Check out is at noon and the warmest pool ever stayed open until midnight! Breakfast was delicious and was served until 10am. As a mom of 4, this was all a special treat. I slept amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure was phenomenal. Also we felt safe. These are all big deals when I stay at a hotel. I would recommend.

Friendly staff. Decent building. Clean room. Clean and decent bed (most hotel beds are horrible - hard and uncomfortable). Kids enjoyed the pool. Elevator was a bit sketchy but they assured us it had been checked and deemed safe. We’d stay again.

Excellent breakfast and staff. They didn’t have enough washcloths for us . The water pressure was good. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but we all slept well. Good parking. I’d stay again

We chose this hotel because of the reviews praised the cleanliness… when we arrived to our room, there was blood on a pillow and a couple towels, crumbs and literslly hair balls on the floor and in the corners, mirrors were dirty, and the carpet and bed felt wet, and the room felt and smelt musty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room didn't have mattress covers, one of the comforters had stains that were visible. The bathroom toilet had visual stains around the base. Not a positive experience.

I felt it was very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in my room, and the entire property was dirty, including the elevator and every rug. The gym has a horrible smell. I cancelled my 2nd night and moved to a cleaner hotel.

The carpet was old and dirty. There weren't any eggs out when I went for breakfast at 8:30 a.m. It took 10 minutes before they put out more eggs. The hallway smelled of marijuana smoke at night around 10:00 p.m. Staff was very pleasant.

This facility is not up to Hampton Inn standards. It feels like somebody bought a 25 year old Comfort Inn and changed the name. it’s very dirty and worn out. The mattress and pillows are not what I usually get at a Hampton Inn. The towel felt cheap, the elevator was disgusting and dirty, and a little sketchy. I give it an OK rating because it was safe and the sheets were clean. But the experience is more like I would expect a motel six.

Rug covered with pet hairs which covered our socks, footies, pajamas, clothing, etc. Checked out a day early due to conditions, advised desk of issues why, but no ansjustments offered despite unsatisfactory conditions. Told they couldn’t check us out as we had 2 day stay booked via Expedia, so we left. Location was bad -view from room was shipping docks of a Wegman’s Grocery Store.

We were checked into an accessibility room that had a shower only with a shower head that was meant for someone in a wheel chair. Clearly we did not need that and since the shower was not in both regular and accesiblity, we should have been warned and offered another choice. I have had this happen at other Hampton's and Hilton chain hotels. The noise and poor room were very discouraging from an otherwise reputable brand hotel.

Everything was pretty great, despite the odd location next to a large number of U-Haul storage units and behind Wegman’s. The trucks coming in at 4/5 am to supply Wegman’s were kind of loud, but nothing a white noise app couldn’t handle. Just be advised that late at night, it’s a bit of an odd location. Would go back in a pinch though. 3/3.5 stars.

Always have pleasant experience with Hampton; have for years. Always clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great staff. This stay had a minor glitch. I repeatedly was getting kicked off the WiFi connection, estimating about 5 min after connection was made. First time with this issue at Hamptons. Tate at front desk was wonderful, showed me a trick to get reconnected, but still I couldn't get continued reception sitting at the desk. It was somewhat better if I sat closer to the door.

Everything was top notch except for the television. The guide did not agree with the stations so it was hard to find something to watch In. Perhaps that is not a hotel issue but still annoying. Dawn helped when asked for a soap refill. Thank you very much!

The staff was fantastic! We needed to check in early and they were very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It’s so close to Wegman’s grocery store which has everything you need and want. The only thing we did not like was the water pressure in the bathroom. Other than that this place is really great

The property itself was nice, the room was clean and continental breakfast selection was very decent. The reason I am giving it a bad rating is because we had a very unpleasant check in experience. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia, however once we arrived we were told that only 1 room was available. Not exactly sure what happened with our reservation. The front desk person was extremely unprofessional and overall rude. He basically told us in a very mean way that I have to call and deal with expedia and that he cannot help us even though I had my confirmation number where it clearly stated 2 room reservation. It was late evening and I had an elderly parent and two kids. He was not sympathetic or accommodating. I get it, things happen, but he showed zero sympathy. I got mad at him and when I raised my voice he threatened me and almost kicked us out. We ended up taking just that 1 room as it was already late and we managed through the night. But this guy left a very unpleasant taste.

We have a child at BU. We were disappointed with cleanliness of common areas. We went back to hotel at 930pm. No one at all at front desk or no one to be found. I was very concerned with security as front door was wide open.

the iron in the room kept dumping hot water out instead of steam. we asked for a replacement in person at the front desk (because the room phone didn\'t work either) and was told he would check the storage and get one to us. It never showed up and no acknowledgement or apology for that. The toilet backed up and no one came to fix it. Luckily, there was a working bathroom on the first floor by the pool that we used until we could check out. Also not very happy that they didn\'t have an ice machine on our floor. Very disappointed because we have been traveling a lot lately and decided Hampton Inn was our new "go-to" but this one failed our expectations (that we have experienced at ALL other Hamptons) of great customer service.

For the first time ever I called the front desk about loud music and people yelling and obviously getting very intoxicated. Was told unfortunately our room was in a bad location and quiet time was not until 11. I do not mind some noise and having people enjoy themselves but to allow a large group to carry on the way they did was abhorrent. To allow this in your lobby area was very unprofessional and to completely ignore other guests is just a shame.

By far the best hotel stay ever. Greated by Serena when I checked. Each day I saw her she was amazing. Always friendly, asked how my stay was going, asked if I needed anything. Very attentive and personable. Jeremy I met the next day at breakfast. Very kind, nice, thoughtful, attentive. Both of them had such incredible customer service. Each day Jeremy welcomed guests at breakfast. Asked if I needed anything, how the food was. The staff really made you feel, the guests are most important. The comfort of the beds/pillows was dreamy. Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping did a great job everyday of my stay. Any special request was taken care of with a smile. The indoor pool, heated. Clean area, fresh pool towels always available. Very large Wegmans a short walk from the hotel. A mall, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops all very close by. Easy on/off the highways in any direction. This was “I need a getaway stay”. This area is not quite 1.5 hours from where I live. I know that I will be back to getaway, get refreshed. The way the staff interacted with myself and other guests is the number ONE reason why. Thank you for really showing your customers are important.

Conveniently located but tucked away in a slightly of way. Ignore gps directions and instead go to the Wegmans grocery store instead. The road that gps directs you on are in extreme disrepair like many in the area. If you go around the Wegmans thru their parking lot there is an entrance to the hotel and it will save wear and tear on your car's suspension. Overall the hotel was decent. Quiet and comfortable, it's just a little dated. Breakfast was nice and the staff working the breakfast area were great.

Overall stay was good. Just minor inconveniences. Our chargers did not work in the outlets on the TV stand or night stand. We had to plug them into the walls and leave phones on the floor. We're late risers and the add-ons for the waffles were depleted. Had to ask for more of all the toppings.

The staff was fantastic! Extremely responsive when we had an issue with the bathroom. EXCELLENT breakfast - the food was really a lot better than I've had in some hotels and it was fresh and plentiful. Also, the Wegman's grocery store behind the hotel is HUGE and has lots of late night food options for hungry, traveling kids. The mall is across the street and there are lots of fast food options close by. Nice indoor pool. Great option for kids. Second time staying here and will be staying here again.

Old dingy hotel. Lots of loud "Strippers" in the halls. And for Gods sake if there's one thing I expect at a Hampton it's oatmeal for breakfast but alas, there was none prepared. Very disappointed.

The staff was excellent and the facility is in good shape. The mattress needs replacing, room temperature was only 60 degrees, and many breakfast items ran out.
