Uns wurde der Aufenthalt doppelt verrechnet, da sich die Rezeptionistin mit meiner Visa Karte offensichtlich nicht ausgekannt hatte. Das Geld wurde nicht mehr rückerstattet, miese Abzocke

Gleich am ersten Tag funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte nicht. Es müsste eine Batterie am Schloss getauscht werden, hieß es. Als ich abends in mein Zimmer will, funktioniert die Karte immer noch nicht. Es dauert zwei Stunden und zwei nacheinander extra anreisende Mitarbeiter, die auch nicht weiter wissen und schließlich durchs Fenster in mein Zimmer einbrechen, die Tür öffnen und die Batterie wechseln. Am nächsten Tag wieder dasselbe Problem inklusive verlorener Wartezeit. Diesmal bekomme ich ein anderes Zimmer – ein "Upgrade", sagen sie. Hier schließt das Fenster nicht ordentlich, die Klimaanlage liefert keine Wärme, ich habe gefroren wie ein Schneider. Bei dem "Upgrade" muss es sich um den Radiowecker handeln, der eine falsche Zeit anzeigt; sowas gab\'s im vorherigen Zimmer nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, aber offenbar weder geschult noch vorbereitet. Kein erholsames Reiseerlebnis.

The surrounding area hosts multiple rabbits. These rodents are of various colors, appearing to be a cross between wild and domestic. Fun to watch Our room was in need of a good vacuuming,specifically around the edges and in the corners. Bathroom sink has a crack from top to drain, tub faucet leaks in almost a constant stream, the edge trim on the face of the pony wall is missing The juice dispenser was empty at 7:15am. I can understand the concept of keeping butter in the fridge, but it is too hard to spread on toast. Attempting to do so makes holes in the bread. And those poor apples in the bowls were so old that they were rubbery If those apples had been bananas they would have been black Lastly, the person at the desk did not seem to care at all about the dripping faucet and cracked sink. Lack of pride in property is obvious Oh, the front desk did say that the internet was weak and sporadic. That does explain the lack of TV channels and the messages on the screen indicating a failure to load.

Front desk staff was wonderful when we arrived. Room was nice. The room had a few cosmetic issues. Liked that they had big bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The hotel had what looked like a fresh paint Kobe to the outside of the building. Breakfast was good. No stay over room service. I did ask for just trash pick up, but didn’t get. I ended up seeing a house keeper, asked her for trash bags amd took care of the trash myself.
