Marriott St. Louis Airport

The hallways and area look like they haven't been remodeled in 30 years. The fake courtyard that used to be a pool looks like something in a trailer park.

We had a very Early flight the next day is reason for our stay here, great for location to airport. We used their shuttle service and left our car at hotel as well and the service was better than the satellite airport parking. Also ate in restaurant, great smash burger!

It was a fine location if you need an overnight stay before the airport. Quick and efficient to the St. Louis airport, but not any restaurants around. Need to eat at the hotel restaurant.

Room was average. Electronic arms to parking areas would not open with room key. Was given a new key card. Had to back out of entry lanes THREE times. The young man at the front desk was using his phone each time I went for assistance. He came out to the arm at one point (for manual open??), said he could not do it. When asked what happens next, he said, "I've done everything I can to help you." Further questioning led to he 'tried' to reach maintenance, but had no idea when they would be out. In the meantime, others were able to access parking. Never able to access parking area. Unbelievably frustrating.

Great property, excellent Staff, bar on site, dining on site, convenient to area attractions.

The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to lambert airport and was really helpful and convenient. The driver was really nice. I will stay again when I get a chance to visit St. Louis and have an early / late flight!

Room was great. Very comfortable. Shuttle service was excellent. Only improvement I would suggest is more servers in the bar/restaurant. Service was slow because they had too many tables to cover for the number of people on staff.

Being able to park on property & being shuttled to & from the airport.

The hotel seems quite outdated. The outdoor pool is all filled in. The hot tub is filled in as well. We did love the airport shuttle service!

We did not know that there was No FREE breakfast, we did not know that the parking was not free, the gates did not work, the employees all said " WE JUST WORK HERE!!!" We would not recommend to anyone! Despite all of this our St. Louis, trip was not ruined!

Blood on the bathroom floor and sticky stuff on the carpet in the bedroom area. Disgusting. Having to pay for parking when you're staying at the hotel is nonsense too. Just another money grab for a room that's already too expensive for one night.

the property itself is fine. my room however was not. smelled like smoke AND the former guest had literally covered the smoke detector and the cleaning staff didnt catch it! also, the tub was dirty. i have never been to a hotel and saw a dirt ring in a tub. we asked to switch room and was told the property was fully booked. needless to say, didnt sleep well at all.

Our check in was at 3:30pm, however we weren’t able to get a room until almost 6pm. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room we stayed in was very gross, even had blood on the shower. The air conditioner was broken and it smelled awful. We would have asked for a different room but we were leaving very early in the morning for a flight.

It looks like they updated the lobby areas and forgot about the rooms. Rooms are outdated & dirty. Bed wasn’t comfortable and my duvet had soooo many stains. Bedding was also very thin. Wish I could be refunded!

Staff was pleasant room had ants in bathroom maybe due to being in a 1st floor room near courtyard but also noticed an old bloodstain on the duvet on check out while searching for my son's phone. May not be a returning guest unless in dire need.

Carpets were very dirty, hallways smell like mariguana 24/7 some people were sketchy we had another guest walk into our room. I mention to front desk at check out they didn’t seem to care.

It was fine, but the room wasn’t super clean and it was pretty pricey for how small the room is compared to other hotels. Food was good, but again, for the price I would have thought hand cut fries instead of frozen would be what I got. Safe, friendly staff and super close to the airport. I’d stay again.

Had a first floor room, near the courtyard killed multiple ants in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but on checkout day pulled top sheet off of duvet found an old dried blood stain which alerts me that bedding may not be cleaned or washed after each stay. May not be a returning guest unless in dire need.

I recently stayed at the St. Louis Marriott Airport Hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Marriott properties. The experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. There was no greeting upon arrival, and they used hand gestures to call guests rather than speak to them. Throughout my stay, the front desk staff consistently displayed a cold demeanor. If they were busy, they didn't even acknowledge the presence of guests, making us feel invisible. Communication with the staff felt more like we were their employees rather than hotel guests, which gave the atmosphere a motel-like feeling rather than a welcoming Marriott experience. The condition of the room was equally concerning. The carpet was gross and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom tub was dirty and questionable in terms of hygiene, which was unexpected from a Marriott hotel. Having stayed in numerous Marriott hotels, this was by far the worst experience I've had in terms of front desk service and room cleanliness. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.

Some key areas were a little dirty, gym was very neglected. The room had some hard to miss stains on mirrors and walls. But i can see rushed cleaning because of a huge event causing some issues.

The property needs some updating, the bathrooms and that loud heater prevented me from sleeping. The staff were helpful. Overall it was ok

The hotel was pretty dated. Shuttle to airport was excellent. Room was very small.

My stay was great until I got in the shower. The water pressure sucked.

Bathtub drain was plugged up and the bathtub faucet was broken. The downspout was pointing sideways and all the chaulking

Room was good, however the heating would not shut off and it was extremely hot. Maintenance came up and tried to fix and gave us a box fan.

Though it was winter time during our stay we like to sleep in a cooler room. The ac wasn’t working and we hardly slept a wink we were so hot.

Front desk staff 10/10 greeted me upon arrival . The only issue is the room was very dusty had no microwave.

The air in our room did not work correctly. A maintenance worker came up and pointed a digital reader at the vent and said it was working fine. It was so hot in our room that we could not sleep or rest at all which was the purpose of the room as we were flying out of St. Louis at 5 a.m. When we called the front seat again to complain they sent up a box fan, $200+ per night for this room and it was the most miserable hotel stay I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.

Amazing customer service from the night staff. They saw my 83 year old mother was frail and found a wheel chair for her and we changed to a handicapped room. I didn't even think about that. They anticipated my needs. I am so happy with their care and professionalism.

Room was ok not great but went for dinner and after long wait I went to bar for drinks and was told a waitor would be right with us to order and after 45 min we left and walked to another resteaurant. Terrible service. Staff talking and not working

The staff were exceptionally nice and the Property was clean and organized despite being so busy.

Marriot STL AP First off my reservations were incorrect when I arrived to the Hotel. It was a late travel, so I didn’t make it to the property until roughly 130am. I arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring night of travel only to have to be frustrated and disappointed. The reason for the disappointment was because the clerk at the front desk check me into the incorrect room. It was not the type of room that I had booked through Expedia. I was expecting the type of stay that was advertised and sold on the website, and ultimately the type of room that I paid for. That did not happen. After going back and forth with the clerk at the front desk, I was then checked into the most ridiculous room that they could offer. I checked into the room and unpacked. Once I unpacked I sat on the bed to communicate with my family, to let them know that I had made it to St. Louis safely. This was only to realize that the comforter, pillowcases, and sheets on the bed were wet. To the point that my new pants were damp. I’m not even sure what the substance was, but I was disgusted. Next I couldn’t help but to realize the ridiculous amount of gnats flying around in the room. This put me into investigation mode, so I decided to check out the rest of the room. I made my way into the bathroom to find that the towels were filthy with dirt and hair on them. I have pics and video to support this claim. Also the tub was dirty with scum throughout the tub. The Marriott was great. We just picked the wrong time to be here. It was extra busy and the staff were a little overwhelmed. The staff, however, were great! Even during difficult and busy times.

Hotel staff was not very pleasant to deal with. They seemed like we were bothering them when we checked in. We reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles. They said they were out of king bed rooms. They were no help.

Difficult to get into property from north

Our stay was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The only small issue we experienced was that there was some dust in certain areas of the room (e.g when opening the connecting doors, dust fell off the top of the door). Beds/pillows were comfortable, shower was amazing & felt like a water softener is used. Food at the restaurant waa great!

Bar was excellent. And staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good and drinks were well made

I liked the convenience of the location, and expected the extra noise because of it. However, at the price point, I'd hope have a more reasonable breakfast included. Even if it was fresh fruit and some ceral/oatmeal.

The room was smelly, both faucet and water closet leak. Shower doesn’t have power. Breakfast was bad.
