Great location. Coffee and tea available all the time. Nice water dispenser with ice to take with you before your hikes. Close to the village with good food to eat and grocery store. Beds were super comfortable! Also a microwave in the lobby which was very convenient to warming up food prior to our hikes.

Heads up no elevator in the new part so request first floor if you can’t do stairs or have lots of luggage. No carpet so sound carries if that matters to you. Memory foam Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was awesome. Note, there is no elevator. No problem for me, but for those with heavy luggage you may want to request a bottom floor. View was great, staff amazing. The room was completely updated. I loved it! No breakfast is offered.

The hotel was very convenient to all the things in Glacier. The bed was very comfortable. We are seniors and asked for a main floor room as they have no elevator..but got a second story. We had a balcony but the door was so stuck we could not get out there.lots of road noise

Beautiful renovation! Rooms were modern, immaculate, had great amenities, and comfortable bedding/bed. The hotel is on a busy highway so the hotel provides a white noise machine. But the traffic was sparse at night, so it didn’t seem necessary. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the destination EV chargers.

The check-in and check-out process is entirely automated. I prefer this style. We got our room information via text message. The hardest part was finding the room since the property is split across the highway. But it was an easy process of elimination. We pulled up and the parking lot had 3 Tesla destination chargers for EV charging. They are not free, so you have to start the charge through the Tesla app. But they do have the built-in adapter for all vehicles (J-1772). So you don't need a Tesla to charge (we charged a Rivian). The rooms are extremely modern and clean. And the beds are memory foam. It's all the conveniences of a luxury condo bedroom. Our only complaint is that there were no hooks for towels. We didn't use the TV, but we could see it was brand new and could have supported our Roku. Simply put, this place is nice and appointed. It's a stark contrast to what else is around.

Hotel was new and very modern there is the hotel on one side of the rode to check in plus rooms but there is another building same hotel across the road where more rooms are located no front desk staff there which was fine they have a number you can call if needed the room was very clean bed comfy super large shower had small fridge And complementary healthy snacks They have a big lobby in the building that we stayed in with games that you can play coffee in the morning you can fill up your waters, they also have an ice machine huge parking area close to glacier. National Park would definitely stay again.

We booked a last minute room after altering our trip plans due to the Jasper NP wildfires. The Wonderstone was a really great hotel - comfy bed (especially after a 12 mile hike), great location, and thoughtful amenities. The water bottle fillers and coffee were much appreciated. The hotel also had a bear spray vending machine outside which was super helpful for hiking in Glacier.

Nobody at the desk for check in and we had to go across the street to check in then back across to our rooms , black mold in bathroom ,and the beds are extremely low with carpet head and baseboard ( not sure how they will be kept clean )

Nice and clean room, facing away from highway. We were very comfortable. Quiet area right on the highway to Glacier NP west entrance. Parking was easy. There is a gas station right next door to walk over and buy snacks, etc. It was already open when we came out at 6:30am, and closes at midnight, I believe. The lobby is basically just a small entryway, but coffee and tea were always available. Area restaurants closed surprisingly early for summer, but Whitefish is down the road, about 10 minutes or less away.

Our room had been smoked in, although it's a non-smoking room. It smelled and was VERY noisy. You could hear everything. The towels in our bathroom were not clean...they had feces on them. I tried to contact the front desk, but no one was available.

Extremely happy with this hotel. The man at check in was friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the shower was large. Although door was a little small. They provided complimentary snacks, earplugs and bonus a sound machine! The beds were especially comfortable! Highly recommend

When you see a white noise, machine and earplugs on your nightstand, that should be an indication. The hotel has been updated nicely, although the minimalistic. They should have soundproof the floors because we heard everything as they were walking, which sounded like stomping at 3 AM. The traffic noise is also very loud. The hotel has been nicely redone, but the noise was awful.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was a perfect distance to nearby towns and the entrance to the park. The room we had was a queen size room, and our only complaint would be that there is nowhere to put anything because the room is very small. Other than that, I would have read it as excellent!

The hotel was very attractive and clean, however, the room size was ridiculously small for the price. For that price they should have included breakfast as well. There wasn’t even enough room for a chair or table, which made working on my computer a real challenge.

The room was spacious and clean, recently remodeled. Unfortunately, there was only ONE chair in a king room, so no comfortable place to sit to watch television or relax after a day in Glacier NP. The lobby was set up as a common sitting area, but sometimes you want to relax in your pajamas. Coffee and tea and a microwave are also in a common area. We brought our own kettle and beverages. Very convenient to Glacier NP.

Convenient and close to the park and restaurants. The room was nice, clean, not cluttered and nicely decorated. My only 2 complaints: 1) they leave the side exit doors unlocked 24/7, where anyone can walk up to your door, and only lock the front door at night. 2) We can hear Every Step from upstairs room, they sound like their stomping, if the person got in 11pm to 1am -- we heard it all -- floors need sound proofing badly.

As for amenities, there was only coffee available in the lobby and a single shared microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. They were truly the highlight of our stay. The location is about a 20-minute drive from the West Glacier entrance, which made it a convenient base for exploring the park. For future improvements, I’d recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, offering a continental breakfast, creating a small fitness center, and adding a hot tub or pool to enhance the guest experience.

Stayed in the "micro queen" which we would not do again. Last year we stayed in a king/larger room and it was overall fantastic and a very big room (almost unnecessarily so), so we thought we could do the micro queen room...it is a LOT smaller than the bigger room. There is basically zero storage so it felt a little too cramped for 2 people. The towels felt a little damp when we arrived but they changed them out. We were impressed last year right after they opened the renovated rooms, but this year I felt that it wasn't worth the nearly doubled room rate (same dates) for a room less than half the size.

A recently remodeled old hotel right on a busy local highway. Room was fine and modern. However, they put us in a room on the highway side even though I asked for the quieter side. Also, the door to the outside was not locked at night, so anyone could just walked in from the street. Another bummer was that when I contacted the hotel for dropping off some bags before the room became available, the staff was totally confused about the reservation. It took more than an hour before they sorted things out.

Wonderstone was wonderful. After a long day at Glacier National Park it was very convenient to receive a text with our check-in code and not have to worry about standing in line to check in. I did go and talk to the staff after we checked in and he was very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and newly renovated the shower was huge and I liked the black and white modern-country theme they had. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Having a phone system for check-in is not functional at this location. I had to call into a phone loop that just went nowhere and anytime I did get somebody live there with a third party who can't do anything except stick me back in the phone queue. After about 30 minutes of walking around and calling the numbers listed I finally got a hold of somebody to give me a room. After that it was great rooms are immaculate and very well done but the service has got to go

The check in and check out process was very easy. It was nice because you didn’t really have to wait at the front desk. They just texted you your info to get into your room and all you have to do is text them when you were leaving. The hotel was very clean and in a super awesome location just 15 to 20 minutes from glacier national Park and another 15 to 20 minutes in the opposite direction to whitefish. The hotel was also right near putt putt as well as the waterpark. A lot of people complained about the noise, but we were on the upper floor, so I did not really notice anything. They did provide earplugs as well as a sound machine and leave a note in our room on the upper floor to be mindful of the people below us so I tried to tiptoe around as quiet as I could.
The check in and check out process was very easy. It was nice because you didn’t really have to wait at the front desk. They just texted you your info to get into your room and all you have to do is text them when you were leaving. The hotel was very clean and in a super awesome location just 15 to 20 minutes from glacier national Park and another 15 to 20 minutes in the opposite direction to whitefish. The wonderstone was a great little renovated hotel. It was clean & new. Check in was easy & customer service was great. My mom left her apple watch by accident and the staff was kind enough to send it to us in the mail. You don’t find that kind of service these days. Thank you guys!

Nicely updated hotel in a convenient location. The check in and out process was so simple. Done via text and allowed us to go right to our room and use our code to get in and then check out via text when we were gone. The reminder texts throughout the stay were also very helpful. The updates were nicely done in the hotel and it was a comfortable stay.

Very noisy people in room running back a force making noise all night .Manager is terrible they don’t follow thru on trying to to rectify problem. Manager said they were going to give us a partial credit on room and never did even after we contacted him multiple times . Would not recommend this hotel

Great location. The staff: Jacob, Ayden and the lady in the AM- were all super helpful and nice. There is a communal table for dining; coffee/tea/water/ice & microwave available 24/7 in lobby; The rooms are well decorated very minimalist- beds & towels are very comfortable & high quality. The a/c unit can use some cleaning in our room (#26). Mini fridge in room works very well with proper freezer tray. The bathroom and the shower is spacious w/excellent water pressure. They also provided some snacks which was a very lovely touch- helpful for hiking & visiting glacier national park. The towels have a hard time drying in the room & bathroom. We do suggest a hook or handle for the hand towel near the sink. There was not a lot of space to house the toiletries and dry the towels for 3 people. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel/motel when visiting and staying in Columbia Falls. Sorry no photos but the website photos are accurate!

If you need a clean room(bed and shower) this will do. We had a front facing room toward the highway and the noise was unbelievable. They did leave ear plugs which helped another in our party but the noise may effect some people(although I was fine). They do not have laundry service.

The room was spacious and clean, recently remodeled. Unfortunately, there was only ONE chair in a king room, so no comfortable place to sit to watch television or relax after a day in Glacier NP. The lobby was set up as a common sitting area, but sometimes you want to relax in your pajamas. Coffee and tea and a microwave are also in a common area. We brought our own kettle and beverages. Very convenient to Glacier NP.

Nice and clean room, facing away from highway. We were very comfortable. Quiet area right on the highway to Glacier NP west entrance. Parking was easy. There is a gas station right next door to walk over and buy snacks, etc. It was already open when we came out at 6:30am, and closes at midnight, I believe. The lobby is basically just a small entryway, but coffee and tea were always available. Area restaurants closed surprisingly early for summer, but Whitefish is down the road, about 10 minutes or less away.

The room has very minimal counter space by the sink. The showers were gigantic! Why didn't they use some of that space for a counter? No breakfast offered. The road noise was annoying. We knew it would be loud when you walk iin and there are ear plugs and a noise machine.

This is a good choice for a Glacier National Park visit. It’s not high end or within the park, but it’s clean and supplied nicely with towels and personal hygene products, as well as a nice big shower. The location is convenient (20 minutes to park entrance) at a relatively reasonable price. Staff was friendly. Checkin/checkout was easy and seamless. They communicated with me a lot during the whole process and that was appreciated. The only negative is the noise from other rooms and the hallway, but they do supply earplugs. If you just want a clean comfortable room without all the extras (free coffee is available), and can deal with some people noise, I would for sure recommend.
