Tony’s home was a wonderful, cozy and clean home, the home is perfect for one family that needs 3 bedrooms and a bath on each or multifamily that likes to have a bedroom in separate floors with its own bath. It had two entrances to the lower unit from the inside and from the back lower deck. The neighborhood was very nice and very close to everywhere. And the resort pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. With my experience with previous hosts, Tony was one of the best and will respond very quick and always wanted know if there is anything we needed. I recommend his place to everyone. Thank you Tony!

I really hate to be that person to give a low rating and complain about small things BUT had I understand a couple things that were important to our stay I would not have booked this cabin. Two important things I want to point out first…….1. I did not complain to the property owner therefore they were not asked to “make anything right” 2. This was my first time staying in a VBRO and I was impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was! Things that were wrong or misleading in the property description BATHROOMS. This was a huge disappointment. It clearly lists 3 bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. I was upset to get there and find only 3 bathrooms. The whirlpool tub not only didn’t work it also leaked. So even when we tried to take a relaxing soak we would have to keep replenishing the water. This may not matter to most but it was a huge selling point to me. Thank goodness we packed 2 air mattresses just in case because the pullout sofa was unusable. It was too broken to even use. Again, maybe everyone wouldn’t plan to use them but we had planned to! The pool area is not only for the few cabins you see. It is also for the entire building of condos! If you plan to use the pool just know it is a small pool for the large number of guests who have access. Again, the things that were good about this property were so but there were enough disappointing things that we were counting on that I feel we were cheated some what.

Property was in an excellent location very close to Dollywood and main attractions. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. Tony communicated very well. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge. Great property!

3 couples all with our own floors which was nice. Comfy beds, good pillows, good shower pressure, own hot tub but too full, could have used more towels upstairs. Tvs in every room but the smallest tv was in the biggest room and very hard to see. Pool very close and private for the most part.

Everything was as it should have been. We were there just before Christmas and they had decorated the place . There was a large Christmas 🎄 tree in the living room and a Small one downstairs and one upstairs also. The juccussi took awhile to heat up, but once it did worked great, the kids loved it. The place was stocked very well and the welcome email was helpful. It got very cold while we were there and the heat worked well and we all loved the fireplaces.

Nice place to stay. Could use a little more cleaning. Windows were pretty dirty and wall hangings dusty. Curtains in main floor bedroom dirty as well as blinds. Overall was good place to stay. Kids (teens) enjoyed pools and hot tub(s). I would consider staying there again.

Very nice and roomy cabin. The only thing we had an issue with was the hot tub was not on when we got there and we were unable to get it to turn on. Contacted Tony by text, and he contacted maintenance immediately. We left to do some things in the area, and when we returned the hot tub was on and hot! Very responsive if you have any issues. We had a great time there and highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, just minutes to every shop, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc.. The cabin is very nice, roomy, beautiful views, perfect check in, check out, love the bedroom set up, excellent parking. The kitchen is nice, it has plenty of dishes, almost anything you need to cook, eat and drink, it was clean same as the refrigerator which it had a bag of ice, thank you that was a nice touch, we enjoyed our meals in the dinning room with the beautiful view, and the balcony. We enjoyed having a bedroom downstairs with the little kitchenette. My only issue is all the bathrooms needed a little scrubbing, the bottom of the tubs were very dirty, and I guess the floors needed some mopping too. We enjoyed staying at this cabin and we would do it again.

Check in/out was easy. Considering the daily/total cost of the unit- Portions of the master bedroom on the first level were very dusty; Could of used larger towels for both showers and the hot tub; The kitchen area table was very unstable (rocky); Not what I would expect in furniture (very used-especially the entry level). The general location and viewing area were very nice. Overall we had a good vacation but I thought the unit was over-priced

3 levels of great bedroom/bathroom suites in one unit. Generous living spaces e.g. separate bedroom and living rooms and kitchenettes on 2 floors. Great location for all Pigeon Forge/Dollywood attractions and restaurants. Dining area is awkward - furniture too big for space, tough to fit 5 people. Owner was great to deal with.

We chose this listing because it was close to Dollywood and other attractions. We were celebrating my adult son's birthday, and the location was perfect. The cabin was not the one shown in the first picture, but the rest were pretty accurate. This cabin has been well-used and needs a little updating, new linens, and a new mattress for the downstairs pullout. We didn't go to Dollywood because of the terrible heat that day, but we still had a great time shopping and going to the Hatfield and McCoy show.

Tony’s home was a wonderful, cozy and clean home, the home is perfect for one family that needs 3 bedrooms and a bath on each or multifamily that likes to have a bedroom in separate floors with its own bath. It had two entrances to the lower unit from the inside and from the back lower deck. The neighborhood was very nice and very close to everywhere. And the resort pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. With my experience with previous hosts, Tony was one of the best and will respond very quick and always wanted know if there is anything we needed. I recommend his place to everyone. Thank you Tony!

Great property for our spring break getaway! Lots of room & comfy beds. Great location for exploring the Pigeon forge area.Host Tony is very responsive & I would highly recommend his properties.

Check in/out was easy. Considering the daily/total cost of the unit- Portions of the master bedroom on the first level were very dusty; Could of used larger towels for both showers and the hot tub; The kitchen area table was very unstable (rocky); Not what I would expect in furniture (very used-especially the entry level). The general location and viewing area were very nice. Overall we had a good vacation but I thought the unit was over-priced

Property was in an excellent location very close to Dollywood and main attractions. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. Tony communicated very well. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge. Great property!

Had an amazing stay at this cabin. The host had great communication. He checked to make sure our stay was going great. He was definitely a great host. The cabin was great. The only thing we wasn’t happy with was it was attached to another, I didn’t read it anywhere in the bio but I may have missed it. But other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our family.

Very nice and roomy cabin. The only thing we had an issue with was the hot tub was not on when we got there and we were unable to get it to turn on. Contacted Tony by text, and he contacted maintenance immediately. We left to do some things in the area, and when we returned the hot tub was on and hot! Very responsive if you have any issues. We had a great time there and highly recommend it!

Our son served in Kuwait for 1 year and came back and he wanted to come to Pigeon Forge. We brought the family and had a GREAT time. Highly recommend this cabin !!!!!!!. The accommodations of booking and checking in and out were very easy and we had the opportunity to contact the host at any time!!!!

Amazing cozy cabin! The check in was very easy, location was great! Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don’t want to be high up in the mountains. I would book here again if we ever go back to the pigeon forge area.

This was a little different from the usual cabin stay as it was a duplex in a resort area but overall it was nice. Very close to the main road and attractions. Lot of room for a group of 6 adults.

This was a perfect place for our stay for a visit to Dollywood. We were the last stop on the trolley before entering into the park. The trolley stop was right outside of our community and we could literally watch the fireworks and hear the train throughout the day. It was a perfect location and a great place for my family of five, our Au Pair, and my parents. Pools and community were very nice, too!!

3 couples all with our own floors which was nice. Comfy beds, good pillows, good shower pressure, own hot tub but too full, could have used more towels upstairs. Tvs in every room but the smallest tv was in the biggest room and very hard to see. Pool very close and private for the most part.
