Staff was scarce. The pool was not open due to a filter issue, which should have been communicated to us when we were booking. The room was not cleaned in between nights. And there was a drawer full of food in our room that wasn't ours. Not a great experience.

This is a nice hotel. Only downside to our visit was our key cards kept not working. We had another family with us and they had to change their room 3 times during a 2 day stay. We changed once. The staff was very accommodating. It was just the hassle of having to move. Also, the pool was not available because of the concern for cleanliness. Something wasn't working correctly with it.

Basic hotel, no extras. Our room was very clean but the hallways could've used a vacuum. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken.

At check in staff gave us key cards to a room already occupied. Pool was closed & disgusting. Staff lounges around in lobby. Smells of cigarette and marijuana everywhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and that was the best part. The common areas needed a great deal of maintenance including fixing the lights in the elevator and front desk area, the pool was broken as well as the luggage cart. The elevator, front doors, doorways to the stairs, etc were all pretty dirty. Rooms were clean and pleasant. The shower in the bathroom was super weird. Who designed this thing? Not a single ledge to set your own shampoo or soaps and not a single hook or rail in the bathroom to hang a towel. Was also woken up several times during the night by the door to the stairwell slamming shut and woken again at 6:45 by the overwhelming smell of overripe cooking onions. Possibly from the restaurant next door. The staff is great and doing their inderpaid best to polish this turd.

The security system was down-key cards didn’t work.

The pool is not functioning.

The lobby was generally disheveled. The room smelled. The AC was loud and old. The duvet ended up being dirty. The pool was gross and closed.

The rooms were good, but the pool was not working and broken equipment was stored in there. Trash both inside and outside was not emptied for at least 2 days. Not what I was expecting out of a Comfort Inn Choice Hotel.

Some staff were friendly while others were Thr room was clean, the property was mostly quiet. The elevator and hallways need cleaning. The hotel advertised a pool but it was closed and looks like it will remain that way.

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES - DO NOT STAY HERE I booked despite seeing the bad reviews because I just needed a cheap place to sleep for a few hours after all day at Hershey Park - but I immediately regretted my decision as soon as we walked into the lobby. It looks like the staff is living there, they have tons of personal food in a fridge and cookware sitting right near the front desk. And a plate of half eaten rice was cast aside on the side of the check in desk. There were also very suspicious looking clientele to say the least. The property is extremely run down despite claiming to be recently renovated, there were broken fridges in the stairwell. I ignored all that though and checked into my room cause the rate was cheap so I didn’t expect a lot. But immediately upon entering the room we saw two NASTY cockroaches, one of which crawled down into the shower drain. I have NEVER in my life seen bugs like this in a hotel room. I felt so sick seeing them scurry around the room. I’m sure we would have seen more had we stayed but we walked right out, returned the keys to the desk, and told them we’d be requesting a refund because the room was infested with roaches. I’ve seen other reviews confirming this. But of course they refused to give us a refund after trying for several days even though we didn’t touch anything in the room. Also you can’t even get a hold of them by phone, it just goes to a busy tone. This is one SHADY hotel. Absolutely avoid at all costs, don’t repeat

This property was so dirty, glass broken outside, cigarette butts all over ground. Parking lot full of garbage, toilet in box by dumpster. Dumpster with trash falling out. Smelled bad. Carpets were wet, broken tile, mold in corners. Do not recommend this hotel. Will never stay here again!!!! Payed to much money for this place should be ashamed of it self.

This place was atrocious! It was a run down place and the rooms were very dirty. We had two reservations and they somehow only had one when we arrived at 8pm. And upon entering the room, roaches greeted us. We told the front desk about the roaches and a refund and he gave no emotions as if it was a normal occurrence. It was a disgusting experience and I will never return. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the room that they couldn't find the reservation for the next day. Save your troubles and do not book this place.

The room had hair in the bathroom, the hallways and room were not the cleanest. The fire exit was filled with trash and debris. The elevator looks like it has never been cleaned down. The hallways smelled of urine. The staff did not sp ak English and had to phone someone to even check us in. The reviews on this hotel stated it was recently updated which was not true other then the bathroom mirrors. The fire alarm in the room did not even work! Staff was friendly but did not speak English. We will not return to this location.

One of the queen beds appeared clean but a lot of little hairs on the sheets. Stained comforter and carpet.

Beware! There was a roach crawling in the bin with the muffins at breakfast! There was no refund for needing to eat breakfast elsehwere. But who wants to food that had roaches crawling on it?!

We were expecting anything fancy and based on the reviews staying here would be fine. First, it took over 30 minutes for us to check in. When it was our turn not one word was said to us by staff, no “hello”, no “sorry for the wait”. As soon as we walked into the room the bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the floors weren’t vacuumed, there were hairs and stains all over the bed, and there were items left by the previous people in the room. It took so long to check in that we were rushing to get ready. Otherwise, I would’ve left and gone somewhere else. At this point it was too late so we cut our losses and went to take a shower… it was disgusting. I decided against the dirty shower and decided to wash my face…zero soap and a clogged sink. We felt like we were being punked.

Wasn’t even there for a full hour until I found a roach in the room.

The hotel looks really good but the rooms aren’t clean. The bathroom and bedsheets had bodily fluids. Very dirty. Do not recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

My first impression was "this is a nice hotel!". We arrived too early for check in but to let the desk clerk know that 6 of us had arrived. We knew we couldn\'t check in, but we requested our rooms be on the same floor. We all made our reservations online and booked a king size bed. He checked with someone who gave him three room numbers on the 3rd floor. When we returned later that evening, two couples had king rooms on the 3rd floor and my husband and I were on the 2nd floor in a room with a queen bed. The other two couples spoke of their showers having glass doors - ours was a handicap shower with a curtain. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk that I was disappointed in my room and it wasn\'t what I paid for. He apologized and said there was a large event in town and most rooms were booked. He said he would make an adjustment but that it would take 2-3 business days. It has now been one full week and nothing. We are all planning to return to that area in the spring and may well stay at this hotel again. I hope it will be a better experience.

Warm welcome then disappeared leaving desk unstaffed. This was not a problem but was unusual. Property seems new and unfinished. Our room door was not secure. The doorframe “box” where deadbolt enters was missing. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection normal. Unfortunately eggs and meats were cold. Never saw the staff to ask.

Room has no fridge when one was advertised. The shower door would not stay closed and the soap dispenser on the wall was covered in hair.

Rooms were clean but there were some issues. Our key card didn't work and when we told the front desk they said some rooms were having problems and they would have to let us in with the master key every time we needed in. They had no extra rooms to move to and at check out nobody was at the front desk to help us if we needed back in our rooms. We were not given any discount for this inconvenience. Breakfast was not restocked and they was nobody to ask to stock it.

The wallpaper was peeling, the towel rack was broken, and the room was not in good condition. Breakfast was not very good either. the room was spacious. At least the children were happy.

The rooms were okay, the bathroom door way had mold. The ac wasn’t really blowing cold air.

In our first room the lamp didn't work, there was no bathtub stopper, and the shower just leaked water out of the bottom - it would not spray out - you literally had no bathing options. Our second room was an upgraded sized room, but still the bathroom was less than ideal condition. The shower head was falling out of the wall and once again no was to stop up the bathtub. Overall it appeared in disrepair and in need of serious repair, not just a facelift.

Very thin walls where you could everyone in the hallway and in rooms next to you, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the fire alarm went off intermittently in the morning for no apparent reason.

Hotel smelled like smoke the moment we walked in the door. Check-in was super slow and front desk staff did not speak good English. Once in the room the smoke smell was worse in the bathroom so we kept the door closed. Our AC never worked in the room. It stayed 75-80* all night. The bed also creaked every time you moved, waking everyone in the room up. We were supposed to stay two nights, we only stayed once.

Booked a king room and got a room with 2 full beds and a broken air conditioner. Couldn't even stay there

Hotel seemed not staffed in the morning between 6am-8am. Went to check out at about 8 and the gal seemed nice but didnt speaker english. Overall the price was worth the experience.

We went to check in and were told they had no rooms and hotel was booked They would not call Expedia nor help us by calling other hotels to find a hotel that had rooms He told us that Expedia was at fault ; that Expedia booked a room that was never available He told us that Expedia was accountable to refund my money and they should have notified me that hotel did not have a reservation for myself and 2 small children we were sent to look for another hotel by ourselves at 1am and did not get our monies back

Couldn’t even check in. Somehow all the remaining rooms were locked and NOBODY could access them. Manager was there and didn’t have a master key. Apparently only the housekeeper has one and couldn’t be contacted. There were several other couples trying to check in as well. We were all told to find other accommodations. Almost every hotel was sold out since we were all there for a concert at the stadium. Ridiculous customer service.

Received a call a hour before arriving at the location which we had driven 5 hours. The staff stated that the systems were down and didn’t know when they would be back up and running. They did provide us with another hotel (Best Western) 30 mins out the way along with an additional 50 out our pocket.

I booked a room at this hotel 2 weeks before my stay. I received a call from them the evening i was staying there and could not understand the person on the voice mail they left. My family and i were at hershey park for the day and when i could, i called them back. The man said that they overbooked and he did not have a room available. He offered me a room without a key which was fine because someone would be in the room the whole time if we needed to step out. I said to hold the room and we would be checking un around 11 or 1130pm. When we arrived, he said he had no rooms and we could book at a place 15 more minutes down the road. We were exhausted and now very very upset about the whole situation. We drove home that night until 230am. The hotel did not honor our reservation and caused a great day to end on a very disappointing note. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

We arrived timely for check-in and there were no rooms available for us (and those who arrived after us). There was no manager on-site to deal with the issue. No soap in the lobby bathroom. Hotels.com refuses to refund me directly and the hotel manager is still unavailable to address.

Called the hotel to tell them we would arrive late. He said it was fine. Showed up and the guy said they had notified us they cancelled the room. No they didnt. Lobby smelled like a pot party. Guy could care less that we had our confirmation #. It took us over 2 hrs to find a room at 3 am.

Upon arrival they didn’t have my confirmed reservation booked through Expedia. After further investigation, the reservation was booked in the hotels system with the wrong date. The front desk said the hotel was sold out. Requested to speak to a manager which there wasn’t one onsite, the front desk agent contacted one via phone. They ended up giving me a room but said it wasn’t available to check in till later because I kept staring I booked and confirmed 3 weeks prior. Returned to the hotel in the evening to find out they only gave me 1 bed when I booked for 2 beds. The room didn’t have electrical covers over fixtures, no garbage cans and was dirty. Thank God I double locked the door because another customer used a key to come into the room to find out the room was given also to another guest. Stay clear of this hotel because it’s not safe and you may not even have room upon arrival.

The first room we were given lacked AC and a working bathroom light. When we came back from our event, the key didn’t work. We informed the front desk, but they didn’t check to make sure we were trying the right room. They fixed our key, but when we tried it for that room it was deadbolted because it was someone else’s room. The front desk confirmed we were actually in a different room. We entered our correct room with unease, fearing the front desk would give keys without confirmation. We didn’t have towels in our room, and the front desk seemed inconvenienced when we asked for some. The TV also didn’t work. Overall, it was a poor stay.

A bit of the beaten path but has a diner next door.

Stayed here for a concert at Hershey Park. Hotel is 15 minutes from Hershey and we had no problem getting Ubers to or from the stadium. Hotel is newly renovated and very clean!

The property was small but well taken care of, I’m speaking about my room. Not sure about the others. The pool area could use a fresh coat of paint. I like that house keeping came everyday to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was ok, if you like that type of food. I did like the waffle though. I did end up leaving the night before, because my husband was called in to work. The area is quiet, would stay again if visiting Hershey again, which is a 10-15 minutes drive away.

The location was great, and the agent on the 3 to 11 shift was amazing. However, there was no one available to help with a clogged toilet early morning. I would definitely stay there again.

What a breath of relief, clean room and free breakfast. Can’t really ask for much more. 11 minutes to Hershey Park, very happy with our stay.

we been welcome by an unexperience employee and took very long for check in. no one was arround to refurnish breakfast counter, by 8h30 counter was very empty no knifve available for 2 days in a row. no one at front desks for check out.

The food was so-so. One morning there was no eggs. only sausage. Alot of carbs. They had cereal but I wanted eggs since I knew it would hold me to lunch. So I went to dunkin to get a breakfast sandwich. Orange juice was out but they had a jug of OJ in the fridge

Breakfast included round eggs, sausage patties and links, waffle maker and pastries. Pool was nice before checking out

I love staying here, very clean, nice breakfast and great customer service.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed and cleaned better. We had guests above us that were noisy all night. The pool was very dirty. The outside of the property was full of garbage. Free breakfast was decent.
