Nice stay. No complaints at all. It was recently refurbished. I would stay there again.

This location should be simply closed up. It needs a complete overhaul. The room was dirty; the furniture old, moldy, and ripped; and the staff unhelpful. There was banging on the floor above us, which sounded as if workers were placing new surfacing. I was trying to take a nap after a long day, but unable to sleep because to tapping and banging ! This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

We wanted an overnight stay so as not to travel back to Long Island from upstate and also because it was our 51st Wedding Anniversary. In addition, we were going to Middletown the next day, June 1, 2026. This hotel was perfect in location and comfort. Accommodating and polite staff, clean and super comfortable bed, we slept very well. Satisfying breakfast especially the coffee. So we’d stay again and recommend It as well.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Pool room was heated nicely but pool water itself was cold. Bathtub/shower needs grab bar and/or safety strips to prevent falls.
