Front desk staff was top notch! She has a very humorous check in speal, very enjoyable after a 6 1/2hr drive. We need more guest services like her! Pool and Hot Tub with towels. Fresh fruit, granola bars and cookies in lobby at no charge. There is an Applebee's and Tim Hortons right out front of the hotel as is a WellNow Urgent Care. Our visit in and out in 1/2hr. Would stay again without a doubt. They are pet friendly too!!

The hotel itself is pretty nice. Was a disappointment to get there and see the hot tub not working. When we went to go swimming the pool area was freezing cold. We asked if it was supposed to be that way and were told no but the owners are the only ones that can adjust the heat.

The room wasn’t that clean (hair on towels and in tub), the walls were paper thin so we could hear people in lobby talking and using the bathroom in adjacent rooms. We weren’t told what time breakfast ended at checkin, so we nearly missed it. Not a great experience.

We loved the area around the hotel everything u could need was all very close by but curb appeal and ease of access to everything could b nicer. The hotel needs many updates. The beds were super uncomfortable. My daughter picked up a towel that she dropped when we 1st arrived and upon picking it up it was filthy like the area hadnt been moped or cleaned in a while. I would never pay the top price for them as it was more motel than it was hotel. We did pay a higher price for convenience of location to a gymnastics meet and for the pool and spa. The hot tub was not working the pool could b better cleaned. The bathroom was small and the tub had little water pressure and drained extremely slow. However, the lady when we checked in was very friendly and welcoming but that was the only staff we seen during our stay. We did not get a chance to try the breakfast as we had 2 leave early for gymnastics meet but it looked delicious with quite the variety. Will not stay again next year when we retun to the area.

This facility is newer. Our room, a king bed and couch, was on the second floor but there was no elevator. I am a senior with walking issues so I asked for first floor. The room was down graded to a two bed room which was not a problem. The problem was that the room, although newer had some issues. The carpet was fraying and had a cigarette burn. The bed was the most uncomfortable and hard bed that I have ever slept on. Also I reached for the outlet behind the night stand and was dirty with dust and debris.

Checkin went great and was easy. Gentleman answered all my questions. Complimentary cookies and drinks in lobby was nice. I will never understand why hotels are built on top of an interstate. How do they expect the people on the back side to sleep?! I asked for front side but it was full. Other than that my dog and I had a good stay.

I stayed a Saturday night, and it was party time in the courtyard, with car stereos turned up to 11 and many shouts and hoots. Later, my neighbors settled down to loud TV shows and conversations into the wee hours, and this place has thin walls. Light in bathroom didn’t work, either. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very large with good shower plenty of hot water and good shower head. We had a bottom floor room on out side of building, a lot of traffic noise and noise from vehicles leaving lot.

The Bed in room 125 was TERRIBLE - there was such a huge dip in the side of the bed it didn’t feel safe to sleep on. The heat was hard to regulate- it was either too hot or too cold.

Great place to stay, HOWEVER the lady at the front desk chased me into the parking lot fussing about my keys, which were in my room for pickup. Chill out fussy grandma, don't chase guests out to their car in the AM. You were a negative note on a great stay!

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and the TV did not work. We called the desk and they told us to try and wiggle the wires, but that did not do a thing. We were there for 2 nites with no TV. Also the dust in the room was an inch deep. No maid service at all. I'm told that you have to request maid service if you want it. No one told us that. And as for the free breakfast. I guess when we got down to it nothing was left. and that was about 8 in the morning.

Although this hotel is nothing fancy, the front desk employees were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and even though the room was directly over the dining area, I never heard a thing. I thought the bed was going to be too firm, but slept like a baby. Breakfast was the usual buffet, but it’s free so no complaints. The only complaint I have is that they advertised the ability to “cast” premium channels from your phone to the tv but found out the tv wasn’t connected to the internet. Limited channels available otherwise. Would definitely stay here again

I was not advised that there was no elevator. I found out after check in. It was never brought up during check in and is not ADA compliant. When I did ask, no offer was made to move us to the first floor.

Only 1 mile from SUNY Fredonia. Maybe 1.5-2 miles to Drive nkirk oier on Lake Erie. Lots to do. Plenty of amenities nearby. No elevator on this property but 1st floor rooms were available for anyone who needed one.

The property was clean but need some updates and repairs, it would be nice to have the complimentary Breakfast last till at least 10:00 am ! When we stripped our beds to check for bugs(a precaution we always take, the mattress had stains ! That was disturbing we flipped it over and remade the bed , pillow left us wanting more support !!!!

There was nothing unique. There was no Fox network. Was unable to watch Wild Card Football game. Bathroom sink drained slowly. A lightbulb was out in the room. Cleaning coould have been better. 8 lights out of 10 in the ceiling pool area were out. Coffee in the breakfast room was horrid
