Stayed before, staff always efficient and friendly, lodging clean, comfortable. Parking was a problem: several vehicles with boats in tow were parked outside designated parking spaces, limiting enter/exit by other vehicles. One boat even parked so it could be charging??? Disregard for other customers need to access limited parking since inn was completely booked.

The bathroom was very tired looking. "Patching" in the tub area left it looking dirty. The staff was very cordial and helpful, if possible. Breakfast was sad. The only food that wasn't overly processed was an apple. Parking was good and plentiful.

Everything was very nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the manager was working extremely hard to make sure our stay was pleasant. The pool pump went out which was an unforeseen circumstance but the manager called in extra help to get it back up and running in the same day. He even spent time throwing the football to my son and his friend while the pool was down. 10/10 will stay here every time we go to Grenada!

In town for baseball tourney - room served its purpose. Bed was comfy, air and fridge worked. Bathtub dripped and had water stains. Did not look the cleanest. Pool closed at 9 which I thought was a little early. Breakfast included a pancake maker which we thought was pretty neat. They were good and not as messy as typical waffle maker. While I wouldn’t not stay here again, I don’t feel it was worth the cost.

It's a decent hotel to stay at. Actually one of the better hotels. Lower rating is for the experience once there. Right after checking in, the water was off for a while so I was not able to shower to go to an event. Also experienced a toilet issue. I reported it to the front desk before leaving for the day only to return and the issue wasn't resolved. The front desk was really nice and did move me to another room but I feel like the inconveniences caused more work for me. I had to find a relative at another hotel to shower and I had to pack up a room to move and unpack again.

We were assigned a suite and went to the room to find that it had used towels, the bed sheets had not been changed, and trash was all over the room. I had to go back to the desk to get another room. The suite they gave us was small and only had one foot of space on one side of the bed.

The bathroom was absolutely horrible and the A/C did not work that well. The tub was hideous and iy was no longer white. It was yellow and you could see where the white was peeling off. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. The vent was super loud. The price was extremely high for this area and the hotel should be a 1 star.

Upon arrival, the walk thru the parking lot reeked of marijuana. The room itself was clean, however, the mini fridge was not emptied after previous guests. We had a room for 4 people, but only 2 towels/wash clothes. We had to go get more from the front desk. Then when ready for bed we pulled out the sleeper sofa and realized we had no bedding for it. So again we had to go to the front desk to get linens. Lastly, there was little sleep thru the night due to someone outside our window revving up their motorcycle numerous times, with music blasting. The last time was at 2:30 am.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. This is the best place to stay in Grenada. My room was nice & clean when I checked in. Housekeeping was wonderful. They have a good breakfast & are willing to do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. This place is alittle spendy, but in my opinion its worth the money.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Night desk person Jametra was personable and welcoming. I had a magnet on my key ring that accidentally erased my room door code three times. Jametra was very accommodating and patient. Helped me solve this little mystery and resume my evening. Big fan of the Grenada HI E&S. Bigger fan of Desk Person Jametra.

The property was the closest to Coffeeville where we went to be with family. The location had many convenient stores and restaurants which was nice. The room was a bit outdated, the bathroom could use some updates. Breakfast was okay, more choices would’ve been nice. Staff was friendly and easy parking.

Breakfast food is awful !!! Very cheap Food. All generic brand food eggs sausage all of it was terrible. Spend more money on your breakfast bar, just because it’s free. Doesn’t mean you cheap out on Your quality of food to your customers.
