The doors into the hotel did not lock. The trash bins were overflowing by the exterior doors. Trash around the ground. You could hear everything outside the room door. Room and bathroom needed repairs

Quite a few box springs and mattresses outside leaning against motel building and other furniture. Cigarette buts laying everywhere outside of entrance doors. Walk into building there’s broken tables and lamps under stairwell. Breakfast was good and the lady that prepares the food was very sweet!

Worst stay I ever had. Bathroom faucet didn't work had to brush my teeth in the shower. Jacuzzi was nasty and our toilet was filthy. Wife wouldn't even use the toilet. Very disappointed. Walls and floors were stained, definitely the worst Super 8 I’ve stayed at. Very upsetting for the amount of money I spent to stay there.

The three equipment piece workout room was a little dusty. You can tell not many people want to use that part of the facility because of this. The antiseptic wipes that were to be used after excercising were dry and expired. other than that, we had a good stay.

When we started the jets in the hot tub. It shorted the light out. We called down to the front desk to tell them. The person at the front desk. Said We had to wait til the manager came in at 5 pm. They never called or checked in on us to see if the electricity came back on

The exterior impression is that of a homeless camp. Questionable people in the parking lot. Weeds over 2’ tall everywhere. We were told the Ice machine was broken and we would have to go to the next building over. All staff was friendly. Luckily we arrived before the reservation became in refundable. OVERPRICED

I’ve never seen that dirty stinky hotel in my life!!!! I even took a pictures of the dust on around microwave, around fridge, dead bugs in the corners of the room and black dirty stain in the bathtub!!! Room was sooo disgusting and dirty!!! It is unbelievable lie to all of the customers to sell rooms in this condition- it’s humiliating. I can’t believe they charge ($120 with taxes and fees) people for sleeping in this conditions

We woke up in the morning and happened to find a bedbug on the sheet. I should’ve taken a picture of it but my first instinct was to smash it. My wife had a row of bites on her hand that itched for about a week. We also talked to another guest in the parking lot who also experienced bedbugs.

This is not a property I will be staying at again. While the customer service was good, cleanliness of the room was enough to deter me from staying at another Super 8 again. The room was so dirty that I refused to use the shower and didn't want to touch any furniture in the room. In addition to this, there was an abundance of mold in the mini fridge in my room, something I have never seen before as a frequent traveler. I felt unsafe storing any of my food in the fridge, so ended up throwing it out. I would not stay here, or at any other Super 8 again.

Our room had a very dank, musty smell. Carpet and sheets were almost damp. Found a dead roach on the bathroom floor. We couldn't change rooms because no other accessible rooms were available.

This was the most filthy motel room I have ever been in. The toilet bowl was black inside. The shower floor was dirty. I had to ask for clean towels upon arrival. Lightning didn’t work properly nor the ac unit. The food service breakfast was terrible and not enough to feed all the customers. Apple juice was watered down and orange juice sour. Sausage links were cold and cooked too hard. Food area didn’t look sanitary and garbage can was running over onto the floor. No ice was available when needed. Black hoodies is not proper attire for desk help and could be menacing looking to the public.

Both rooms I was given were filthy! The first had trash under bed, a dirty toilet bowl and sheets had hairs, stains and were torn. I requested and was provided a different room. This room appeared slightly cleaner (no trash under bed). But next morning found dried urine and copious hairs on toilet between it and the shower. Both rooms were terrible dusty. Heavy mildew stains above 2nd rooms shower, and a bright yellow stain on one towel. Of course, I pre-paid on Expedia so money was not refundable! JUST SAY NO!

The sheets and towels seemed to be clean. However, the first room we were given had hair in the shower, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The mirrors had streaks on them and water spots in the bathroom. The floor was not swept or vacuumed. Getting a new room was easy and quick. Again, the sheets and towels were clean. However, the bathroom had dead bugs in the corner and in the ice bucket. Mirrors again had smears on them. Microwave had a sticky button panel, the toilet was mostly clean, but had gunk in crevices. The lobby and staircase had dusty old Christmas decorations. Everything had dust and felt very neglected. In the morning for breakfast the lobby had water on the floors with safety cones around. No one to speak of was working to clean it up. Breakfast smelled great. But again everything had a grimy feel. Tables not wiped, sticky serving items. Overall, not a great experience.

Upon entering the room we were assaulted by the smell of old sweat. It had been a long while since the carpet had last been vacuumed. There were dirty tissues and burger wrappers under the bed. The shower curtain was mildewy. I didn’t dare take a shower and “slept” fully clothed. The sheets looked clean enough I guess. If it hadn’t been midnight already when we got there I would have gone somewhere else. Live and learn. Cheap is cheap.

Check in was fine, room was very dirty and there were holes in the wall behind the bed. Pillows had black stains and woke up with a few bites on my legs, can only assume bed bugs. Bathroom was gross, stains all over mirror and toilet was black. Only stayed here for a quick night which I think is the target market, but would’ve liked to of felt clean and comfortable for my one night.

Check in and staff are excellent, I have stayed before in the recent past and the same was true then. For the price it is a good value, for convenience, location and walkable places, also good. I only need a bed and a shower in a clean room when visiting North Platte. I will stay again because in compared to a Marriott or Hilton property nearby, I received the same level of service for a lot less out of pocket.

When my husband and I arrived, the front desk receptionist was on a FaceTime call on her laptop in the dining area and didn’t come help us for at least 5 minutes even though we made eye contact as we walked in. We got to the room, and the floor was so sticky. All we wanted was to take a warm shower but it would not warm up, and the towels were so thin we could not completely dry off. There was dirt in the bed when we took off the covers, and there was a light switch on the wall but no overhead light to even turn on. This stay was awful, nowhere near what we were hoping for

It smells so nice! Too many times, we walk in and all you smell is cigarette smoke. Everything is clean, Kal at the front desk was very nice and gave us complimentary water and candy, and the beds are comfy. Needs a little work with the overgrown weeds outside, but inside is great!

The rooms are not taken care of, the parking lots dangerous, the extremely *limited* breakfast tastes like chemicals and is insensible. Even for a motel this place is bad - go across the street to any other hotel.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hallways and stairway needed cleaning. Breakfast was nonexistent after 8am,and breakfast area really needed cleaning. No regular coffee available for in-room coffee maker. Air conditioner/fan either really cold or very hot and stuffy.

Best hotel we've stayed at in two months! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. SUPERB BREAKFAST! They offered coffee, juice, tea, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and milk. Moreover, sausage links, scrambled eggs, bread, fresh fruit, and a waffle maker to make fresh waffles. The coffee machine had options to choose from like strong coffee, regular or decaf. It was awesome.

If you are looking for a quiet, good nights sleep this is a great place. It’s an older building HOWEVER, the beds are AMAZING! Seriously, I haven’t slept in a hotel bed this comfortable since we stayed at a Doubletree. It was ahhhh worthy! The breakfast was very nice, tasty and hot. Only complaint, the coffee wasn’t very good.
