Rodeway Inn Mount Laurel Hwy 73

The pictures of the lobby is a lie. You check in outside there is no lobby they use it for storage. Coffe and tea is not provided like stated! No restaurant on property either. In the same parking lot is a distillery! The whole time my family was there was drugs being bought in the parking lot. The room was really dark pillows and bed was uncomfortable the bathroom needs remodeled the lighting was great in there though

Room was Clean, Whatever I Needed they Provided immediately. Everything was functioning Properly. Parking was good & secure.

Repairs literally made with duct tape. Holes in drywall some lights broken lobby locked must use outside window for check in. Overall very rundown

Water took forever to heat up, slipped on ice that wasn’t shoveled going in room numerous times. Heat felt like AC

To start with, I was traveling for work and needed a place to stay. I had my wife and my one year old son with me. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. Anything we asked, they were quick to accommodate. That was as far as the pros go. It is the cheapest around for a reason. They told us a room number and we went to that room. OUR KEY OPENED THE DOOR and it was to a room that was completely trashed and there was someone sleeping in the bed. We were confused so we closed the door and looked at our key, which said a different number than we were told. We went to the room on the card and our room looked like someone attempted to clean it but it was not clean. The bedding clearly were not washed and the floor was disgusting. The man next door told us he lived in his room. We saw that he was selling drugs out of his room and had traffic in and out all night and was playing music on a Bluetooth speaker all night right outside of our door. We complained and the staff came and made him stop but that only lasted about 30 minutes. When we woke up the next morning, after only getting like 3 hours of sleep at most, there was two people sleeping in a car outside of his room who were clearly homeless. The place is a run down motel, and I will never be visiting again. It feels more like a drug den than a motel.

The property is dirty. The sidewalks the parking lot are just filthy.

You had to checkin through a window at 8PM. Room was clean but had desk with no power at all, Bathroomwas ok but although it was a smokeless room it reaked of the smell of smoke

This place was very dirty! Rugs, tubs, blankets, towels and the like! Not sure how old those pictures are from the website, but it looks nothing like that there! They didn’t even have the door open to the lobby, they were servicing customers through the night window. Totally a terrible experience!

This place is a dump. The outside of the room is loaded with beds and bed rails. The walls are paper thin. The front desk attendant was rude. Lastly the violated me rights for a service dog.

Oberall is just dirty. The parking lot, the sidewalk are both filthy. The rooms arent much better

The pillows were broken inside the case, there was a hole in the blanket. The bathtub was rusty and gross. The room smelled. The walls were stained. Tape on the floor.

Upon arrival, it wasn't expected to see the receptionist completely asleep. He wasn't rude, but just pretty lazy and had no friendliness left in him. I guess he was working long hours(?). After the awkward check-in process, I purchased a "smoke-free" room...with a bed with obvious cigarette burns in the comforter. The room overall really wasn't too bad, but the shower and tub were a whole new level of filth. I wouldn't bathe an animal in it! It was revolting. Due to the poor condition of the building as a whole and poor quality of service, I think they should get rid of all the furniture, hire a new team, and turn the rooms into affordable apartments.

We tried to check in but the room was filthy. Excrement on the bed, visible filth all over. One light was hanging with wires exposed, the other did not work. We tried to call the front office but a previous tenant seemed to have ripped the hotel room phone cord apart. I ended up calling the front desk about two minutes after checking in with my cell phone, immediately after seeing the state of the hotel room. The employee came in and said “it’s a $60 hotel room, what do you expect? We can give you a refund or move you to another room, but they are all in the same state.” I opted for the refund. The employee took my keycard back and instructed me to return to the front desk for my refund. The employee at the front desk refused my refund, saying that I had to call Expedia to have the charge reversed. I contacted Expedia twice, both times they advised me to return to the hotel to process my refund. I returned to the hotel and the employee began cursing and yelling, saying that he would not issue any refund and to contact Expedia. The man began behaving very aggressively and told me to leave. We left and contacted Expedia again, this time they said that they would attempt to contact the hotel. After failing to contact the hotel, Expedia advised me to dispute the charge made to my credit card.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Every surface seemed to smell, and stains were everywhere. I even found chewed gum left on the bed. The bathtub was in terrible condition, covered in holes, mold, and rust.

Pillowcases, sheets and towels were not completely clean. Shower had rust and stains. Broken toilet paper holder hanging from wall. Lampshade stained, had holes and was very old looking. Furniture surfaces were sticky. Staff was pleasant but no amenities. I would have canceled if the reservation was refundable.

Heater is not working, i put 90 degrees and it blowing a cold air all night long. It is winter time and it get worst with the cold air from the heater unit. Duvet has a lot of holes from cigarettes. It says non smoking room on the door, but room smells smoke. Carpet is black, filty. Need to be deep clean. Refrigerator is dead.

A quick ride to the airport. Fairly clean. Shower didn't work though

My stay was just okay. Spent half of the time with a clogged sink and door would get stuck.

Room we got to start, the card reader on the door did not work so we had no key until they could fix it next day. A/C unit did not work, gasket on fridge was falling off, room was grungy. Complained and got different room that was better but not great, new fridge, A/C worked but toilet roll pin was gone, TV remote had batteries stolen and clean towels had permantnt brown stains on them. Not going there again.

No light over sink, switch there but ceiling box covered- had to use cell phone light to see to brush teeth. Bath tub a mess and needs replacing. TV legs broken.

Wasn't bad for the price but the bed felt like I was laying on plywood and the pillows are flat like pieces of paper.. worse sleep I had . Very uncomfortable.

My first room had no air so they changed me to a room with broken appliances.

Roach city. Fell asleep and woke up 3am with a roach climbing on my leg. Towels were kinda random. Fixtures were missing and/or broken. My bf spotted bed bugs.

The rooms are outdated, rugs are dirty and mine had broken furniture. A lot of non hotel guests hanging around the area and very noisy.

The person on duty refused to give me a cleaner room. After checking in, we walked in the room, there was no microwave. He brought that. Then we noticed there were no towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Told the man at desk and he never brought us towels. I further checked the sheets, and they had cigarette burns and stains on the pillows, there was a HUUUUGE hole in my comforter. There was someone's broken nail, dog food and other items on the floor and in the bed. Like I said he refused to give us another room claiming the hotel was booked for the night, but there were cleaner empty rooms right next to us.

They gave me early checking and repaired problem with my heater immediately

The property was not well kept and I was given a room key to a room with somebody already in it. Who knows what we could have walked in on? I felt incredibly unsafe. I would like to be contacted immediatley by somebody from Expedia. We didn'y even end up staying there.

Tried to sign in at 1:00 AM and was told I didn’t have a reservation . Told the two guys running the office that I had booked the hotel two nights earlier and when I noticed “smoking “ I requested non smoking. He said that it was changed . These guys had just gotten their coffees at Wawa down the road and were not very responsive in resolving my problem…actually their problem. The place looked dirty and run down,my wife had hadit so we went to a Hampton Inn down the road for twice as much .

Nice quiet peaceful location

The hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed at. The door stuck, the room stunk and the toilet was broken. The hotel is in the middle of a vacant lot being demolished. There were addicts all around the building.

Right in smack dab of it all but seedy guests staying here and around here.

Honestly the worst motel we’ve ever stayed in. Our room almost had the appearance and smell of an old unfinished basement that hasn’t been attended to in years!! The noise outside our room of people screaming went on until about 4 am. We felt unsafe going outside. I would NOT recommend staying here, not even for one night.

It was dirty and not very people friendly.so let me say it was not safe it was very runned down so I was laying in bed there was someone at the door 4 in the morning some nasty young lady she was holding her hand over the peep hole so I could not see her there was people waiting for me to open door to rob me or kill me I called the police before I opened the door the cops got and did what they did so I called taxi and took my girl to safe place one week before this I was told someone got stabbed and killed at same place so it was the worst unsafe place I ever stayed in don't go to this hotel

They have roaches. No breakfast, holes from smoking in the blankets of a no smoking room. Dirt and grim everywhere. I will not be back
