Hampton Inn Nanuet

It was good… except the parking was not good. When we arrived back at night the only parking was in the back and the doors to enter were not available. So it was quite a long walk to enter by the front doior. The elevator was slow. And we asked at the front desk if they had a luggage scale to weigh our checked luggage . They did not have one to use. Breakfast was great Thank you

I think this was one of the worst Hamptons by Hilton I stayed at. I've been to 4. The lobby had cold coffee and was small and looked dusty however there were wins. The staff was A+ shout out to Samantha. The rooms looked better than the entrance of the hotel which threw me off but I was happy. The fact there is a fridge and microwave in every room is great. The rooms are super clean. There is a heated pool which is nice but I'd rather go next inside door to use the jacuzzi because ( the bad) 1. The pole that us use to walk into the poll moves = unsafe 2. 2 metal high school benches. 3 . Again cold coffee in the canisters = not okay 4. Chips in the floor by the atm and rickety tables in front of the elevators 5. Walls on the floor need to be repainted they have markings 6. Tv keeps randomly turning off 7. Night light in the bathroom scared the soul out of me because it looks like a camera . Definitely almost called the cops The reason I'd still recommend the hotel is the staff and the rooms. Like there is an unbelievable friendliness to each person I encounters and the beds are so comfortable. You just have to put the same effort you put in the rooms in the rest of the hotel

It is GREAT! No issues it complaint. Staff very pleasant! I will stay here again.

Very friendly folks at the front desk. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay and plenty of parking. Would stay here again if in the area.
