The hotel was interesting and nice in that it had a pool and a bar. Unfortunately, some sketch folks stayed there, smoking pot outside the front entrance and there was a group that partied outside literally until dawn. I had to call the front desk when their noise woke me up at 4:30 am. I think they then tried to address it. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. It’s just a shame that the place attracted guests like that.

Please know hotel room was great, everything else was very poorly maintained. The hall ways were so hot, not sure why air conditioning is not working well on floors at all. Elevators seem unsafe the elevators jumped a few times & took a long time to open the doors. Lastly, you have 1 washing machine & 1 dryer. We had a baseball team staying here & you have a soap dispenser that takes coins & has no soap to sell in it. They gave me money back at concierge, the problem seems that they are aware of it. Why not put a sign to say out of order or sell soap at the store up front. The size of this hotel, either have multiple washing machines or offer it as a service or nothing at all. The elevator not working properly was scary when I thought I was stuck in the elevator alone at 3:00am. The only staff member I saw mentioned that the elevator company just worked on it yesterday but it was still having issues and I thought I was stuck inside because it wasn't moving up or down and the door wouldn't open to exit (pure panic attack moment). My only other review is that the light from the hallway shines through the sides of the door and under the door so for people that need complete darkness to fall asleep (like myself), this was an annoying.

Door locks constantly had issues, one of the elevators was broken, the whole place needs a remodel and revamp. They charge $14 per person for breakfast that any other hotel has free and it’s not like the place was dirt cheap at $200/night. On the plus side, staff were always nice and helpful. It’s not the worst place ever but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a choice.

The first room we checked into was not cleaned at all. The bathtub had hair inside of it like it was not cleaned at all. Requested a discount of some sort and all they offered was to move us to another room. Once we got to the second room, that room bathroom was dirty as well. Soap scum was still left in the tub and the shower curtain was dirty. That is totally nasty and no one should have to take a shower or deal with a dirty bathroom that was supposed be cleaned properly. They expect guests to pay all this money at the same time.

I came into town for a wedding. After driving 5 hours, I checked in , got to my room and it was bring cleaned. Check-in was at 3 and I arrived around 4pm. After attending the wedding I returned to my room and there was a roach on the desk. I called the front desk and a woman answered. I informed her what I had found and she asked if she should come up to the room to kill it. I told her yes. About 15 mins later I called back and a male answered and told me she went him. Terrible place and poor customer service

Property was visibly dirty from the entrance on. Carpets had tons of dirt & debris. Entire hotel was damp and smelled as if it had been flooded. In multiple places floors were uneven or sinking & carpet was stapled together on stairs. With a paper stapler not industrial. Loose samples and gaps in carpet were trip hazards. Hardware for door of adjoining rooms was falling off the door. Rust on ceilings & walls. Had to clean shower before using it had hair & dirt from previous guest. The TV was barely functioning all of 20 channels & all of them were intermittent or unavailable. Room extremely humid overnight even with AC set at 68. The breakfast set up was completely unsanitary, counters covered in filth, cross contamination of ingredients, no one attending to the functionality. There weren’t even any plates available or silverware.

The air conditioner sounded like a 747 jet taking off every time it kicked on. The noise from the freeway was so loud, i felt like i was in the middle of the freeway. The room had many signs of wear and tear. The handicap bars in the tub/shower were so prominent you barely had enough room to move. The bed was not very comfortable, i woke up with a significant back ache. The staff were super friendly and helpful, however, I will never stay here again or recommend it.

The property was ok. Older hotel with rooms slightly upgraded. There was a HUGE gap all the way around our doorway which light flooded through during the night. The tub was kind of gross. We did not even use it. The bed was comfy and the tv was very small but did the job. We only needed a place to crash for a couple of hours, so it sufficed for our needs. We had to check in late, the girl at the front desk was super nice and got it all done quickly.

Door key did not work twice so then was given another room that housekeeping was still working on (this was at 4:15 and check-in was at 3:00), then had to go back to the front desk a third time with our luggage and was given a 3rd room which finally worked. No comp for the trouble, not even a $5 credit at the bar. But overall the stay was fine, beds comfortable, just the building is old and it shows.

Very disappointed with the facilities as the room had roaches, we were moved to another room and yes roaches again. I would like to say the staff at the desk did their best to resolve the issue and were more than apologetic for the situation and made sure to speak with the GM who approved a refund for the trouble which I do appreciate. It was not the staff's fault, but the owners need to resolve the bug problem.

You didn’t ask about value for the price. I thought the price was on the high end. Also, even though the person who checked us in was very nice and quick, she didn’t explain services like where the restaurant is, is breakfast included, where the gym is, etc. That would have been nice.

Fantastic hotel in a smaller town just minutes from Philly. Really great service at the front desk, wonderful amenities, and great local food close by! The only thing we would have changed is the pillows. While they were soft as a cloud, we just needed something with a little more support. All in all, a wonderful time!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the hallways( it was pretty stuffy) The air in the room was good though. The pool had a film on it that had weird bubbles that didn’t pop. Missing card reader boxes left wires hanging on the wall. It could definitely use some Kc. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel seems to be in the middle of a face lift. The lobby is quite spacious and looks to have received some recent upgrades, but the whole building was very humid and smelled very musty / old. Our room was quite humid at first as well and was 74 even though it was set at 68. It did end up dropping down to 70, but still felt sticky. The elevator was super slow and stopped at every floor even if you only selected one, and the TV in the room was smaller than my computer monitor at work. Conditions weren’t bad, but for the price I would’ve expected higher quality.
