The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information. Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan. The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.

personnes a l'accueil serviable et agréable, a l'arrivée on vous donne une carafe d'eau avec le numéro de la chambre que vous pouvez faire remplir tout les jours gratuitement et même avoir des glaçons, très appréciable et rare dans un trois étoiles. chambre propre et grande avec la climatisation et aucun bruits extérieur, sdb avec douche propre parfaite. petit déjeuner très bien avec ce qu'il faut. hôtel situer dans le centre commercial et sortie autoroute, idéal pr ses achat en grande surface . arrêt de bus au pied de l"hôtel pour se rendre en 5 min au centre d'arles (toute les 20 min) juste petit bémol l'application cheque vacance connect pas fonctionnel, je donne une note de 9 sur 10
