We loved all this house had to offer. The lake, paddle board, kayak, and just sitting on the dock for beautiful sunsets was great. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, basement game room, loads of hangout space inside and out and the big kitchen eating areas. Would definitely come again.

We had a goup of 13 stay and the property and location were fantastic! The distance to the dock/water was just right! The home was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms with beautiful showers. So many neat places to hang out.-the screened in porch or the deck with rocking adirondack chairs or the cool basement with the games. Plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend! William was very responsie and pleasant to work with.

All ages enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful house. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, easy drive to Seneca or Clemson for activities, and hosts were amazing at responding to questions. Favorite house activities included exploring the lake and the multiple games of Golden Tee played daily. No one wanted to leave!

Yard was not mowed and unkempt, even after the landscape man came to “weedeat” when I contacted homeowner upon arrival. My exact words to him were “the place looks abandoned.” Landscaping has deteriorated and the fabric was overhanging the driveway where mulch has washed away. Grass was knee high down to the water and remained that way throughout our stay. Outside of house, lower patio, screened porch, outdoor furniture and dock were all filthy, stained, and full of dust, pollen, and active spiderwebs. Dock power was inoperable so no one wanted to sit on it after sunset.

The house was amazing. From the views of the lake to the “feel at home” ambiance of every room; we were so happy to be there. The layout of the kitchen and all its workspace made it a great place to prepare meals and the dining room and kitchen tables made it a great place to enjoy eating. It was very well stocked too. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And what a fun lower level! The screened-in porch and outside seating was enjoyed each day. We appreciated the kayak and floats and sunsets on the dock were amazing. You have a great home and we so enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back.

Beautiful spot on lake makes it perfect for boating and kayaking. Rented boat from Clemson Marina and docked it at property. Worked out perfectly. The spacious screened in back patio with lake breeze kept it cool. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, just like in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Games were fun, especially PacMan, used the kayak and paddle board, swimming most of the day, kitchen had everything we needed, watched Olympics on tv, sat outdoors, enjoyed swing on dock watching sunsets. Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Really great VRBO for this year's Football Weekend! The main floor kitchen/dining/great room was all perfect for our crowd and plenty of counter space for all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay. Double ovens, a fridge on two floors plus an ice maker made this location a great spot. Communication with the owners was super easy.

This house was absolutely wonderful! There were plenty of beds and plenty of room for our entire family and a few friends. The location was great, the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and it was so quiet the entire time. I think our favorite spot was the screened in sunroom. It was especially nice to have the house stocked with paper products and most of the things anyone would need in the kitchen. The only negative thing I can say is that the house needed a little TLC on the outside. The door from the screened in porch was about to come to pieces and the walkway to the dock needs some work. However, overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this house to anyone staying at Lake Hartwell.

We had such a fantastic stay at this lake house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and inviting the home was. The modern farmhouse decor gave it a cozy yet stylish feel, and there was more than enough seating for our group of 10 — both inside and out — so we never felt cramped.The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop, whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or winding down in the evening. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the layout worked really well for a larger group.One thing to note: the house sits on a very steep hill, and the parking area is steep too — definitely something to be prepared for, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Just know what to expect when you pull in!The screened-in porch, fire pit, dock, and grill were all a bit weathered and in need of some maintenance, but with a little cleanup, we were still able to enjoy them. It didn’t take away from the experience at all — we just made the most of it and had a great time using all the outdoor spaces.Overall, this was a great place to make memories with family and friends. This truly is the Perfect Lake Hartwell Getaway for any occasion. For us, it was the perfect property for three families to enjoy our last few days with our kids before they moved in to their dorms at Clemson. The property had plenty of space for relaxing, planning, celebrating and a bed for everyone. Very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing lake house. Very clean and spacious, exactly what you see in the pictures. Great views from the 2nd story porch with a really fun game room in the basement. William was always quick to respond and was very accommodating with check-in/out. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for 4 couples. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and our stay was fantastic. The house has two large dining room tables which fit all of us. It was very well appointed and close to campus. Would definitely recommend!

We loved celebrating Christmas at this wonderful house. Three generations enjoyed the huge kitchen and multiple comfortable gathering spaces. Can’t wait to come back!

We normally do our annual sister's trip at the beach but decided to change it up this year to be a little closer. This house has been fully renovated & is gorgeous. There were 6 of us & we all had our own space. The street the house is on was a shock because we expected it to be flat since we were at the lake but it was a little mountainous. However, the house made up for it. I would definitely come back.

Perfect place for a large group of friends or family to gather. Tons of space to spread out - but still enjoy time together. Clean and inviting - just as the photos show. Bedrooms are spacious and beds/pillows are super comfortable. The game room is an added bonus. Would love to stay again if given the chance!

The house was amazing. From the views of the lake to the “feel at home” ambiance of every room; we were so happy to be there. The layout of the kitchen and all its workspace made it a great place to prepare meals and the dining room and kitchen tables made it a great place to enjoy eating. It was very well stocked too. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And what a fun lower level! The screened-in porch and outside seating was enjoyed each day. We appreciated the kayak and floats and sunsets on the dock were amazing. You have a great home and we so enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back.

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, just like in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Games were fun, especially PacMan, used the kayak and paddle board, swimming most of the day, kitchen had everything we needed, watched Olympics on tv, sat outdoors, enjoyed swing on dock watching sunsets. We enjoyed our time very much at the lake! Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating with any issue or concern that arose. Beautiful home, beautiful property and surrounding area. Really great VRBO for this year's Football Weekend! The main floor kitchen/dining/great room was all perfect for our crowd and plenty of counter space for all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay. Just know what to expect when you pull in!The screened-in porch, fire pit, dock, and grill were all a bit weathered and in need of some maintenance, but with a little cleanup, we were still able to enjoy them. The property is close to Clemson, very well furnished, and clean! There was plenty of room for 17 people to gather for meals and very spacious bedroom suites for 12 overnight guests. The game room entertained all the kids from 16 to 76! I would definitely stay here again when we have a large group.

We loved all this house had to offer. The lake, paddle board, kayak, and just sitting on the dock for beautiful sunsets was great. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, basement game room, loads of hangout space inside and out and the big kitchen eating areas. Would definitely come again.
