The front desk person (Minela) was wonderful to work with, she was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice until a pipe broke causing it to be shut down for safety.

Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Clean. Location is so-so, in an industrial park. The exercise room is severely lacking: terrible lighting, no remote for TV, no cleaning wipes for equipment, elliptical (one of only 3 cardio equipment in the building) was broken.

The hotel was just off the highway behind a Crackle Barrel restaurant. It has a nice pool that was surprisingly salt water filter so it is not as hard on your skin and hair. The only drawback about the pool was it was cold and it didn’t seem to be filtering as much because there was often on hair just floating around, but there wasn’t a lot. It just probably needed a little more cleaning. The beds felt hard at first, but overall they were actually quite restful. I got a great night sleep. The ACs were amazing especially in the summer and it was quite not like a lot of busy traffic going by. You could not hear the highway at all. There was a QT just down the road which what I thought was great. You could explore St Louis Mo great from the location of the hotel. They have a hot breakfast with WAFFLES!! The hotel had a cute workout room. I also like that you need a room key to access the hotel and workout area. In the evenings, they had a cute little popcorn machine, and you could get popcorn. I would stay at this hotel again.

It was okay. Staff was polite and check-in was easy. When arriving to our room on the first floor walking in it smelled awful. It smelled like wet, moldy towels. I did not want to sit on the couch or take my shoes off or take a shower. I asked for an extra blanket, thankfully, had a sleeping bag that I put on top of the bed. The bed was comfortable and it was a good night rest to continue my travels.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options. The pool was clean and my five year old enjoyed it. The lobby was clean and modern. They had water and popcorn set out all day. Not a far drive from the city.

Check-in was amazing. Staff was great. The bed is very firm and not comfortable. Room is clean. Doors were slamming around 0500 and walls / ceiling are thin.

The hotel was very noisy. Children were running up and down the halls at night. Noises from the floor above us made it sound like someone was coming right through the ceiling, even during the middle of the night. The bathroom was extremely tiny. The sink was outside of the bathroom, making it very inconvenient for us.

Great basic room, but it was very basic and blankets very thin for the price in my opinion. Breakfast was subpar and was cleared out by 8:59, they definitely were not joking about the cut off time lol. There was also a $100 security deposit required which was not mentioned anywhere when booking or under hotel info. Otherwise it was clean and bed itself very comfy, nice spot to just sleep for the night if passing thru.

My experience at Best Weatern was pretty good! The only thing I didn’t like is hearing people outside my door as they walk in buy. The doors seem steady/stern enough where I thought once behind the door, you couldn’t hear what’s on the other side door! But I truly think all hotels are somewhat like that! Overall it was a good stay!

We stayed for a birthday celebration. The carpet in the hotel room was sticky and my feet stuck to a spot on the floor. Not all outlets worked. The beds were uncomfortable. You could hear every sound in the hallway. The indoor pool was freezing cold. The staff was friendly upon checking in but we will not stay here again for the price I paid.

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 15 min to check in behind two other guests. Desk clerk finally came down the hall and checked everyone in. Told us that she was breaking up an argument between a couple in. Their room for the second time. We only stayed because we had already paid for the room on Hotel.com.

Our toilet backed up. After contacting the front desk to ask for a plunger, we were told they would contact housekeeping. About an hour later we called the front desk again. We were told that no one was available for housekeeping, their closet was closed and they did not have access to it. I stated, so basically you are saying you cant fix it and we now have no toilet to use? The worker stated she was going to contact the manager. Another 45 minutes later my husband went to the front desk and asked again what they were going to do. They said there was nothing they could do. My husband had to use a plastic bag to unclog the toilet. Upon check out we were told the manager would call us. My husband ended up calling the hotel later that day because we never got a call. The manager agreed to refund half of our money for the room. This was a nice gesture, but overall, housekeeping supplies should be available at all times for situations like this.

Honestly, we did not enjoy our stay. The breakfast was very poor with few options. The room cleaning left much to be desired. The service from the manager was terrible—she was extremely unfriendly. The room we were given had a horrible smell of cigarette mixed with dampness. I could barely sleep the first night because I felt nauseous. We asked to change rooms, and the manager, still very unpleasant, gave us another room in the same condition. We requested to move again—even if it had to be on another day—to a higher floor where there would be more sunlight, but she didn’t care about us at all. We only didn’t switch hotels because we had prepaid the entire stay through Expedia, which was a big issue since we couldn’t cancel or get a refund. In short, it was a regrettable experience. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.

So this is what I didn't like. I booked this for book now and pay later. No where was it located that there would be a deposit for the room. I questioned about this. The one gentleman told me that it was on the website. I went out to my car and showed him the paper that I had, no where on the paper does it say that I would be charge a deposit. Yes I would get it back if the room was in good condition when my foster son and I leave. So I took pictures of what was wrong. Room 220 no hot water in the bathroom for tub or shower. No roll for the toilet paper to be put on, water in the refrigarator and the hair dryer did not work. So yes when I am get extra charges that was not expected I am going to make notes. And the one gentleman in a way was calling me a liar.

There were no towels in the room nor toilet paper. Once we arrived at the hotel, even though we paid online we were also charged deposits at the hotel that we were unaware of and was not told until after we had already checked out that the deposit we paid would take a week to refund. Breakfast was very limited and staff was not rude but not friendly either.

Parking packed and if you return late, you will be parking on the far end of the facility, and it did not feel safe. I let my wife out at the door and drove to the back to park.

Staff was extremely rude. Breakfast was not at all what was promised. The pool appears to have a hot tub… it doesn’t. A bus pulled in with a ton of people, hotel did not plan enough breakfast for that many people so there was nothing left when my family went down with 2 hours left of breakfast. I asked the guy running the breakfast bar for more syrup and he rolled his eyes and ignored me. Horrible experience would not recommend.

We stayed at this Best Western in St Louis for 5 nights on a family vacation. We picked it mostly because of the indoor pool and the full complimentary breakfast. My wife and I were a little disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub but our kids had fun in the pool. The breakfast was really nice - eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pastries, bagels, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, and juice. I was a little disappointed that they only include bacon one day a week and all other days are sausage, but otherwise it was a great breakfast. We thought the beds were a little firm, more than we prefer, but the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The staff was so nice (front desk, kitchen staff, and housekeepers). Breakfast—-terrible. They only have eggs and sausage. The yogurt machine was out. Oatmeal out. Muffins stale. The waffles and cereal (no issues). That’s all on the menu. They did have apple and orange juice, milk. I must say, the hot water was great. You actually got hot water and that’s rare. Bed hard, I mean hard, blankets thin. They do supply enough linen and towels which is great. The facility was clean. Breakfast ends at 9am. I’ve never heard of that. So many had children and was so upset when they went down for breakfast at around 0930.
