Charged got parking. Late to event because local Soccer game. Had to stoning back sat for 30 minutes never moved! Unacceptable for hotel guests being charged. Paid for breakfast for two. Had a cup of coffee and rock hard croissant, for $21! Ver disappointed.

The staff was very friendly, checking was quick, we were able to have first floor as we had requested. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The sliding glass door to the courtyard was perfect. The outdoor seating area is fantastic. There is Starbucks with many food options along with coffee. Very easy to find, right off the highway. Will definitely return as we frequently go to Soulard for live music.

We really appreciated the eraly check-in. The hotel was in a good walking distance from Union Station. The room was clean besides a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only let down was the website indicated the property had a pool but NO pool on site :( Also, we had to pay $15 to park on-site and was told to park in the rear of the building because they were chardging folks $30 to park in the parking lot due to a local event. All, in all we probably would not stay here again due to the lack of pool and the additional parking fee.

So this was a trip for my wife and duaghter, when I booked the trip the one thing that I looked for was a pool and hot tub, my wife was on business and my daughter and I had excursions planned but wanted the pool to relax in until dinner. The reviews and photos were from before the renovations, we arrived and no pool. The staff was very apologetic and gave me a reseason as to why by since I decided to prepay to save I could not leave to get another hotel. It's a great location, you can walk to the convention center in 30 minutes. You are across the street from new soccer stadium and union station is a few blocks away. The restaurant within the hotel was great, the cook and servers in the morning were fantastic and friendly. They did have a gym on site and a siting area with area to play Cornhole. Overall it was a good stay but no pool.

The stay was good for the most part. It was a family trip with us in town for a wedding. The room was wonderful and set up very well. The only problem I had was that I was very bummed that there wasn’t a pool. I thought I saw one on the listing but I guess I was looking at too many at a time and it’s hard to imagine a hotel without a pool. A pool would’ve been the highlight of the stay but they closed it down 3 years ago unfortunately.

Overall, it’s not a bad property. The website states there’s a pool and a hot tub, but that is not true. Also, they don’t put any type of garbage bags in the trash bins which is unsanitary. And I’m not sure why no one came to collect our used towels and bring fresh. My next visit to St. Louis I will probably not stay at this property again.

The room I booked wasnt available so we got upgraded to 2 king rooms, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were spacious, offering room to get ready or relax outside of the bed. And the restaurant/cafe in the lobby was a plus. Many were also using the firepit outside.

Somebody strachy my car with a coin and left on the coin on the car...barley could find a parking place because of a game across the street.. my sister room was infested with ants.. they dont have cameras in the parking lots to see who did my car like that.. that's no right u pay all that money for a room your parking place should be secure.. and they need to have a pest control to spray the building down. Very disappointed.. I came from Arkansas to my brother funeral and we had to deal with all that

When we arrived, the remote for the tv was missing… And the carpet along the windows were wet +++on around 3 feet wide…annoying! We could have asked another room… We arrived late and had to leave early….

Clean, clean, clean, and quiet inside and out! A super friendly staff which is always appreciated after many hours of driving. The common areas and rooms are fresh-looking (newly remodeled/built?), and I would stay here again with no hesitation. It's always nice when the photos of the property match the actual condition.

Checkin was awesome service and quick. However, once arriving to our floor it was extremely hot and smelled horrible like wet dog. Our room was 203 and the air unit did not cool the room at all, ended up calling the front desk at 1030pm and expressing our concerns she offered to send someone up, but after explaining that it has only gotten hotter as the day has gone on nothing was done. The unit would shut off after running for a few minutes so would have to keep getting up through the night for it to atleast run some what of air. The shower was not properly clean, had hair in floor of shower. Around inner bottom of the shower has mold, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Went down the day of check out no hot breakfast and No coffee unless you wanted to order from there fake starbucks. Couldnt go off from what board of drinks where listed. They hold $20 per person of money upon time of check in for items spent at the bistro. Which is fine, but offer more items with fresher items and not bag eggs. Parking was great 24 hour security if parked on side of building.

Room was nice and clean. When paying $150 for a room, should not have to pay another $18 to park. Says free WIFI but you have to sign up for their membership to use it. Never did get the "free" WIFI to work. None of this was mentioned beforehand when making reservation.

The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!

The only issue we had was that the liquid soap container was empty. Other than that everything else was great! Beds were very comfortable, temperature perfect, service at restaurant was great, room service very good, free parking close to entrance, request for late was accepted, etc

The room was very nice and had a great view east, toward downtown with Arch, the Union Station Ferris Wheel, and other sights to behold. Shower in the room was amazing, if you like hot, high-pressure showers.

Check in was ok. The lady behind the desk was not overly welcoming, but was kind enough. She did ask if we had a vehicle and provided parking pass. She neglected to advise us parking was $15 a night. The cost was not an issue, but communication would have been appreciated. We got into the room and there was an empty cigarette pack in the trashcan. Again, not overly concerning, but disappointing. The room itself was nice, but there were a considerable amount of noise from sirens. The air conditioning did not allow you to control the fan in the room. I prefer to have the fan running at all times for the ambient noise, but it would only run for about 30 minutes and then turn back on 30 or so minutes later. This feels like an old hotel that was given a makeover. As we were leaving, we passed a young lady wearing a room cleaners outfit who walked passed up reading a paper. She nearly ran into my wife and we both recognized a heavy marijuana smell. Again, not a deal breaker, but disappointing. I’d stay here again, but there were a number of frustrations.

All the staff, as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and helpful. The person checking us in asked us about what we were doing and our travel. I thought that was super nice. The room was everything we needed for our one night stay. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time there wasn't any fruit in the water in the lobby but we will look over that. 😀 my kids loved the fruit in the water the last time we stayed. Our room was away from any noise and the black put curtains were great the modning after our concert.

Great stay, incredibly accommodating as i lost my wallet my first night. They let me stay even though I did not have my ID or credit card. I was lucky enough that someone returned my wallet to me and I could then give the clerk my info she needed. Went above and beyond to ensure I had a roof over my head that night.

Everything was great but the check in. Got there at 4:30 to go to a concert and no rooms ready. Tough to be from out of the area and pay hundreds of dollars for seats at a concert and had no where to get ready to go the concert.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful!!! He was so friendly and helpful in directing us around downtown St. Louis and answering all of our questions about restaurants, Uber, and safety. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St. Louis.

Despite how expensive the room was for two nights, they only provide cleaning service every other day ; when I called down to ask about extra towels and coffee they said well if you want them come down and get them we don’t deliver. I felt like I was at a hostel and a kid. I went downstairs to retrieve the clean towels and coffee, and the towels weren’t folded just kind of wrapped around each other and trying to carry it upstairs by myself four towels, and four coffees plus cups was most inconvenient and I looked like I was doing the maid service. I don’t understand when you charge that much money for a hotel room why you can’t provide some level of service. You pay an exorbitant amount for a hotel room plus you must pay for parking as well. When we checked in we had to go to five rooms before they could let us in because they were changing the key locks; the management weren’t at all helpful. It’s like it was an imposition because the keys wouldn’t work on our room.

Nothing to do with the property itself. The city is doing street improvements in the area which limits access to safe walking. We were there 2 years ago and the construction was going on then so I would have thought that the sidewalks would be open by now. Again I have no complaints about the property and will stay there again when I have the need to be in that area.

Hotel is clean and everything worked properly. Walkable to Gateway Arch. Sofa bed was great for our grown kids! They mentioned how comfy it was after waking up. We didnt know breakfast wasn’t included. The usual ‘breakfast is included’ was an extra charge and we were bot told. I asked Staff for 4 towels prior to check in and our room had 3 towels. My husband washed and dried with a handtowel. We do not like to call for extra towels after midnight arrival.
