Overall the experience was good. The room was ready and the check-in was easy and fast trough the app. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices of food and drinks. Only few details that I didn’t like. The conditioner bottle was empty, the pool was alright but a few people were smoking near and it smelled really bad.

The room was not clean. There were stray hairs in the bathroom and grimy tiles. The living area had dirty carpet with lots of debris in the corners. We told our children not to walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The room (#400) was missing the emergency exit instructions. Outside, we went to the pool to find that it was so cloudy that you could not see your feet. There was also a pool light on the concrete deck with an electrical wire going into the pool. We left, assuming that the pool was not in service despite the sign saying it was open. We returned with our friends after an employee ensured us the pool was fine. My 9-year old was too scared to go in the pool due to not being able to see the bottom of the pool. The front desk staff at check-in were friendly. However, the lady monitoring the breakfast area was coughing so hard that my wife did not want to eat. I will avoid Hampton Inn in the future.

Front desk staff were great! We had a quick overnight stay. Room was ok (older AC unit, worked well but had a slight odor). We enjoyed the pool! Convenient to Subaru Park and close to restaurants.

1st room as 101, endeared room and its stunk! Black mold on ceiling where walls meet ceiling. paint peeling absolutely NOT up to Hampton in standards! was moved to a SUITE 418 that smelled like a wet basement! Floor was wet and carpet stunk, bathroom was dirty and this really was a horrible suite. Could not sleep on queen sofa bed, it was horrible and i had to request bedding. Original room was 2 queen beds but they were unable to move us to the same room.

The hotel is nice. The room was fine except one of the lamps had a light bulb that was very dim almost ready to burn out and the bulb in the other lamp did in fact burn out. After the first night we requsted no maid service. The second day the room cleaning service was very poor- they only removed trash, made the bed, no new towels or wash cloths, no replacement packs of coffee fir the coffee maker

Asked to have the room cleaned and it wasn’t done until the 3rd day. The hot water was scolding, never felt water that hot anywhere. The pillows were mush even 3 stacked together. Other than that it was average at best. Sorry, it’s the truth.

Checking in went very well, I think his name was Michael, I forget, but he was amazing! Super friendly and nice! The room was ok, it had a terrible smell, like a men's locker room. It also had a light layer of dust on everything and some orange mold in the bathroom.

The stay was great once we were finslly checked in. We arrived after 4:00 pm and the rooms were not ready to check in. The front desk staff were very apologetic for the rooms not being ready they were trying to get us checked in, but they had to wait for someone else to do there job. The second thing was that at 6 in the morning the fire alarm went off and we left our room along with other guest and evscuated the hotel and waited outside. There was no information coming from the staff on duty. Come to find out it was a either a malfunction or accident. No one from the front desk let us know that we could go back in until my husband went in and ask the front desk. They didn't even evacuate. They should have came outside and informed the guest. Other than that it was a great stay.

Sheila never responded to my comments. Also, the breakfast at the Hampton Inn in Swedesboro was terrible. The orage juice was a fountain drink--too watery, and there was a limited variety of breakfast options. Lastly, the room had a old carpet smell; the room needed an air freshner.
