Ramada by Wyndham Parsippany

Cost of three star but service and amenities like budget hotel. No water bottles provided in the room. Wifi was slow. TV was not operate able by remote. Bathroom door was not able to close and latch properly. House keeping was on demand only not by default. Very limited options in breakfast fast. Instead of pillows there’s cushions on bed… zero recommendations……

As soon as we arrived there was urine in the toilet, i requested extra towels but was ignored, the floor was disgusting, scum residue in the shower and they didnt even have an elevator.

Property is under renovation I guess , there is no elevator for the floors it will be hard for the old people to walk all the way up with there baggage.

No internet access no Netflix or apps couldn’t hook up my game system to watch any apps . Didn’t put out enough food for breakfast wasn’t what I expected the bed made alot of noise and nothing wanted to deliver there

I noticed a small roach in the kitchen and a stain on the bedsheet. Housekeeping didn’t come during the three nights I stayed—though to be fair, they might have knocked while I was asleep. The gym room is very basic, and it would have been nicer if they offered complimentary water bottles like some other places do. Overall, it wasn’t bad, and for the price I paid, it was a good value

Good for the price. If locks were added for all entrances and opened with cards, the security would be better.

Pillows were dirty upon arrival. Shower was filthy as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. Bugs crawling all over the floors.

The hallway smelled and the rooms smelled and smelled like mildew floors were sticky, and it really smelled like mildew stains on the walls and ceiling.

Building smells terrible. No central AC so hallways are unbelievably hot. Room had water damage on the ceiling, stains on all of the walls, the shower is a foot away from the bed. I get sacrificing niceties for a price point but this pushes the limits.

Room 117 had roaches. They asked if I wanted to move my room, but I was not going to stay in another room with the thought of there being roaches in there as well. The front desk said I had been using the room too long to issue a refund. Wound up driving home at 11:30 pm to 1 a.m

The light switch in the room did not work... then the room smelled like smoke.... then the bathroom had hair everywhere... then the sink was dirty... then the toilet seat was dirty with urine from another customer.... then the ceiling was caving in above the shower.... then the shower clogged so the tub did mot drain after use. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning. This was room 111.

The room I had was bug infested and the towels were dirty. Tv also did not work

We had a great time. I love the balcony that I could just go sit out on. The room was very clean. People were friendly.

We had cockroaches in the washroom, lamps that were above bedside were so dirty that the dust kept falling on us. One of the worst hotel I have stayed in.

staff was ok but room needs to be fumigated. Saw a baby roach in the bathroom. Had to wait 2 days for my towels to be replaced.

Old and in need of renovation, carpets, paint, etc. Room was adequate only, nothing to talk about.

The size of the room was great, but the bed was VERY NOISY AND THE PAINT ON THE WALLS ARE CHIPPED AND DIRTY!! Will no stay there again!!

The furniture are old and need to be replaced. The bathtub looked like someone took a hammer to it and the ceiling is pealing in the room as well as in the bathroom. There were signs that they are undergoing renovations. Let’s hope not only on the outside.

The staff at this property is very rude and literally treats you as if you are beneath them. I stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks and spent over $1800 at this location and was never treated as an equal. They threatened to call the cops on me because I was waiting for my Expedia reservation to go through which took over an hour or two. Even my last day as I was waiting for my ride to pick me up I was asked to charge me phone because it was about to die and I was boldly told no after she asked my name. I’m a military vet and fire fighter and I’ve NEVER been disrespected in the manor ever before in my life. They need to be reported and replaced. The training or lack of customer service training they received is disappointing and they all need to be reevaluated. Would not recommend staying here at all. By the way I wasn’t the only person disrespected like this.

the room was shabby, shabbiest I think I've ever seen. The staff was definitely the most surly and unpleasant I've experienced in much travel.

Just what you would expect from a budget hotel. Adequate breakfast, clean, and quiet. If you are not looking for anything fancy and to travel on a budget, I recommend this hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating.

This was a great hotel. We both loved the service and the staff. We will be back again.

For the price, it’s a winner. Pretty clean, everything worked. Was a hole in the wall that looked like it just happened so I’ll let that slide. Chair on balcony was nice. However, the woman at the front desk on Sunday at 4:00 was rude, not willing to help and hung up on me. I originally called front desk because I wanted food delivered. You need a key to access building, so I want sure what to do. The woman at front desk at 1:00 said have driver vine to lobby and we will give him a key. Well the door dash driver went to lobby and they eating give him a key. He left my food OUTSIDE all the way at other end of building. I called the front desk and asked why they didn’t give him a key and she said I didn’t pre-authorize the delivery. Which was BS. She could have very easily called me ( the rooms still have telephones) and asked. But obviously too lazy. Long story short, I nicely asked if she could bring it up and she abruptly told me NO. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. so, I said there’s no housekeeping or maintenance or manager to bring it up? And she hung up on me. The door dash driver came back and I was waiting downstairs at the door so I could beep him and I heard someone knocking up stairs so I went back to my room and someone was there with the food. Not particularly friendly - and handed me my food and walked away with a huff. Other than the nasty lady, I’ll stay again.

Staff attitude need adjustment, they talk to customers as if they own them, not sure about honesty , they demand that I pay with credit card when I refuse they asked for $50 deposit, when time for check out she mad me Waite 20 minutes so she go and inspect the rooms . Never again

First time in my life having stayed in over 1,000 motels including remote hotels in amazon,borneo,nepal etc. where no cleaning services were done during stay(4 day stay). At check in no coffee or ice bucket in room. First morning, cleaners showed up 9Am. I said we were leaving in 15 minutes so they could come back. Never came again despite tracking them down to ask for ice bucket and coffee. On weekend after a 100 degree day of sight seeing I was told off by cleaning crew for asking for clean towels, that towels and services were not available on Sundays. They finally gave us towels. The front desk had directed us to hunt down cleaning crew in all encounters. We ate in room and had to haul garbage out each day. Never did see promised coffee or ice bucket. Thank you, Joseph Lanza

It was in a quiet area and freeways are very close. Some dining and shopping nearby.

As far as eco friendliness it was not good...no recycle bins and use of small bottles of toiletries instead of dispensers. Rooms were clean but old bathroom tiles, tub,etc can only look so clean. Price was low so you get what you pay for. Hotel is near many restaurants and has free parking.

There should be a fridge and a microwave in the room. Other than that it was good location. You can drive to path train station $19 for parking on weekenda and take the underground to time squares.

Comfortable beds. But very small bath room and not a good breakfast options (they have only bread, bagels and muffin. No eggs, waffle Maker is not working on day one). This is my 1st and last time staying in Ramada.

We LOVED SRI and the staff! He helped when help was needed. He was always there with his willingness to help. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious. The best Ramada I've ever been in!! The price was right for we senior citizens that need that.

Worst experience! Very bad breakfast the staff sits there and chats with her friends, doesn’t refill stuff. Expired yogurts. Only had few fruits which were not fresh at all.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast and coffee is we empty by 730am.

Spent three days, two nights here with my husband. Somewhat dated hotel; however, surroundings were clean and pleasant. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a step up from the grab and go fair many hotels offer. A waffle iron is available along with cereals, yogurt and very fresh bagels - great toaster and spreads, too! Great price for this area. Would definitely stay again.
