Days Inn by Wyndham Parsippany

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We checked in & immediately left. There were 2 people outside the front lobby they were screaming & had an open container of booze. Think they lived there. As we were leaving they were harrassing us. When I contacted Hotel.com for help with a refund they were very helpful in trying to get me that refund, but the Days Inn not so much. So, no, I did not get that refund. Lesson learned. Pay the extra for a Hilton or Marriott any place but this. The pictures on their website are not even remotely close to what the actual motel (not a hotel) or rooms look like. Walked into the room and immediately saw a black something on the bed. And It stunk of cigarettes. I’m sorry to leave review this but you left me no choice, should have just refunded me.

Very poor breakfast

First I booked online and when we arrived the lady said it was a smoking room and charged me more money for another room. The room provided hadn’t been used for a while because the water coming out of the taps was black, same for the flush. TV wasn’t working, we had to reboot it ourselves. We will not stay there again.

Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal and toast. Not what I call breakfast no juice no creamer for coffee no yogurt. Not good

I stayed there for five days for sleep purposes only but the quality was still lacking. The rooms are not as pictured, had a fridge and microwave but no iron, hair dryer, or hangers. When asked for an iron they said they don't have any. The bathroom smelled bad. The linens were dirty and since when do they not make the beds for you when they come take trash out and such. The air conditioner was sooo loud when it comes on. Continental breakfast is non existent. Overall I wouldn't say here again even just to sleep at night.
