The pool water was green and slimy, there was a massive wolf spider in the partially drained hot tub the sign says it's down for maintenance but its clear it will not be fixed anytime soon. The room stayed humid no matter how low the air conditioning was. The breakfast was delicious. I was surprised to see avocado's offered. Along with chia seeds for your yogurt.

The front staff was rude, a two story motel with no elevator ? When my husband informed the front staff that we were senior citizens and I was handicapped he basically indicated that he could have cared less. We started up the stairs and then my husband said I’m going to ask if they have a room on the first which they did. Why didn’t the insolent staff offer it? We took it even though we had to sleep on separate beds. We will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!!! By the way doesn’t the Disability Act cover this????

Our experience was as advertised. Staff was courteous. Motel was clean. Everything was in working order. Pool was good. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was good. Met or exceeded our expectations. As Advertised.

Clean updated room, lots of parking, and the best breakfast I have seen in a long time. Friendly staff. The one negative is that there is not an elevator to the second floor. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but a little inconvenient with a big suitcase.

Our King suite was very spacious, though our bed was way too soft. Not use to that kind of bed, but made the most of it. Nice variety of proteins for breakfast, and they did not fold up breakfast and put it away 1 minute after closing, like every other place seems to do. Nice for those last minute folks! Finally, biggest disappointment (though it was listed somewhere on the booking site) is there is no elevator! I feel sorry for the cleaning staff, let alone those who don't enjoy carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

Hotel is run down. Air freshners in hallway and room helped when we first checked in, but about 5 am the worst smell woke me up. Not sure if it was breakfast being prepared or from something happening in the hall or next room. I felt secure booking a Best Western as they are usually ckean and kept up, but this definitely didn't meet that expectation. Way overpriced for what it was. We were excited about there being biscuits and gravy as a brrakfast choice, but the gravy was watered down and tasted terrible. We threw our entire plate of food away abd found a McDonalds down the road.

Young man at check in didnt know what he was doing and couldn't find my booking. He disnt care and wasnt going to help either. I had to call hotels.com to figure it out. After almost an hour, they got me into a room. He said he couldn't call a manager because it was new years eve, but when i went back out, he had called one. She was nice and helpful. Double beds were small but comfy. Bathroom wasnt very clean and the floor was super slippery. Luckily they had a rubber mat to put down. They had spray painted over the heat bulb in the bathroom so we couldn't use that. Some of the drywall was starting to peel. It just mainly needs a refresh. The hot tub wasnt hot and was filled with yelling kids. We were hoping to go in after they were gone but the desk person let them stay in well after it closed at 11pm. It wasnt a great way to bring in the new year. lots of yelling and running up and down the hallways late at night too.

The staff was great but there were some issues. 1. The room assigned to us was not cleaned so they gave us another. 2. One of the Queen beds in our second room either needs to be replace or the mattress flipped. There is a low spot on once size that causes you to roll to the edge of the bed when sleeping. It wasn't comfortable at all.

No elevator! Had to take suitcases upstairs. Bathroom tub had rust in it. Paint around tub peeling. Towels thin and dull. No Tesla charging station, when I called I asked for it.

So they would geta fine review but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband wanted to get up and leave at 1:00 A.M. We have stayed here before and had no problems. Our friends that had 2 nights there had same issue. They wanted to switch hotels for their 2nd night. Staff and cleanliness of hotel was great.

To start there is no elevator which can be an issue for some people so you need to be aware of that fact. The night desk clerk didn’t seem real sure of how to do things especially when I told her our tv didn’t work (it would not turn on). She admitted she didn’t know how to fix it and that other rooms had tv issues in the past so she gave me a handwritten note they keep behind the desk with instructions that might fix the problem (they did not fix the problem)…she did apologize multiple times for not knowing how to help. While checking out the next morning I told the day clerk the tv doesn’t turn on so hopefully the issue in Room 208 will be fixed.

good for what it is, conveniently next to the highway and breakfast was real good. the rooms felt kinda old, but gets the job done. i don’t love parking across from a gas station but if you’re into that then it’s also convenient i guess. good options for food nearby. i liked the staff and especially the breakfast (bacon in the eggs). i would 50/50 stay here again, maybe another place in town if i was passing through but it’s a solid option; variety never hurt anyone though, right?

One night stay was fine. Received a room with the specifications requested. Front desk was quick with check in and provided great suggestions where to go for dinner. Nice indoor pool and complimentary breakfast went till 10am. We would stay there again.

We were booked on the second level but the young lady said let's put you on ground floor because steps at 77 aren't fun. A very good hotel to stop at to include the super breakfast in the morning.
