Great area with amazing views of the NYC skyline! Amazing staff! Especially Jamie he was friendly and helpful! Great room size and bed was very comfortable. Quiet and great amenities. You do need reservations for the pool but we didn’t have any issues with getting a spot. Would definitely stay again!

I chose this hotel because of the location which couldn't have been better! We wanted to go to the American Dream mall which was about 10 minutes away plus go over to the city and the ferry access with right outside! The views of the city couldn't be beat! The hotel was a little older and no microwave in the room but overall it was a nice place to stay with an indoor pool and a nice italian restaurant downstairs!

An outstanding location with an amazing panoramic view! Bed is super comfy and the black out curtains kept the room dark. The seating area was very convenient for us as well. Two of the three treadmills at the gym did not work and there were no wipes to use. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Fabulous stay at this hotel with panoramic skyline views. Room was generously spacious and meticulously clean. Quality toiletries, towels and hairdryer all available for use. There was an in-room safe. Water was provided in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant/bar on site. In addition the hotel has a pool and gym facilities. Outside the property there is a great waterfront walkway. There are excellent public transport options nearby. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was one of tranquility during my stay. I hope to stay here again and am happy to recommend the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor.

Stood there 2x in an 8 days period. My only complaint was that the price for the 2 visits had a $100 difference. But i understand hotel rates fluctuate. Another major reason i chose this hotel was because they have an italian reataurant in the lobby and it also serves breakfast. Makes it easy traveling with 2 kids. Pool and gym on site. Water and nyc view and a nice safe boardwalk along the hudson. Saw police constantly patrolling.Overall would definitely recommend.

$35 fee to park your car! Place was dingy and the room is much smaller than it appears in picture. Walking down the hallway all I could smell was marijuana. Parking lot was dark and felt unsafe. There are cheaper and better options available close by. Skip this place

Check in was easy and room was ready for us. Large room and everything worked. The problem is a constant odor of sewage is present. Apparently it is in several rooms as others are complaining. It is coming from the bathroom drains. We put wet towels over them and it went away.

Had a great stay at this property. My room had great views of the city and I walked along the wonderful waterfront walkway nearly every day. It was quite convenient that the ferry to Manhattan was right by the hotel. I had an excellent dinner at the hotel with good food and service. The availability of outlets in the room could be improved. Those outlets in the base of the lamps are just not enough to accommodate charging blocks for a couple of phones, watches, iPad. Time to modernize that aspect of the rooms.

Our family spent the holidays at this hotel, and we had an amazing time. We really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the tourist areas of New York City. The easy access to the ferry and the bus station was a major plus. The view of the skyline was breathtaking. I have just two recommendations: first, it would be great to have a laundromat for longer stays, and second, updating the room decor would make the experience even better.

Staff was absolutely horrible, they tried to charge me twice . I had paid cash the night before-then next day they literally asked me how would I like to pay for my night ??? What you don’t have my info ,about me paying cash the night before??? This is happening more and more now . They also tried to say I didn’t pay for my deposit ,yet I did . The location is beautiful right across from the city , views are beautiful. But in the end the manager did come out and did his best to fix this situation. Manager decent guy but staff is scam artist. Honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here . Money is tight these days and to be scamming people when you got kids . Never again.

We were very disappointed with the service. We were 2 families of 3 in each. When we checked in, we saw that our rooms didn’t have a fridge and that bed sheets for the third person were missing; towels, too. Without exaggeration, we asked them 5 times to bring a fridge (to store some medicine) and bedding for the third people to each room. Their response was every time: “We will look into it”. We went for sightseeing to Manhattan for many hours - nothing that we asked for was brought to our room during that time. We asked again and went for dinner to a restaurant. A couple of hours later we returned and again nothing. It was 8:30pm and our kids were tired and wanted to sleep. We told them that we can’t put our kids to beds without the beddy. Again the same “we will look into that” response. We asked them again and they said they will bring the bedding “in two minutes.” 25 minutes later, after we called and angrily complained to the manager, they finally brought us the bedding around 9pm with no apology. The hotel location is great and we really wanted to love the hotel so that we could stay there whenever we travel to NYC, but that won’t happen! This is not the level of service one would expect from a Sheraton! A very disappointed customer; won’t stay there again.

The man who checked us in was not welcoming and dismissive of us. He did not explain well and we didn't ever feel like we were paying customers. We were given a room with an AC unit with unbearable noise so we had to turn it off and sleep in the heat. Couldn't wait to leave.

Check-in was not smooth, and the overall experience did not match the quality typically associated with other Sheraton properties. While the location is convenient, the hotel itself feels dated. Their point-of-sale system is poor—they do not accept Apple Pay—and due to system mishaps, the front desk ended up charging my card twice. For a stay costing $779, an additional $2,000 was incorrectly deducted, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration, even though the amount was eventually refunded. Travel should be a hassle-free and stress-free experience—neither of which I received during this stay, from check-in to check-out. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience was not an isolated incident. Several guests have faced similar issues. I sincerely hope Marriott takes steps to improve the quality of service at this property.

this hotel is incredibly convenient to Manhattan. The ferry dock is right at the hotel which runs to 34th st. If the ferry isn’t your thing, theirs a bus stop about a block from the hotel, offers service to the PATH bus depot at 42nd st and 8th Ave. the hotel is the first stop on the route, so it’s really quick.

The location is absolutely perfect. Awesome View of NY Skyline. The bus stop is basically at the front of the hotel, within 10 min you arrive at Times Square if you take bus 158/156. A single trip is 4$ and you just pay by card. Getting back to the hotel is easy, you go back to 42nd Port Authority terminal and go To terminal 201 Next to the bus stop is the best coffee house with croissants and bagels ; Mokafe. A block behind the hotel is the lightrail which was perfect to go to the Liberty State Park in New Jersey where we got on to the ferry to Ellis Island ( less crowded than the ferry starting at NY!) from the lightrail stop at Liberty park it was a 20min walk to the ferry, through the park. The hotel it self is very nice, staff is super helpful and kind. The rooms are tidy and clean. We had a room with view over the skyline, absolutely loved it. They have a nice restaurant with lovely staff and good food. Across the lightrail is the super market Whole Foods, perfect if you need fresh fruit or extra water for your daily trips Into town or what not. Within a 30 min walk you’re at Frank Sinatra’s park where they have a statue of the man himself. It was a nice walk as you get to see a bit of New Jersey itself, with grand houses and kind people and play parks for kids. Overall, i would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy NY but wants to stay away from the crowd and the noises at night. You cannot get a view like this in NY itself. We loved it, thank you!!

It was a great stay. Compared to TimeSquare Sheraton, Lincoln Harbor was so much better. Clean, big and you have everything. Will be back in the future and never the time square one which was dirty, small, mold on caulking and rude stuff.

We havd a great stay staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not realize you had to reserve pool time when we booked however when we checked in and learned it was very easy to schedule and made the pool much more enjoyable vs over crowding. Parking was convention and the view was spectacular
