Renovations, nothing was opened. Very loud, complained about the noise from the above floor and the noise would get louder. We have stayed here a few time before, let’s just say we won’t be going back again. It’s too bad.

Property is under construction which is not an issue. Problem is that the staff cannot check you in easily due to blocked rooms. Waited a 1/2 hour for check in. And this was in Vestal NY, not exactly a popular destination!

Check-in was quick with the Hilton app. Front desk clerk was friendly when we asked for additional towels and blankets. As noted by the hotel, they are undergoing renovations. The renovations that were completed show a lot of promise. The room we stayed in had yet to be remodeled but was still clean and comfortable. It was showing some wear and tear though - hence the remodel. We were on the 1st floor and it was quiet the entire evening. The pool was closed when we were there on 6/21. Bottom line - if you're ok with

Surprised that score was so high. Solid but not spectacular. Breakfast buffet was miniscule and ran out of staple items early. Hotel was clean but under renovation. Many of amenities (pool and fitness center) were not accessible. Room was very clean although another member of our group did not have a clean room and switched hotels.

Very friendly staff and very clean. The only drawback we had was that we had booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the indoor pool was under renovation so it was not usable. That would be very very helpful in the ad descriptions when people are booking a hotel. Start communicating better with your hotels about the conditions and availability of amenities.

Property was well below what we expected with Hilton name. Carpets in places were threadbare, as was some furniture. Flooring looked worn and dirty. No nightlight of any sort. Swimming pool was closed for apparently major renovations or repairs! Overall disappointing stay. Only bright spot was the lady overseeing the breakfast, cheerful and helpful, the robust coffee was excellent!

The room was very dirty, stains on the couch and a brown splatter on the curtain. Also there was old dried out bacon stuck on top of the refrigerator. The breakfast was cold. The sink and shower did not drain correctly and the room was not sound proof. Could hear everything from above and beside our room.

I have to say that the night we checked in the young lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Also, I understand the property was under construction, however, our room had spiderwebs in almost every corner, there was something sticky on the carpet, and the pullout bed was unbearable for my children to sleep on. Both said they slept horribly with springs poking them, minimal mattress cushion, flat pillows, and with every move there was loud screeching from the springs. There were also stains on the kitchenette chairs, so I pray that with this remodel they invest in an upholstery and carpet that is easy to clean, better quality furniture, and a good cleaning service.

We had a quick overnight stay. There is some interior construction going on, for example the pool is closed. There was a t-shirt from the previous guest left in the closet. Impact crack in the shower, toilet paper was rough, nothing fancy. There was a small kitchen with big fridge. Outdated appliances. Papa Johns delivers. Overall fine for a quick stop, but I would not return.

Wasnt great. Room wasnt clean and hole in light was over the shower. Felt like a peep hole. Compared to pictures online it wasnt what we were expecting.

The area around the property is a little questionable. There are 3 hotels that share the same parking lot so that does make you feel a little more safe. As for the rooms itself, very old and dated. Our shower was dirty with Luke warm water only and our bed sheets had stain. It was pretty gross.

Super quiet hotel with everything you'd need in a very spacious room. Attention to detail in the bathroom and living room in regards to cleanliness could be improved, but otherwise MUCH better than other hotels in a 10 mile radius. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were either lumpy or flat. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Room had a smell, some questionable stain on couch, and ceiling fan didn’t work. Every time we came or left, no staff at front desk. Stayed three nights and only saw staff the night we checked in. And we came back to the hotel every day during mid day.

The shower couldn’t be regulated so it was either scalding hot or cold. There were kids running up and down the halls yelling at all hours. Room had stains on the floor. The bed was horrible and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Hotel was undergoing some updates in the lobby area. The suite we stayed in could use some updates as well. Lack of pots to use on the electric two burner cooktop (although there were lids for the missing pots) and very old appliances (read noisy). Layout of the suite was good, good size kitchen area with small table and seating area in main part of room was also good. Lighting was inadequate- some lights did not work.

Management and all staff at this property are truly wonderful. They were very welcoming upon arrival and helped me immediately when noise would not allow me to take my scheduled work Zoom calls from my room. They responded quickly and had me working in a quiet space without hesitation. Thank you!

This time i paid with my points inadvance. I thought i will get the same treat. But i was wrong. When i checked IN the manager checked how i paid. As soon as he found i paid wz points he send me to the room where "" pats inroom"" one and durty not clean no extra blanket no dishes no coffe or tea dust everywhere. Moreover 2 big black Flys inside the room and towels are dark used one visible. I was so frastrated . When i came back to the frontdesck and complain the manager didn\'t care even and i was told tha i got what i deserve. He ment i paid by points. I m coming every month to this hotel but i never paid wz poins ever before. This was 2st time i m paying wz points and i saw how differently i was treated. This is so sadhow they treat loyal customers if you pay wz points. I kill bymyself 2 flys. And i went multiple times to the lunderyroom to get blanket which was missing in the room

Our check in was confusing and I assume the woman was new, but it was definitely smooth or quick. The bed was comfortable, and was large and airy with a sitting room, bedroom, and kitchenette. But it was run down. The shower was large and had the handheld sliding second shower head normal in mobility accessible rooms, but it couldn’t be lowered and the supports for the sliding bar had been patched where it had been pulled out before. Yet even t ough the wall supports were fixed, the slider would not come down. The handicapped chair in the shower was worn, graying, and not your normal fold down hotel shower seat, but a large, free standing geriatric plastic shower chair like you’d see in an old nursing home. They are doing renovations, so I hope it’s a complete renovation and it will improve, but until then it’s problematic. Loud, and I mean LOUD renovations right above our heads with scraping, pounding, and dropping heavy tools woke us up both mornings. The breakfast was in what I assume will be a finished Lobby eventually. It was just set up on tables in the middle of that room. The long hallway to our room had carpeting that had wrinkles and rolling the entire length. It made rolling anything, like luggage, luggage cart, & wheelchairs very difficult.

The room was clean, had plenty of space for our family of 4 . The breakfast was okay compared to other hilton brand hotels. This hotel only offered basic scrambled eggs, they had pork sausage one morning which was good, but other wise they only had turkey bacon, 3 kinds of cereal, same yogurt flavors, their breads/bagles were dried out like they had been out longer then breakfast hrs. The real decline came upon check out. At check in they put a hold in 1/2 the total stay, not the $250 deposit, so that was unexpected but fine, then with only 2 days left they put a hold on the other 1/2. So the total stay is pending out of my bank. The day after we check out the whole amt is withdrawn from my account while there is still a hold on the whole amt . I called my bank and they said the merchant has a hold until 6/25! I checked out on 6/16! Plus they already got paid the full amount! My bank said to call them and request a release, the hotel said this is normal and will drop in 3-5biz days. Ive stayed in many Hiltons and other brand hotels and never had them hold the full amt plus take the full amt. this alone drops my rating. The man I spoke to was rude, said they didnt take more then the amt I owed for my stay, kept telling me its my fault because I used a debit card, said I shouldnt use a bank card and should use a credit card. That this is normal that they hold the full amt until you check out. So they currently have $2750 for a stay that should have been $1375!

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful front desk staff, and housekeeping. Excellent breakfast. Good variety. Had hot and cold items. Hot items such as eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes. The suite we had was clean and very spacious. Bed comfortable. Being less than a mile from Binghamton U. was a big plus for us. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, the lobby was decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The attendant who assisted us was new but very pleasant, and the gentleman overseeing her made us feel welcome by offering water and a snack. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though we did notice some strands of hair in the bathtub and sink, which was disappointing. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff were diligent in maintaining it, constantly cleaning up. However, the food selection was just okay, with not much variety. Overall, the hotel room was satisfactory for an overnight stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas.

Aside from the current renovation going on, this place was fantastic. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to seeing how everything is after the renovation is complete
