A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Choice of restaurant or lounge dining options. Large indoor pool perfect for laps, plus a hot tub, sauna, execrise room, and shower/changing rooms. Also a gift shop with local wines and confectioneries available.
