The hotel has easy access to the highway but road noise is not perceptible in the hotel. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of fresh cooked foods, and all the normal staples; all neat and clean and delicious. The hotel has a heated indoor pool that is very relaxing and a well equipped exercise room. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave along with all the usual amenities. The staff are outgoing and friendly and are a pleasure to work with.

Super Friendly Front Desk Graveyard shift. Literally Right off I84. Super convenient. Good outdoor lighting in parking lot. Pets are welcome BUT it will cost you a non-refundable $75; the 3rd party website states pet friendly but fails to mention the non-refundable $75. BEWARE. Nice services around the hotel (gas, convenience store and a Chipotle). There is considerable construction in the hotel that rest just in front of the hilton. Not terribly attractive but aesthetic only don't let it bother you. I like saying that here. I felt safe. It was a very clean and tidy hotel.

The hotel itself is very clean. The decor is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are some of the better ones in this class of hotels. There is something for everyone. Having a waffle maker with 2 batter options was a bonus. There are a few downsides to the location of the hotel. One is temporary: There's another hotel undergoing a remodel that you have to drive past to get to this hotel. They share a common entryway off the road. The second issue is that it's tucked in back of this hotel and was hard to find at first. And parking can be tight. Lastly, there are no outdoor grounds to enjoy. An upside to the location is there are restaurants just down the road. Some are within walking distance.

The only con with my stay is that the water in the pool was so cold that I could not swim in it, When I put my feet in and took them out they were numb. The water should be heated in the winter.

We were there to celebrate my birthday weekend, to attend The flea market and to relax in your pool. Upon checking in we were told thenpool was closed and most likely will not open at all over the weekend. So much for relaxation. 😞

I was a little worried when I saw the old hotel on the road hoping this wasn’t the hotel. Then we drove around back and saw the new hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Pool wasn’t open but that was ok for us as we just stayed for one night. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is at the back of an abandoned hotel? Not sure whether the property in front of Hampton Inn is under renovation but there is no sign that it is. With regards to the check in process, it was seamless, the breakfast was also decent. The property is clean, has ample parking and enough area for the dogs to use. Our room was next to the gym that was noisy from the equipment, maybe people were lifting weights, etc with loud music playing, at night when we were trying to sleep. It was quickly resolved which was great. No other issues after that. The room needs a little updating, but the beds/sheets we’re comfortable, will stay there again if I’m in the area.

It was hard for me to find because the original Hampton inn is being turned into an elder care facility and is a mess and apparently another Hampton inn was built behind the old one and is not visible from road. My room smelled terribly musty and when I turned on air it got worse. AC/heat Unit was visibly dirty. Staff was great and gave me a new room and AC/heat unit was still old, but not musty. Stains and wear everywhere in the new room, on carpet, furniture, chairs etc. I will not stay here again and am surprised Hampton inn has its name on this property. Staff was wonderful though. there was no blow dryer in room and she promptly gave me a brand new one. Both staff members I met were very cheerful and helpful. Towels and sheets were clean, but I’ve never seen a Hampton inn room so worn down. Gave me creepy crawlies and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there.

Carpet in room was not clean. Shower was difficult to keep water inside tub. We had difficulty with the TV for four days before the manager fixed it. One of the staff told us they couldn't do anything about it and to just see if we could change rooms. Overall not pleased.

Hotel was very clean - including the indoor pool. Complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious. Hotel was quiet. Numerous shops and dining nearby (check out Antonella’s restaurant/pizza!). If ever in the area again, this is our first choice of hotels for sure.

We were very pleased and were impressed on how pet friendly the hotel was. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The heater/ac unit was extremely loud and kept going on and off. Either too hot or too cold. Couch was stained but expected because of pets being allowed. Bathroom was spotless and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, there was a lot of choices.

The carpet in the second floor halls looks terrible. When I stepped off the elevator I cringed. Multiple colors and it looks like someone threw bleach down the middle and it smeared outwards. Not in good shape. Really gives a bad impression. I was already leery because of the construction in the front where a new hotel being built blocks the view of the Hampton. If not for the signs saying "We're open" I wouldn't haven even seen the hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, an asset to Hampton. The TV was big. My husband said his mattress was comfy. My mattress was like a bedspread over boards. Both beds made loud creaking wood noises like the beds might fall apart when you lay on them. Breakfast was plentiful. The oatmeal was too watery. Good sized room with a big chair and a wheel table that could be pulled up to the chair. Glad we only had to stay here one night. Recommend Hampton invest some money into this location.

Nice clean hotel for a weekend stay. Catherine was fantastic. She was awesome on the phone, at check in, and when we had an issue with our room door. She made the trip! Hotel is in decent shape, some wear and tear on the couches. Rooms could be quieter, everyone has to slam their doors shut to lock and i could hear seemingly everyones toilet flush. Overall i would recommend and stay here again for a quick trip

The property is fine but Expedia erroneously booked me at a different hotel down the street without the accommodations I anticipated. When I came to check in I had no reservation and had to pay for a room. Thus far Expedia has NOT refunded me for the room I thought I had pre-paid nor even acknowledged any error on their end. EXTREMELY disappointing. The Hampton Inn staff has been very helpful and accommodating to me and my young sons.

I got delayed by a snowstorm on my way from Georgia to Maine. When I called to see if I could move my Expedia reservation by a day because of the storm, the staff woman I spoke with was very rude. I am so unbelievably tired of hearing that "policy' prohibits decent service - no matter whose policy it is! She couldn't be bothered to express any empathy or interest in my situation, and I ended up getting charged for a room I couldn't stay in. Super bad stuff.

We arrived at the hotel and “checked-in” and got the keys to our room. Once we got to the room, it was already occupied. Back at the front desk, they said we didn’t have a reservation at the hotel, we booked it through Hotels.com and had the itinerary number. The hotel “couldn’t find it” so we had to pay again at the hotel to get another room. All this happening after midnight, with my children already confused and upset after walking in on a couple in the first room. “Dad, what were they doing naked?” Great question, thank you Hampton Inn for this memory from my son and rest of the family.

Marvin at the front desk is fantastic. I arrived after 11pm and their computers were updating and I couldn’t check in. Marvin was apologetic but passed the time making pleasant chitchat. Once I was given a room (410) I was horrified when I used the key and opened the door to other guests sleeping. Back down to lobby Marvin was also horrified, apologetic, and immediately called his supervisor. After 10 mins I was given another room they were “pretty sure” was empty. Thankfully it was. Marvin said his supervisor said I would be compensated for this huge inconvenience, but I wasn’t. Marvin needs a raise. Otherwise, room was decently clean, beds were comfy, and there’s lots of shopping and dining options one can drive to

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. There was a slight issue with checking in that had to do with the third party company we booked the room through, but the front desk handled it perfectly. It was clean and the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

The staff at the Hampton Inn in Fishkill were amazing! A large group of family and friends were in town from Ireland to bury their brother. We came from Boston and stayed two nights for the funeral. The staff was friendly, professional & helpful. All staff were informed of the reason for our stay and gave condolences on our loss. It meant so much. The only problem was we could not book our two rooms online, we kept getting an error message. My son spent a long time on the phone with your customer service, used 4 different credit cards and nothing worked. I ended up having to book through hotels.com. It went through no problem. I still need to add my Hilton Rewards to this booking too. The front desk asked for my rewards but we were running to the wake. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Fishkill staff are an asset to your company.

It was my first time at this particular Hampton Inn, and my first time at any Hampton Inn. I was greeted by Catherine, who is not only massively professional, she has amazing energy. She and Terrence (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were very professional, very friendly and very helpful, especially Terrence when I could not find my original key cards. They made my first stay very helpful and very enjoyable.

Absolutely delightful staff. Friendly and helpful without even needing to be asked. Hotel was clean and quite comfortable. My only hesitation is that it's so close to I-84, but I heard none of the screaming traffic until I left my room.

The carpet in the hall looked dirty and the communal soap and lotion dispenser. It could be a health hazard. The scrambled eggs was disgusting, too much liquid in it, and it had no taste. The room was clean but lack space to move around safely.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stay in in the last few years, and we travel at least twice a month. The properties in very nice condition and both receptionist we dealt with were very very nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good with: eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, yogurts, bagels, muffins, scones, fruit, etc.. We will definitely book another stay there when in the area.

The front desk staff is excellent, with easy check-in and check-out, the room was clean and comfortable and I especially appreciated the individual air conditioning unit that I could turn off. The breakfast was good, with a lot of options. The area is quiet even though it is near a well-trafficked route.
