Comfort Inn & Suites Grenada

Parking was good. Breakfast could have been better considering the price of the stay.

Room was dirty, had a McDonald’s bag with half eaten food next to the sofa. Had popcorn on the pull out sofa mattress. Had only two towels. The bed was extra extra hard. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Would never stay again.

We were on a non smoking floor, but you could immediately smell the cigarette smoke when you got off of the elevator. Of course we opened the door to our room and it was a complete ashtray. We went downstairs and told the front desk said they had no other rooms available and gave a spray to go spray ourselves. We used almost the entire bottle of spray, turn the fan on turn the bathroom vent on came back 20 minutes later still smells like an ashtray. Talk to the front desk again apologized again. said there was nothing she could do no rooms no singles no doubles that she’d be more than happy to refund our stay and we could go somewhere else however our family was there and we had this booked for two months in advance. We weren’t able to switch all of us at one time so for non-smoking rooms and non-smoking floors, simply not true at all hotels apparently.

We had a suite and it was sweet! Water pressure is iffy but not the worse!
