The staff was great the girl at the front desk. The housekeepers was all perfect but once you enter the room, it’s over with first of all there’s no air-conditioning in the lobby or anything so I’m standing at the dash checking in sweating profusely then I check into the room and there’s a horrible smell like somebody’s dirty feet. The air-conditioning is horrible. The beds are uncomfortable then I move the TV stand because I dropped my keys, and when I pulled the stand away from the wall, there was four cans of cockroach bombs to kill bugs, and there was also dead roaches and bedbugs on the floor behind the TV stand.

The staff didn't speak English and the bathroom shower faucet didn't work - took them forever to fix it. Was delayed for my appointment.

This was one of the absolute WORST hotel stays we have ever experienced. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and infested with pests. We found COCKROACHES in the room, and there were already cockroach traps inside, which should tell you everything you need to know. At approximately 3:30 AM, I personally had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom when I went to pee I jumped. We also found what appeared to be BEDBUGS, making it nearly impossible to sleep and leaving us worried about taking pests home with us. The mattress was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was also unacceptable. The shower temperature randomly changed from SCALDING HOT to ICE COLD while I was showering. The toilet was in poor condition as well. Then, around 7:00 AM, the FIRE ALARM went off and continued for OVER TWO HOURS. There was little to no guidance from the staff about what was happening or what guests were supposed to do. We were exhausted, frustrated, and left feeling completely ignored. The front desk service made an already terrible situation even worse. The woman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern for our complaints. Cockroaches, suspected bedbugs, a broken mattress, an unsafe shower, poor bathroom conditions, and a fire alarm going off for over two hours is completely unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and your sanity. We will NEVER stay at this Days Inn again and strongly recommend that everyone stay somewhere else.
