Property is a no frills hotel, but seriously needs a remodel. Furniture is very worn, metal on light fixture is rusted. Bed was ok, but also in need of replacement, and there was a burn hole in the bedspread. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, not in any cabinet, just sitting there, mw on top of the fridge. Shower was leaking, and water got cold in the middle of a shower, after only a couple minutes. Caulking and trim in bathroom was falling off the wall. “Hot breakfast “ consisted of a single waffle maker, and the usual bread and cereal. There are 3 other hotels in the same area that would have been better choices.

Renovated Room was reasonably clean had some minor mold issues on ceiling in bathroom but not unexpected in an older hotel. however, there’s always a downside this one had issues with hot water. They switched me to a different room but didn’t help with the lack of hot water, I wouldn’t even say it was Luke warm… after working 10 hours at a construction site you really would like a hot shower.

The TV didn't work in the living room and the stove had a short in it .it kept shocking me and we told the maintenance guy and the famous saying I'll come back and wash clothes were missing and the coffee table and we had no microwave the office man was nice

I’m not sure where to start. The place wasn’t the best. The couch had stains and I wouldn’t sit on it. We got the room with a jacuzzi tub but again we didn’t use it. We knew the bedding was clean and so were the towels but that’s about all I trusted. The pool was outside which was ok but there was broken glass bottle in it so we didn’t use it. Lots of drug/illegal activity there that made us very uncomfortable. Paid for two nights and only stayed for one. Won’t go back

Thi property was a OK! Outside and surrounding area were good. Def an easy off and on I95. We booked the only jetted tub room. It was nice, needed more towels and garbage bins

My room cost me $85 the sheets on the bed was bloody and the pillow cases was bloody . The man at the desk would not help me and kept saying I’m sorry maam while he was on his cellphone!!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and neatness of this hotel. Yes, like any mature being, it has a few marks and scars, but our room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the area was quiet and surrounded by other hotels. Very convenient to the interstate, gas and eating establishments. We will gladly stay there again.

Soon as I went in the room the microwave wave food from somebody who previously stayed in there before me and there were underwear in the bathroom from also somebody that previously stayed there!!!!!

My problem was with the hotel mainly.looks great from the outside. Poop in the toilet, dirty floors, bed super hard ( like sleeping on a door) microwave not clean, no supplies for the bathroom or in the room, no phone in the room. Need more pillows to sleep on. Worst hotel very been in.

THE HOTEL AND ROOMS WERE NICE AND SPACIOUS AND WARM, BUT MANAGEMENT WAS INCAPABLE OF CONTROLLING UNRULY GUESTS. MY CAR WAS IN DANGER OF DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, BY PEOPLE NOT EVEN STAYING AT THE HOTEL. PEOPLE WERE USING THE HOTEL TO PARTY

This place is in very poor condition for a red roof. If I would have seen it before I booked it, I wouldn’t have stayed. There were stains and cigarette burns on the bedding and the whole place seems run down. But the shower was really hot so that’s a good thing.

Property location is in a convient location right off the highway. There is several places for dinning. Rooms are very dated and definitly renovation...spent a few bucks more and get a nicer place...there are a lot of other places right in that area.

This property had horrible customer service. The front desk reps were rude, and short when speaking with guest. Limited supplies, i.e I was told I could only receive one wash cloth and one towel per person, my bedding had holes, and stains. I tried to turn them in for another set and was told there weren’t anymore. There were no additional pillows, cleaning service had to be requested between 9am-1pm, which we didn’t receive. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room daily myself. Bath tub was unleveled, there were cob webs on the stairs, and walls to the rooms. The poor quality of my stay negatively affected my vacation. I will NEVER stay at or recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone.

Reserved a room with 2 beds. After driving late into the night stopped with our 2 kids & was told all they had left was 1 room with 1 bed. It did not matter that I had made a reservation ahead of time, it was take it or leave it. The breakfast included was a good perk & morning staff was courteous.

Property manager Ramses was not helpful. The room had only 2 towels in the room, and they were dirty. The manager gave me 2 wash cloths and two towels. I asked for a 3rd towel and he told me to use the dirty towel that was in the room to use as the floor towel. I had to clean the tub myself and it was so dirty that you could smell the funk as I cleaned it. The bed was higher at the foot than the head and the smell of smoke/weed was immediate once you entered the non-smoking room. I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Not to mention, people were hanging out all night and it was scary because you couldn’t tell if you were about to get robbed or not.

Bedding was dirty and had burn holes all over them like someone was killing bedbugs. Asked front desk for another room and he said he didn’t have anymore 2 beds and he’ll bring more blankets. He never came so I ended up going down stairs and asked for a refund and he told me i had to call Expedia and then tried to give me another room he just happened to have available. I called Expedia and when they called him to get the cancellation info he wouldn’t answer the phone.

The checkout time on here states noon (12pm). At 10:30am house keeping entered my room while I was still sleeping. Again at 11:15am house keeping knocked and attempted to enter my room but I had put the extra locks on the door. This has happened twice before as well.

The property was clean and neat. The room was very comfortable. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of pillows. The place is easy to get to. There is a Cracker Barrel (and other places) within easy walking distance. Breakfast is ready early 5:30-10:00 and had good variety.

The room was not made when we walked in. The nice gentleman at the lobby changed us room. He was very nice and apologetic of the first room dirtyness. Got us into another room which was clean. The breakfast was tinny and not very with not a bunch of variety and not very appetizing.

Reserved a room with 2 beds. After driving late into the night stopped with our 2 kids & was told all they had left was 1 room with 1 bed. What we like: Friendly staff, comfortable beds (mattresses), large comfortable rooms, clean, nice breakfast room. What don't we like? Maybe some details in the bathroom are not perfect, missing hangers:). To sum up: We highly recommend it.
