I loved that we were greeted with cookies when we checked in! The staff are all amazing! Breakfast was awesome! Waffles, sausage, eggs, and more! We never went in the pool, but used the jacuzzi twice.The first time was fine but the second time there were brown bubbles when the jets were on. Yuck! This is our 2nd time staying here and we highly recommend!!!

What a gem. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, outdoor fire pit. Rooms are extremely clean. Staff is friendly. Eat at the NiteOwl restaurant right down the street.

We loved our little getaway! The hotel was perfect! The free breakfast was delicious, the fitness room had everything we needed, the pool was enjoyable! We were a quick trip to everything that we needed/wanted to see and do! I cannot recommend enough!

We checked in Friday evening when we got into town. My husband found a pair of flannel pajamas behind the chair, pretzels and Cocoa Puffs on the floor, garbage behind the desk/tv. Terrible view of a pitched roof. We let the front desk know about the unclean room and the gentleman moved us and took our info and notes to let the manager know “so that they can make it right for you”. The gentleman put us into a new room on the second floor. It was awful. The room wasnt as nice, an even worse view of the shingles on the roof. The room above us was incredibly loud. We had the box fan turned on in the room along with white noise on the iPad and still could hear the people moving furniture or dropping luggage, no idea. 6am brought a dance party of running around and thumping. Next morning asked the front desk if the same people would be there that evening, the older woman said it was 2 adults in the room above, didn’t say I’d they were there again that night. We asked if they could mention quiet hours to them but not sure they received the memo as the second night they were noisy again. We checked out Sunday morning, the older gal gave a very simple “sorry that happened to you” and that was that. We have not heard from a manger all weekend about the situation with the dirty room. I have stayed here a couple times and am disappointed this visit. We don’t want a dirty room that’s not been cleaned but I also want a good nights rest with my family.

Beautiful property. Lobby is well-appointed with complimentary coffee bar. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was delighted to have glassware/ceramic mugs in our room when so many hotels have gone to wasteful and cheap disposables. Parking was ample and convenient, too.

The curb appeal of Cedar Creek is outstanding. The parking is plentiful and convenient. The common areas of the hotel are nicely maintained and sufficient for there intended purpose. Our room was nice and large with room for a couch, comfy chair and a desk, in addition to a very comfortable King bed.

This was our nicest stay all week in Idaho or Montana. The room was spacious and very clean. Amenties on site were very nice and clean. Guven a list of food establishments within 5 blocks of hotel, which was very convient. Staff was very accommodating for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff and a nice property. We stayed here for 4 nights on our Glacier NP trip and enjoyed the stay. It was great coming back to tea/coffee/cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was great too- eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, bagels etc. We didn’t use the gym or the pool but it was nice to have the option. Restaurants are at a short walk from the hotel too. We were on the second floor and there was occasionally footstep noise from the floor above us.

It's not appropriate in 2023 to simply "NOT OFFER ANY HOUSEKEEPING" (in bold, underline, on your "welcome" letter). It's also not appropriate to leave rooms that have been occupied for 4-5 days with no new towels, no trash collection, no replenishment of products / bathroom essentials. When requested, the reception staff interrogated as to how long we'd been there, to verify if it was really needed - and yet still refused to do it, instead dumping a plastic bag of 4 towels outside the room door and not even attempting to enter the room (to remove trash/replace linens). Reception staff are cynical, awkward, bordering on rude. For a national park - affiliated property, the use of such an obscene amount of plastic at their breakfast is inappropriate. For a relatively newly built hotel, the beds creek, the bathrooms are dated, the facilities are worn. People are limited in choice when it comes to staying near the park - if this is the best that Columbia Falls can offer, the others must be scary.

This location is perfect! Close to the airport in Kallispell and made our last night in the area before flying home the next day great! Not only is the location perfect, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, everything was clean and the rooms were well stocked, very large and comfortable! We would defintely stay again if in the area!
