We were looking for a pet friendly hotel to have a family overnight for my Binghamton University student’s BD. It was perfect. The loft room gave us plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely be back

Staff was very accommodating. Easy parking and check in. Breakfast was great, nice dining room. Outside of the buildings needed a little attention. Pool was dated, as was the room bathroom. Kitchen was great, sleeping area as well. I would stay here again.

Property is quiet… not enough parking, and property is run Down and dated. Beds were very comfortable. If you need a place to cook for yourself, this was great. Had all the utensils and dishes

I love the property had a pool, the hotels were like town home apartments with a full kitchen and fridge and they provided cook wear and utencils. Very spacious. The only down side is the neighborhood isn’t walkable

Love the room. It had a kitchen and couch to watch tv. Lots of channels to watch. Shower was great. One hiccup was when I got back late night from a family outing, there wasn't a spot to park. I had to park on the side of the driveway. Otherwise I have no complaints of the property.

We stayed here with our son and his service dog. Everything at the hotel was handicapped accessible for him and his wheelchair from the ramp up to the room to the shower in the bathroom. The room was very clean and neat and even the grounds were well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep up the great work!

Love the kitchen, comfy bed. Lots of room to eat in that great kitchen- I have stayed many times and really loved it. However the toilet was not cleaned at all and it was pretty disgusting

Outside it smells like a sewer broke. I couldnt open the door to leave, the door was jamming (fire hazard) room 713. The room itself was fairly clean superficially, but I could see it wasn't deep cleaned on carpeted areas there were leaves and a hair or two found from prior visitors.

The property is showing it's age. The driveway is severly pot-holed, the bricks close to the ground are crumbling, and the finish on furniture in our room was peeling. The room was generally clean but there was hair on the box spring near the headboard, and dust on the edges of the cabinets and in the corners on the floor/carpet. Also the matress on the sifa bed was thin, and it would be nice if it had a cover.

The outside of building was filthy and unkept as well as the grounds. It was not in a safe area. The room was ok but smelled of smoke even though it is a no smoking hotel. The toilet was in the room with the shower and not alot of room in between to use the facilities, tight squeeze. Front desk staff was ok but seemed like they didn’t like their job. I would never stay here again. The room was not very clean and it also smelled like mildew.

We booked very late so probably got the last available room. 413 had a bit of an odor to it. AC units outside are noisy. Otherwise comfortable enough. We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of any of the kitchen equipment.

I like the layout of the one bedroom on first floor of the room and then a loft bedroom. However, the floor creaks so much on the loft that you hear every movement from above. Some areas of the exterior are getting rough. It was clean and convenient to places I needed to go though.

Room was very clean bathrooms looked new pleanty of closed space the bed was firm and the matress very confortable however the sofa bed needed a new face lift or I should say a new matress as you could feel all the springs pinching your body and my child is very light so its not a matter of being heavy It was just realy bad. On the other hand it was very close to the BU and the area was very quite. ++++ Also, breakfast was okay for a quick bite before you hit the road. I would stay again next time we visit our other child who attends the BU.

Check in was excellent. Hotel is dated and needs upgrading in the worse way. Room was clean but carpet old. Bed was comfortable. My biggest challenge was tge room next to me had two very large barking dogs. Who on both morning woke me up at 5:00 am barking and pitching a fit. Seems unreasonable that they don't buildings separated pets and no pets. 5 buildings and many looked vacant for the weekend. My room was not discounted for kennel disturbance. All have been alerted to a very bad policy, in my tired mind.

Staff was very nice until an accident took place that I unfortunately didn’t have time to stop and tell the office about before heading into work first thing in the am. Not to mention they have absolute no respect for your privacy. They will knock one time wait long enough for you to get out of the bathtub and then immediately try to walk in even when you say “be right there”. Also they will enter your room when you’re not there and do a “walk through inspection”. Which means they have to be watching for when you leave to know when you’re not in the room

This property was originally chosen because it was a convenient distance from my family reunion. But it was so much more. The breakfasts were exceptional. It is the first time we have ever stayed in a place that varies their daily offerings. Also, it is close to grocery stores and movie theatters. We will be back every August.

This is the most depressing property! Stay away! Looks NOTHING like the photos. Do not be fooled! They claimed renovations in the dining room so we never saw the room that is in the photos. Instead we ate in one of the depressing rooms of the property with 3 tiny tables for the entire property! It was awful. We booked this property because of its vicinity to the university and because it offered breakfast like a typical Marriott. It was anything but! We actually left after the first night of our two night stay. We complained to Expedia and requested a refund. Especially considering the amount we paid for this booking. However Expedia told us that Marriott would not provide refund as it was a non refundable booking. Very disappointed in both Marriott and Expedia. I’ve booked thousands of dollars with Expedia and was very disappointed in my service for this situation. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but this was terrible. On a positive note though the place was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the linen smelled fresh. Other than that it might as well have been a Motel 6. At least it would have been cheaper.
