I live having a fullsize refrigerator with freezer because I was traveling with 2 ice chests of perishable food. The room was very nice. i noticed the night clerk about trash in the hall and he shrugged and said housekeeping would get it tomorrow. i mentioned it could attract bugs and rodents. No response. i have a picture of it. I rarely saw him at the desk. the morning shiftcreceptionist was much more efficient. i

Somewhat quiet. Train did go by during the day, but didn't hear it at night, so other than that, room was very clean and liked the kitchen area to use for food. Still think at least one ice machine should be in hotel, since it took a while for ice to be made, although staff was nice to get me a bag of ice.

The property needs a little attention. Small coffee pot turns off and has cold coffee in the morning - should be put in an insulated carafe. Garbage can lett in stairwell. The smell of food permeates the hallway. Nothing really bad but definitely room for improvement.

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, gas stations and interstate. Also close to downtown Wilson which is a gem!! Hotel was clean and spacious and quiet. Easy to get in and out and free parking is a large plus.

A very nice hotel, the room had a little kitchen which was nice due to our lengthy stay! Housekeeping was only to come once a week, but would have been nice if they would have at least stopped by to ask if we needed anything. We had to go to the front desk a few times for items. They have no complimentary breakfast and the items they had for sale were way over priced. Free laundry was nice as well as the little gym they have.

I’ve stayed a few times simply because it’s the closest to my family but this time the rooms carpet had black stains, the tubs paint/covering was chipped…the last day the water wouldn’t get hot. I understand it was a holiday but I heard housekeeping every morning never once did they knock on the door to ask if we needed (extra/fresh) anything. The sample toiletries were nonexistent. The complimentary coffee room wasn’t stocked with goods/snacks to purchase. Again, I’ve stayed before but this time was disappointing.

I liked everything about this hotel. Convenient to the interstate without the noise. Easy check in with very courteous staff. Clean quiet rooms. All room amenities were clean and worked well. Dining and refueling stations are close and clean.

The staff were okay but the facility inside the hallways, stairs and elevators smelled of SKUNK marijuana that I could not get the smell out of my nose clothes for days until I took a shower and washed my clothes after I left the place.

Just super unsatisfied with the entire experience. Very poor service checking in. Could barely understand the Indian guy at the counter. Was expecting there to be breakfast for what you pay. Also couldn't even get a complimentary bottle of water. I paid for a queen-size bed and only received a full. Not to mention, the bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable and we didn't get good sleep. Didn't receive enough towels and washcloths and tried going to the lobby to ask for more and could never find anyone. Just very disappointed and upset paying this much money and not receiving good care and comfort. Will not be staying here again!

Terrible! Christmas Eve entire hotel did not have sny hot water- small sign at front desk says it wi t be fixed until Monday !!! Asked to see the manager on Christmas Day and the girl said he’s not returning calls!!! Was not there when I left Mondsy and girl said he was to call everyone and make amends but so far nothing. Shower had slight water pressure the entire week I was there - not good!!

The hotel is nice but upon arrival the employee at the front desk told me he has to cancel my reservations due to me residing in a town over. I requested a manager whom wasn’t available. I questioned this rule he then stated previously people locally partied in The room. I explained to him I’m a retired officer and a grown woman who rented & paid in full for a room overnight and that wasn’t In the policy agreement when I rented the room. He continued to make up stories & after 10 minutes he said I can leave. $250.00 Deposit.i asked how come that wasn’t n option from the start? He had the nerve to say most people dont have $250.00 I asked him was he discriminating against me, he couldn’t answer so I gave him my card and state I’m exhausted what room am I in? He kindly gave me my keys with many apologies.

We are in the process of buying a new house and needed temporary housing during this process. I made my reservations almost two weeks in advance. The hotel called me the morning of my check in and asked for my zip code, once i gave it to them they said that they needed to cancel my reservation because they do not rent to locals, anyone within 50 miles. What a inconvenience, i think that is a ridiculous rule and a form of discrimination.

As a Platinum Elite member I requested a late check put due to a health problem. I got that approved and just prior to 2 pm Housekeeping knocked on my door as I was leaving. I was put aback. I felt rushed and uncomfortable unwelcome and most of all dismissed. I will NOT be returning to that establishment and I have family in that area.

Drove all night to drop my daughter off at college, moved her in and was exhausted! Called looking for a room ASAP ( this was before noon) and the accommodated us! They had a room clean and ready for us when I got there 10 minutes later! We will make this the hotel we stay at while visiting here from here on out! I’m sure we will be seeing them at least 3x a year! Thank you! You kindness and willingness to accommodate us so quickly will make us forever guests! Planning our next visit in October!

We were only here for one night. The hotel is in a good area with plenty around it as far as food options go. It's not too far from the whirligig Park. You should definitely check that out if you were in the area.

Open hole in the ceiling of the bathroom where vent should be, hot water barely dripping at the bathroom sink, no kind of breakfast served, was told if I lived within 50 miles they could not rent me a room. Rooms need a lot of maintenance and updating. Won't return.

While the staff who registered me was kind and helpful, the person who checked me out at 0500 not. I was disappointed at the lack of a continental breakfast, but that's my fault for not paying attention before reserving the stay. I will stay at another hotel for my next trip.
