We booked this location as we wanted to exercise and swim after our long ride. The exercise facility was one small machine that was broken and a stationary bike. But the room was closed as was the pool. Which looked like it needed major cleaning. They lost our reservation and had given it to another party. We arrived at 5 pm. The ceiling of the fall back room they found for us is water damaged. Expedia does not require properties to validate the property descriptions and does not do any follow up.

Check in was fine along with a good breakfast. We had to switch rooms because of a very poor tv reception. Beds were very comfortable and had great pillows. We along with a few others we spoke to had problems with the room keys. Had to get them done several times and still had a difficult time with them. Had to scan many times and jiggle them in the lock. It worked sometimes. Maybe they need a new system?? Pool was not in service and was very green with frogs swimming around in it. Not very appetizing when eating breakfast.

The hotel was filthy. The room smelled of mold and mildew. I had to go buy a bottle of febreeze because the room smelled so bad. The hallway was scorching hot. I was very upset. I had stayed there 20 plus times before and it was always 5 star. This time I wouldnt even give it half a star. We had to travel down to their other hotel to take our children swimming and when we approached the lady qt the desk she told us we could this time since we had already been told by our hotel but they dont usually do that. I felt like a bum. I was seriously disappointed overall.

Everything was fine for my stay. I needed a quick getaway and used this place to escape to. The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Only issue I had was the there was a dip in the mattress but I think it was from the bed frame and I think there might be a chance of bed bugs or fleas especially if people are sneaking their pets into the hotel even though policy clearly stated no pets. I kept feeling something biting me and I had a huge red bump on my forearm this morning when i woke up.

It appears to be a newer hotel but after you past the front desk it's a much older hotel with dirty carpets ,hot hallways and the room we were initially in the sheets were stained and the bed was covered with the dirt and lint from the older air conditioning units. We were moved to another room but the carpets are musty in the rooms and hallway.

I had to get my room changed because of the smell. It smelled like sewage. I had to use my inhaler. I got my room changed for thee exact same smell. This was a horrible experience. The third floor smelled like mildew and when I got moved to the 4th floor the room smelled the exact same way. I couldn’t sleep because of being sick. This was so unacceptable. The linen had holes in it. This was a huge mistake staying here.

We needed a quick room overnight for a road trip. The hotel looked run down. It wasn't dirty - but it wasn't clean either. Walls dirty, scuffed up, didn't look clean and new. In general, it didn't feel warm and welcoming. You can tell the whole building is run down. Staff was fine - not overly friendly, looked unprofessional, no one was at the front desk when we checked in - moved slowly. Elevator was dirty - hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Hallways were dark. doors were open and left ajar. I didn't feel safe or clean. The comforter on the bed was stained. I didn't want to sleep under the covers at all. The room was really dingy. I will definitely not plan a return stay at this hotel and I'll certainly think twice before booking another comfort inn property.

The hotel is in need of updating. The furniture looked old, really beat up. The bed was not comfortable, and the fan on the Heat/AC unit would not stay running and every time it cycled on or off I would wake... so, not a good night's rest. The toilet wobbled and I was afraid the toilet was going to fall over if I leaned even slightly too far. Just glad my wife was not with me on this trip.

We needed a place to stay for the night and it had good reviews and I needed 3 rooms. Check in was ok even though they didn't have our paperwork ready. The rooms were old and the beds were horrible in all 3 rooms...when you laid down you rolled to the middle. Definitely not a good night sleep. Parking lot needs help and the breakfast was not good. The bagels and breads and Cheerios were stale. I would not recommend this hotel, very disappointed.

Asked for a quiet room and was assured that all rooms were quiet. Got in our room and found out that construction was happening on the highway about 80 feet from our window. Floodlights for night work and multiple vehicles idling. Asked to have a room on the other end of the building, but was told no vacancies. Finally out of utter fatigue fell asleep at some point during the night. The attendant at the front desk was genuinely surprised that there was construction and I really believe that he didn’t know. However, another room should’ve been in order, especially after driving 11 hours that day.

I would definitely not recommend staying here! Pool was closed. The property and our room were very run down and dirty. They put out breakfast at 6 and didn’t restock. The staff was nice but overall not a place I’d ever come back to!

I normally don't stay at Comfort Inn. It was the only hotel around. I have to say it was better than expected. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. The only inconvenience was that none of the ice machines on any floor worked, and when I told the front desk person about it, she said yes. I asked if she could get me some from the back or kitchen area, and she said no. Also, I left my blanket, and I called three times and every time no one has yet to call me backl

Thank you very much to the staff, the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t know her name, she worked on the evening of June 21, she helped us with the room, there were problems with the rooms, she replaced them for us with cleaner and more comfortable ones, she did everything so that we were happy and stayed. There seemed to be an issue with the room's electronic lock on the door which took a couple trips to the front desk to resolve. The staff was very apologetic (and good humored) and accompanied me to the door, eventually getting it opened. They made an otherwise unhappy situation almost pleasant.

Check in was horrible. First they called me in the morning asking if I actually needed a handicapped accessible room and asked if I would switch rooms. I booked a handicapped room months ago for a reason. Upon arrival and trying to check in after check in time my room was still not ready. I was told to come back later. Mind you I booked a handicapped room for a reason and needed in my room at my time of arrival for medical reasons. My time of arrival was way after check in started. Very disappointed. The lady at the desk was very rude.

Staff seemed very uninterested in helping with our check in or with making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were treated like we were bothering them and they didn't have time to be bothered. Couldn't get clean towels for our 2nd day. Staff was not very friendly.

The picture makes it appear as a tranquil place out of the bustle of many other lodging properties. Comfort Inn and Suites is along very busy roadways, kicking up a lot of dirt. I would have preferred a place set back a bit out of the noise, and would have preferred a place that had something other to look at out of our window than speeding traffic. However the room was clean, and people were very pleasant.

This was the worst hotel we Have stayed in…dirty and frayed carpet in halls & room..Roku TV was terrible to use. breakfast…waffle batter was old and SOUR!..4 Pieces of cold old sausage there at 7:30am with no more in the larder they said! Tiny round flat eggs were inedible.. no restocking done! 2 cupcakes there..that’s all!! lots of excuses at checkout!! outside was awful also.. no landscaping done at all..bare ground dead shrubs.. just awful!😞 weird guys hanging around in the hallway.. did not feel safe! would rate it 0 out of 10!! Don't stay there! want a Refund!

Unfortunately, this location is negatively affected by all the road construction in the area. This was the first time at a Comfort Inn that the breakfast was so poor. No hot coffee, no hot water, all the food was cold......

Overall, our stay was good - clean comfortable room, staff accommodating and friendly. Big disappointment was the breakfast that was to be provided. Evidently, the truck with supplies did not come in - no butter, no bread, no creamer...we ended up having to go elsewhere, which added cost we didn't have planned. Seems to me that there could have been something planned as they had to know that they had a full hotel and people planning on eating.

Very clean room, we did one overnight on the way back from disney, the bed was really comfortable. Glad to have queen beds instead of double beds and the price was good too. There is a dunkin and food options nearby and breakfast is nothing big, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. cereal.

This was just a stop on the way north. We wouldn't stay again. While the staff was very friendly but the building is not well maintained. The carpet everywhere is old and dingy as is the furniture and fixtures. The lighting in our bathroom was barley sufficient to see over the sink. Could hardly see in the shower. Not that we had any interest in swimming, but the pool was filled but it was green and had weeds a foot tall growing through the cracks in the pool deck. The breakfast offering was what you would expect from this type of hotel. Typical eggs, sausage, etc.
