The room has pieces of cookie on the rug. The refrigerator wasn’t working. There was no towels on the bathroom rack. We had 3 people in the room only enough towels for two people

The staff was very hospitable and responsive. Overall, the room was clean. My stay was satisfactory. There were two items of concern: 1) I was overcharged for snacks I purchased. 2) Gunk found in the bathroom sink.

Room was dusty. The restaurant was horrible. Places a to go order and sat there for 45 minutes before I left. Looks like an old hotel that just pit Double tree on the building. Will never stay at a Double tree again
