I didn’t love that they own two hotels so the pool was in the other building. It’s a cold walk between them in a swimming suit. We got a room with the bunk beds and it was perfect for the kids so they were all sharing a bed. The rooms were nice and had a microwave and mini fridge. It had a couch and bench and a small table shelf to put things on. The breakfast was great and my kids loved that the hot chocolate was left on 24 hours. We loved the place so much we are planning a trip back in the winter for snowmobiling. The location is super close to the west Yellowstone park access.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kelly Inn. Hotel was quiet, clean & the staff at check in were super friendly & helpful. The breakfast was hot & selection was good. The rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the parking for the Grizzly building. Limited spots & you have to walk clear around the property to get a spot & very inconvenient especially late & in the rain. I would stay here again!

Great property in West Yellowstone area. Well maintained rooms , nice breakfast.. just the kind of start you need for day in Yellowstone . Indoor pool and hot tub are great to relax towards end of the day

The breakfast was nice and provided healthy and hearty options daily. There was a small indoor pool and spa which was well maintained. It is located about 2 minutes from the Yellowstone West entrance and easily accessible to town. In good weather, it is easily walkable to to downtown.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with four pillows to choose from. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast and the staff was very polite and kept the food trays filled. The outdoor firepit was nice to sit by every evening.

There were no protein option save a jug of milk. The hot area was not in use. No eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. yogurt machine was broken. Coffee machines were not set up. The only options were dry cereal and baked goods. This was at 7:30 am. I left without eating. The room I stayed in had very dusty/dirty floors. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The shower had very poor water pressure and was warm at best.

Our room door was opened when we got upstairs. There was no tv remote, and bathroom vent not working and completely filled with layers of dust. It doesn’t feel safe without nonslip mat. But staff was very nice, offered tea and ptcoffee all day in the lobby, property was well kept.

West Yellowstone is such a cute rustic little town and the Kelly Inn offered the perfect atmosphere. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in and the staff were super nice, the breakfast was above what you get at a lot of places. The pool area was super clean and the offer coffee 24 hours!!! Nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Very pleased with our stay

Bathrooms are dated, room to room noise very annoying. Customers need reminding that after 10:00PM to be respectful of other guests. Most people are getting up early to leave for the park. So consequently, they are retiring earlier to do so. All in all, a good value.

It was OK, but it could have been better. I stayed on the first floor. Every time someone moved on the second floor, the walking noise bothered me all night. The room was clean, but the building shows the wear and tear. The bathroom is outdated.

The room needed 2 more suitcase stands and more clothes hooks on walls in bathroom and bedroom to hang things. There was no closet. The shower head was terrible. It was a slight stream and did not spray down towards a person's body.

We stayed in a large room with beds for up to 7 people - a main room with a queen and single, and a second room with 2 sets of bunks. More than we needed this trip, but I think this type of setup would be wonderful for many larger family trips. We are kind of surprised that this type of room isn't offered more frequently, particularly in family vacation areas.

The bathroom (toilet&shower) we had was tiny (door came within an inch or less of hitting toilet) and outdated. Too much Plumbing noise from adjacent rooms, waking us up early ! 6am. Bed was very comfy and room was spacious and clean.

I had an great stay at Kelly Inn west. I checked in fairly late and immediately felt welcome and at home. Steve at the front desk was super friendly and helpful during my 2 night stay and Barb is a sweetheart who helped me with the wifi. I plan on returning to explore the westend of the park in the spring/summer. The scenery is truly amazing.

Close to main street and shopping. Very good breakfast options with hot and cold food, variety, pancakes, meats, fruit, yogurt. Down side was 2 separate buildings - our building didn't have the pool or desk personnel. Morning desk persons were rude. Had to walk across the parking lot for the pool. Cost was over priced for what we got.

The location is great—right at the west entrance—but the way an elevator incident was handled made us feel like guest safety isn’t a priority. My dad got stuck in the elevator while it was under maintenance. I told the workers immediately, but they just brought it up and said, “He’s not here,” without any concern. My dad later got out by himself on the second floor after the elevator took him up and down. When I asked how he got in during maintenance, the worker said, “We didn’t know,” and then told me not to argue and talk to the front desk. No one apologized or even asked how my dad was doing. There was no warning sign, and no one took responsibility. We had booked two nights but checked out after one. If it hadn’t been snowing, we wouldn’t have stayed at all. I hope others don’t have to go through the same experience.

the staff were very helpful and in fact, allowed us cancel our second night with no penalty. we had made a scheduling error and needed to get closer to airport. They were fantastic and breakfast very good, but crowded! :)
