening desk clerk was so very helpful and friendly. He even recommended I use their long-term parking rather than the airport because their shuttle is 24 hours (which is not what it says in the Hotels.com listing). Unfortunately, the youn lady working the desk in the night shift was not helpful nor friendly. She seemed upset that she had to leave the computer to answer my questions and made a fuss about not being able to print a receipt for my stay. The shuttle driver was a great guy and very helpful with my luggage.

My daughter checked in at about 9:00 pm, we had requested a baby crib, crib was not there, smell of weed near the lobby. At around 11:00 pm, the crib had still not arrived, she opted to leave and go to Drury Suites in Brentwood.

The staff was super helpful, friendly, and fun. We requested an early check-in and they accommodated with no problem. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed and pillows were so wonderful...I wanted to take them home!! The breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely stay again!

Pear Tree is our go to hotel when we need to fly out of St. Louis. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the shuttle to the airport is usually on time and very reliable, and you get a free drink ticket upon check in! The rooms are always clean and super comfortable as well. Plus if you need long term parking for your vehicle, there is an outdoor parking right next door and Bandana's BBQ next door as well. Not many other options to eat at within walking distance though so if you are without a vehicle just know your options are limited.

feels very new inside room-new fixtures, nice tile in bath, beds firm and comfortable, bedding good, pillows too firm for me. quiet. excellent continental bkfst with eggs, biscuits/gravy, browned sausage patties, waffles, cereals, breads - muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, teas. nice staff.

It was good,, like most hotels, the breakfast is ok, it at least puts something in your stomach. The kickback was a joke on Friday, chips and cheap wine and bud light. Rooms could be bigger, but are comfy.
