Elevator was broken on the day we left so we had to carry all of our luggage, cooler, etc downstairs from the third floor. Side doors were locked which was inconvenient.

the property was clean neat looking. Elevator didn't work the next day. Heard that corp won't replace the elevator. cheaper to replace after 10 to 15 years. If my wife could not have gotten down on her own you would be finding a safe way in getting her down. no sense in going cheap. Customers and staff should not have to suffer at your hands.

We got there. We checked in paid for the room and then were told the elevator was not working. We had to haul aĺl of our stuff up to the second floor which was not good as i have a bad back and a bad heart. If they had told us before we checked in we would have cancelled. We had booked an accessible room but being on the second floor it was ot accessible and i had to leave ny wheelchair in the truck. The bed was lumpy and the room was not properly cleaned.

We got there st 4 pm. Our room was not ready. Then we learned the elevator was broken...this news came to us at 5. Our room was on the third floir. We are 77 years old and not able to drag luggage up 3 flights.of stairs. We asked for our money back. Was supposed to get an email this evening...which i didn't....not happy!!!

Extended stay at this location was bare bones.. it advertises breakfast but its a grab and go. The kitchen has nothing.. you have to check out a bucket of items!.. there no pool or exercise room. A room with a bed..we won't be stilling there again

The room was clean and quiet. The only serious cleanliness problem was with the washers and dryers in the laundry room. Overall, the hotel was as expected for a budget priced property in regard to sparse amenities, lack of services or perks on site, room decor and bed comfort plus well worn carpets and hallways. Overall, I was satisfied for the price paid. My only complaint was poor customer service at the front desk by a few employees severe enough to affect my stay. The general manager didn’t possess the skills necessary for his position and I almost went to a different hotel when booking a second one week stay due to his unprofessional attitude. Secondly, the afternoon desk clerk was too busy on her phone or coloring projects to properly acknowledge a guest standing at the desk needing service.

If you need an extended stay, you can't go wrong staying here. It has a laundry area and a limited breakfast should you need it. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet even if near the freeway. Only possible complaint is they could use bigger bath towels and possible safety strips for the bathtub.

Hardly any breakfast provided. When we went to check out, we gave a look around the room to be sure we didn’t leave any items and there was all kinds of trash below one of the beds including a pair of women’s sandals. Room seemed clean otherwise.

Trash in the room from previous guests. Floor was dirty and sticky. Bathroom had hair on the shower walls and bottom of the tub was dirty. No stopper for the sink so we couldn't wash the dishes. Heard doors slamming all night and people walking above our room sounded like they were stomping. Highway traffic was very loud. The breakfast to go is a joke, it was mini muffins and oatmeal and coffee. No place to sit to eat meals except a small table which had one desk chair. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable. Overall we were very disappointed and would never stay at this Extended stay again.

The lobby, elevator, hallways were all very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Our room was a bit better. The landscaping is full of weeds. The breakfast they say is included consists of microwave oatmeal and frozen muffins. The room had a kitchenette but you have to ask for even a coffee maker. Would not recommend this place.

This hotel is an older building. The kitchen configuration had a nice big island, a full size refrigerator, an excellent microwave & a 2-burner stovetop. There was an nice big desk with a workstation for laptop. The room had a nice open closet rack equipped with REAL hangers & tall enough that clothes didn't drag the floor.The shower was nice & there was plenty of hot water. The room was very quiet even with the very large, indoor playground directly behind the hotel & a constant flow of traffic. Neither the bed nor the pillows were comfortable for me, the pillows were too firm & too big. The television was too small for the distance from the bed. I was not impressed with the area; liquor stores, a casino & the enormous playground but the hotel was quiet, clean & comfortable.

although the room had a kitchenette (full sized refrigerator, two burner cook top, microwave and sink, there was nothing other than dish cloth as far as kitchen accessories. No a utensil or pan. Really not much different than the usual room with mini fridge and microwave. It wasn't a big deal, just seemed odd.

Your staff is your key to making money on the property. I have never dealt with such a caring staff, and very willing to help as much as possible. Your staff member Nicole seems to be the one who really enjoys her job and took great care of us! I am staying there to undergo cancer therapy and she is just made it that much easier for me and it is nice to wake up to a smiling face at the front desk. She should be in management if she is already not.

Great rate and convenient to interstate. Haven't stayed at an extended stay place before, room had fridge freezer and stove etc, if you were there long term you can request pits/pans etc. As an overnight customer all I really wanted was an in room coffee maker, which was absent. There was a basic coffee and muffin/nutri grain breakfast in the lobby. The desk staff were funny and personable and the restaurant a bldg away was exceptional.

I like to be able to walk around the city and explore retail or other amenities within walking distance of a hotel. This location is in a part of town which doesn't have many amenities within walking distance. The lobby is cramped and dated, but the rooms themselves are clean and wel-maintained. For the price of less than $100, I felt the experience was very good.

This location is in a part of town which doesn't have many amenities within walking distance. The lobby is cramped and dated, but the rooms themselves are clean and wel-maintained. For the price of less than $100, I felt the experience was very good.

Check in process was very smooth and person was polite and kind. The room was clean but an overwhelming smell of cologne. Did not know if this was something used as an air freshener or something from the room next door. The mattress was uncomfortable and both nights loud conversations either in hall or room next door interrupted the night. Was also disappointed in the continental breakfast offering. No water or ice and ore-packaged muffin or nutri grain bar

Was happy with the room in general and the cleanliness. The beds though are terrible. Would definitely stay again had it not been for the beds. Also was disappointed with the breakfast options. It was mostly a snack bar.

The lobby, elevator, hallways were all very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Our room was a bit better. The landscaping is full of weeds. The breakfast they say is included consists of microwave oatmeal and frozen muffins. The room had a kitchenette but you have to ask for even a coffee maker. Would not recommend this place.

Great rate and convenient to interstate. Haven't stayed at an extended stay place before, room had fridge freezer and stove etc, if you were there long term you can request pits/pans etc. As an overnight customer all I really wanted was an in room coffee maker, which was absent. There was a basic coffee and muffin/nutri grain breakfast in the lobby. The desk staff were funny and personable and the restaurant a bldg away was exceptional.

The room was clean but the kitchen and bath was so outdated! I don’t usually use the kitchen but when traveling and doing dirty work I want a nice bathroom. The interior and exterior properly was trash!!! Literally trash cans overflowing, weeds growing and trash in the stairwells. Guest obnoxiously, loud, hanging out in the front door area smoking, vaping, reeking of alcohol and looking like a gang of homeless people and when I mentioned it to the girl (who looked like she was 16) The reply I got was “ well they are adults they can do what they want”. Behind the front counter to check in looked like a janitor’s closet with a bunch of crap behind the desk, like mops, buckets, trash cans and vacuum cleaners. It was disgusting!!! I absolutely don’t have really high standards but I will never stay there again!!!
