Room was clean and decent everything worked, even smelled clean. Bathroom looked remodeled. My only 1 negative remark is we have to check in from a window outside in freezing rain and lady took forever in the process. Seems like there scared to open lobby to customers but leave all other entrances to hotel unlocked.

I liked that the room was clean and staff was polite and had plenty of parking spaces. I didn't like the stairways were uneven and not wide enough and also had damage that can cause someone to slip and fall. It was also extremely limited on the amenities like no hair dryer or iron and the mini refrigerator was uneven and the microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator and also the walkway to the room felt uneven and tilted and also for a non smoking facility people were seen still smoking outside their rooms.

Satisfied. My stay's here are always usually good, the front desk staff is always polite/helpful. Mostly quiet & safe here. Only small frustration is- the hotel WiFi range is bad unless I'm standing directly near room door, WiFi signal won't connect when relaxing on the bed or otherside of room. Hotel installed 'WiFi signal extenders' would help solve this. But I didn't seem to have this issue when staying in the double bed rooms, WiFi signal much better there.

Looks bad from the outside. Stairs up to the second floor are horrible ragged strings of what’s left of the carpet hanging off the treads. You initial on the form you sign when checking-in that you only have 15 minutes to decide whether you will accept the room or get your money back- big red flag. Then surprisingly the room was perfectly fine. You’re paying bottom dollar so don’t expect anything at all fancy but it’s a room and it’s clean. Just a little intimidating from the outside so don’t bring someone who is picky about where they stay.

There were roaches in the room, the bathroom vent was dirty, the toilet tissue holder was rusty and broken, the tissue kept falling off. The shower head was not secure, the odor in the room was that of urine and smoke. Overall experience was not good; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely not stay there again.

I was a little disappointed based off pictures and recent reviews. The room seemed clean but the blanket had a huge stain and burn holes. The bed skirt had stains. The hallway constantly wreaked of weed. Over all it was fine because we just needed somewhere to sleep as we were in town for a funeral. The water pressure in the shower was great and the codes doors were cool.

Unbelievably disgusting, there were bugs crawling everywhere. I booked 1 room and found bugs 3 times in that room, asked to be changed to another room, got into that thinking alright this is may be okay it smells cleaner for sure (pure cleaning chemical smell) I go to sleep and woke up to a spider crawling on my arm. I got so scared I packed everything and left the room at 3 am. Didn’t even go to tell reception. If they are considerate enough they’d refund me my 2 night stay since I slept in my car the rest of the duration of my stay. They can easily check security footage to confirm my story too. Wouldn’t recommend anyone ever staying there. Not at all hygienic.

However, the staff member didn’t check and simply said the hotel was fully booked, which is hard to believe. He gave me a room spray and apologized, saying he couldn’t help me. I couldn’t sleep all night. The facility claims it’s a smoke-free property, but cigarette butts are everywhere in the stairs and lobby. Additionally, the small air conditioner was very loud.

The property is surrounded by many eating establishments. Staff was friendly. Room could have been cleaner. A roach greeted me in the bathroom as soon as I stepped in. Not glamorous, but that isn't what I was looking for, just a relatively inexpensive good night's sleep on the road, which is what I got. Amazingly quiet. Keep in mind pets aren't allowed and there is no breakfast or coffee/tea

Always great. Yes this page has its quirks and once in a while, having a perfect stay is it if my control. I love the staff here, super friendly. I wish the pillows weren't like Thin Mints® but hey, you win some you lose soon

Is ok for the price, but I was disappointed that the bedrooms were in two different buildings and I didn't feel comfortable that my girls were in another building from me. We rent two rooms one for me and my husband and one for my 3 girls. Our bed & pillows were very hard and one of the beds on my girls room has a deep hole on it.

One of the better low budget hotels around. Guests can be a little noisey and the doors slam very loudly. But overall very comfortable,spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, mini fridge, microwave. Wish fhey had more tv channels but oh well.

Double Queen Room one mattress was so bad add the flat pillows to the mix needles to say it was a rough night. the microwave dish didn't turn so it kept burning everything. I know it's a replacement dish so I understand but the mattress and pillows were so bad. I couldn't changed rooms because the motel was booked out completely.

On 1/22/24, i called the front desk to make sure they didn't give out guests names or room #'s. Domestic situation. Kathy promised they didn't. Gave me a whole speech about policy. Not 15 mins later, i hear banging & yelling at my door. Not only did they verify we were there, but SHOWED them to the room! And the housekeeping man (that always wears a hat), was about to let them in my room!! If i didn't mention the police, it would've happened. I then called front desk to have them removed. Kathy said.."they drove from Delaware to see you, JUST OPEN THE DOOR"! Kathy didn't know these people. She just accepted their lies and exposed me and my child to them! If you care about your privacy or safety, AT ALL...DO NOT STAY AT THE BORDENTOWN LOCATION!!! I've been to different countries, states and cities and i have NEVER experienced such professionalism!!!

The cleaning staff ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign I intentionally put on my door knob outside. This is not even the first time and it was before 11 AND a day before i was scheduled to checkout. I went to the front desk to complain and was told that they have been spoken to about that before and would be spoken to again.

This is a great hotel if you are traveling alone, looking for something that is cost-effective, and you do not need any major amenities. The MHO hotel has just enough to get you by. The rooms are spartan, and small. But they are clean and have a desk, TV and wi-fi so you can get work done. The hotel is on a busy road that is near a lot of services and businesses, but the road is not walkable. However, the MHO hotel is immediately adjacent to three great restaurants, that you can walk to without going on the busy road. So you don't need a car to go get dinner, and you can basically get anything you want. The hotel staff are very friendly and nice.

The front desk staff here is very helpful and very friendly 😀 Cathy is always helpful as well in answering some questions. This room was very clean and also very comfortable 😌. The prices here are lower then any other place in town. Lots of good places to eat at and there are lots of gas stations nearby.

I stay with MHO often mostly because its local & cost effective. However, i have to complain that their maid service comes around 9 am & knocks while OPENING the door. I have called the front desk seceral times & it still happens almost every time i stay. I know that check out is 11 am & of my dozen times staying with them i have checked out late once, for which they did NOT charge me for +. I am sympathetic to the fact that they cleaning staff MAY have a lot of rooms to clean, but i still think this is a big no no. I have never asked to check in 2 hours early, so why be so rude & open doors before 11 of rooms where the keys have not been turned in, even on check out day?

I know that check out is 11 am & of my dozen times staying with them i have checked out late once, for which they did NOT charge me for +. I am sympathetic to the fact that they cleaning staff MAY have a lot of rooms to clean, but i still think this is a big no no. I have never asked to check in 2 hours early, so why be so rude & open doors before 11 of rooms where the keys have not been turned in, even on check out day?

Really can’t beat this place in terms of what you get vs what you paid. Nice and clean, safe, and convenient distance to shopping/dining and highways. It’s right on the main road but you’d never know once you are on the property.

The room numbers were weird going from 200 to 210 and then skipping to 250 to 260 but otherwise fine all around with a good area with a nice restaurant in walking distance and a wawa close by.

This is a great hotel if you are traveling alone, looking for something that is cost-effective, and you do not need any major amenities. The MHO hotel has just enough to get you by. The rooms are spartan, and small. But they are clean and have a desk, TV and wi-fi so you can get work done. The hotel is on a busy road that is near a lot of services and businesses, but the road is not walkable. However, the MHO hotel is immediately adjacent to three great restaurants, that you can walk to without going on the busy road. So you don't need a car to go get dinner, and you can basically get anything you want. The hotel staff are very friendly and nice.

Property inside and out needed a face lift and felt unsafe when guests were not welcomed into the registration area and needed to use a window. Communication was difficult through the window microphone and I had to have the attendant repeat themselves. Pot smell was a bit overwhelming. The room was okay although the sink was cracked. However, I guess you get what you pay for.

For the price, it was good and I would stay again—but I definitely had some lessons learned. There were no blankets on the bed and the pillows were super flat. When we asked the front desk, we were told to come back the next day. I knew I wouldn’t sleep well, so we made a late-night trip to Walmart for pillows and a blanket. Housekeeping also came into our room on Saturday and turned the air conditioning off. When we got back, it was nearly 100 degrees and took a long time to cool down. Next time, I’ll be sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Some notes that may help others have a more comfortable stay: • If you’re bougie, this isn’t the place for you. • It’s minimalist—basic but clean. • If you want pillows thicker than prison pillows, bring your own. • Hotels.com says breakfast is included, but it’s just coffee. Awesome staff here there very friendly and very helpful. Prices are the lowest in town. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Lot of food choices to pick in this area. Lots of gas stations also nearby. And also auto shops nearby as well.
