Stay was good only issue was the hot water was not very hot. Water was more like warm taking a shower.

My first impression was that the lobby looked renovated then the last time I stayed here, neat and put together, and I loved the plants! Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I got ground floor like I requested! I loved the bright lit lights all around the parking lot made me feel safe. I was scared to stay because of the reviews but it was a great place for the price and they even had actually good breakfast! Definitely recommend.

Parking is quite tight at this property. Area was decent. Front desk helped with the beeping smoke detector once I got to my room.

Horrible no hot water. Desk attendant too busy eating. Horrible area horrible service. Checked out early. I don’t recommend anybody stay here. Holes in walls and bed sheets

Guests sitting outside rooms smoking & drinking. Small parking spaces for larger vehicles. Just wasn't a good place for my family. Staff was nice though and rooms were ok.

No complaints- basic breakfast and clean room, no issues with parking. Front desk nice as well.

There was no hot water also both sheets that we slept on had burn holes in them and there were shelves pulled off of the bathtub area

The main water line broke, showers were down and they said we could extend our check out and then the cleaning lady was rude due to their lack of communication. Terrible stay. Not worth the cost.

Water was hot & place was heavily lighted for security. For the price... 4 stars

They cut the water off in the morning couldn’t brush my teeth or get ready for Work

Bed bugs was present had to leave .. Carpet dirty .. Room smells like old dogs .. The First Lady that sign me in was nice .. The gentleman that I ask for my refund after my experience he didn’t want to give it too me until I said I was calling the police and I wasn’t leaving without one .. So finally he decided to credit my card.. This experience was terrible but I got what I paid for .. Expedia you should take this off your list ..

For a $83/night I had very low expectations for high quality. To start with this hotel is not in the best of areas, and it is right next to a gentleman’s club. The unit was not vacuumed very well, and the bathroom had urine on base of the toilet and on the floor by it, the bed sheets had cigarette holes burned in them, and the carpet was worn with holes through the room especially from the door rubbing through. Finally, there was a hit and run of another guest car in the parking lot and the front desk did not seem to care when I reported it and provided pics of the license plate of the car that took off. I normally try to be thrifty when I just need a place to stay, but after this stay I will spend $30 more.

Property was not clean, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, the bathrooms smelled like Urine. We were given another room AND STILL the same issue. There was hairs in the sheets, old dirty bags between the drawers. The sheets had so many cigarette holes absolutely ridiculous

I booked this hotel to stay overnight, but couldn’t sleep whole night, because of not cleaned bed sheets, I was too itchy and got rashes….bathroom was not cleaned, found spiders around. Morning breakfast was not good, juice machine was broken…please help to refund my charge…I will appreciate. Thanks 🙏

room smelled bad, air vents broken, both chairs stained, torn, and dirty, bed covers stained, toilet seat broken and had burns, shower head covered in lime, dusty furniture, old mis-matched furniture, filthy carpet and a roach crawling up the wall!!!!!! Very clean and well kept rooms. Great value for the price.

This was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and carpet had literal dirt on them. There was one small bath towel and one bath mat towel only. No hand towels, no wash cloths. Nothing. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. It was very dark in the room. Inadequate lighting maybe to hide the ugliness of this room. The room reeked of pot when I checked in but I was afraid to keep the door open to air it out because this is a rough area. On the plus side, the staff was courteous and there was breakfast served. But you weren’t allowed to take any food from the breakfast room back to your room. It was as if they were worried there might be thieves in the room…not a surprise given what I saw there.

Ended up leaving the hotel at 2am due to bed bugs and overall level of cleanliness. Couldn't stay another minute. Really poor!

They didn’t clean the room

I really don’t like to do this but, this was not what I expected. I have never been to Columbus before and I’m just like everybody else trying to find a decent place to stay with my wife for a weekend getaway. The place is run down and very outdated. The refrigerator in our room doesn’t work. Lots of activities of cars coming in and out of the parking area all hours of the night. Definitely could not sleep because of the dealings of doors slamming and commotions outside. I got up looking out my window to check on my car every two hours to make sure it wasn’t broken into. It is what it is and I will never stay there again for sure. Quality Inn needs to change their name because the Quality simply was not there and I personally feel I stayed a weekend in hell and my wife and I didn’t deserve having to worry about our stay in a hotel that you all recommended.

Fire alarm not connected to ceiling. Non smoking room smelled musty of maybe old cigarette? Stained comforter, but sheets appear clean. Cobwebs and dust on lamps. Light in bathroom, but not in shower area so a bit dark when shower curtain closed. Shower is not a tub. Just a small stall with barely room to turnaround. Glad i don't need to shave my legs tonight.

Pros: The staff were very very very friendly during the stay. The check in staff chatted to us about what we were up to, where we were from, very nice conversation. The night staff were excellent and helped us out with an extra couple towels as we were short. The rooms were clean and looked like they had done a remodelling or renovation recently. The linens were clean, no stains. The beds were very comfortable, which surprised me as I usually don’t sleep well in hotels because of bad mattresses. The AC was very efficient. I like it super cold and it only took a few mins to get the room to my liking. Bathrooms were also nice and clean. Shower temp nice and hot. Nice selection of items with the continental breakfast. We could have been good with the breakfast provided but we went to the nearby Wawa for hot breakfast on the go. Cons: The room we were in though had clearly had a recent leak, I’m guessing from the AC as the housing was not in place properly. We only noticed because there was a faint smell, which probably won’t go away until the carpet is replaced. When we got back to the hotel Friday night/Saturday morning there was 4 or 5 police cars and someone was being arrested. I wouldn’t usually mention this as this occurs all the time at hotels but the police had blocked the only way to get around to our side of the hotel for parking. We had to park at the adjacent restaurant and thankfully did not get a ticket.

Flickering lights , about 5 were flickering and I bet other guests did not like

The bed was comfy, and the room was decent. Mini fridge, microwave, iron and coffee maker. Even though it appeared to be fully booked, still had warm water for a shower! The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Improve internet speed

Given the wrong room the first time. Sheets and bathroom clean. Plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector. Shower door broken. All lights worked. Really needs vacuuming, but new carpet would be better. Easy off the highway.

Room appeared to have been recently remodeled however toilet paper holder was missing; outlet by sink didn’t work; one of the bedside lamps had no place to plug in and other lamp was connected to overhead light so it only worked if the overhead light was on Shower was very nice but there appeared to be an area of mold coming In ceiling Breakfast was good - typical fare Parking fair Sports Bar near motel was nice not much else in walking distance

This hotel wasn’t enforcing noise rules. People next door were extremely loud from midnight to 4am. Probably one of the worse nights stay ever. Hotel is run down in not a very good area. Would not recommend for families to stay here. On the plus side rooms are cheap.. but I’ll choose more wisely next time. Not being able to sleep due to the noise wasn’t worth the small savings per night.

steer clear from this location! my room reeked of cigarettes, even though i selected a non-smoking unit, mattress was covered in stains, shower had a substance splattered on the wall, and etc…

Problems from The beginning room had no power had to be switched to different room. Hotel had a problem with keys. Couldn't get the key until 9:30 when we were there at 5. Felt very unsafe. People standing outside our hotel room yelling making a lot of noise. Person and a car blasting music for over an hour until 1:30 called front desk, nothing was done. A lot of noise all around this is a party hotel. If you are looking for a Good Night's sleep, this is not the place for you.

The great atention of the staff. Kad is an excellent hosted.

Got there kinda late lady was very nice but was not informed about the scary deposit. I had to pay once I was there.

The clerk at check in was pleasant and the room was comfortable. The check out experience on the other hand, was not great. The lobby door was locked so we had to wait. And when the clerk did come in, she had an attitude and was rude.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as I pulled into the property around 11 PM there were people everywhere walking around drinking and smoking. Once I got my key I had to make my way through all the people walking around the property to my room which was on the back side of the building. Once I pulled down the parking lot they had the end barricaded off with a hige truck! I got out and opened the door and saw my bed looked as if someone already slept in it. As I walked back to my car to grab my bags, a woman who was loitering in the parking lot just walked intoy room. I had to ask her to ger out of my room so she would leave. While in the parking lot there were 2 men drinking out of the huge liquors bottles stared at my wife and kids in the car. As I made my way back through all of the people in the lot I went and told the person working I was leaving. He looked astonished that I said I felt unsafe while there were tons of people hanging around in the lot. While i was trying to leave there was a person towing a car in the middle of the parking which I had to sit and wait for 10 minutes.

The night shift staff Dak was super helpful to solve the booking issue while we arrived late. Good value.

I didn't like that there is a 50$ deposit we didn't know about till we got to the property thankfully we had it But the lady that helped us was super sweet

Room could have used a new carpet and some updating, but it was very clean. Breakfast could have used some protein (eggs, bacon, sausage) but it did have a waffle iron, fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The staff was super helpful. The manager took time to chat with guests in the breakfast room and on check-in. She had taken time to decorate for Christmas. I told the front desk that I was a light sleeper and to please not place me by a family with kids, and he took time to review who was staying in what rooms before giving me a nice, quite room where I got a good night's sleep. Really great staff.

This franchise, independently managed hotel is very run down and service very mediocre. Our family of 4 stayed for 1 night. Upon check-in, they requested $50 cash for incidentals to be returned at check-out. I don't carry cash and asked to put it on my credit card. They said the $50 would be refunded after 5 business days, which still hasn't after 6 days. We couldn't find our room in this 2-floor hotel. Room numbers were not marked outside showing which direction to go. We had a non-smoking room which smelled like smoke. Turning on the AC removed some of the unpleasant odor. The popcorn ceiling was coming off as if there were prior roof leaks. They had towels in the room for 2 people. When asked for more towels, they said to bring the used towels to exchange for another 2. The entire place and our hotel room are severely dated. Breakfast was below average and skimpy. Management provided the bare bones during breakfast hours at 8:00am despite other guests in the dining room. They took out a tray of 6 slices of bread, a couple bananas/oranges, 6 mini-muffins, and 6 yogurts in the fridge. I had better stay at other franchise owned Quality Inn's. I would not recommend this one.

motel sat back off road behind a closed fast food joint. Two doors down was a strip club. Didn't feel it was the best part of town by any means. That being said it was inexpensive, quit and clean for the two nights I was there. The staff was friendly.

Was great acess to I70. Front desk was polite, chatty. Room was clean

The general area wasn't the best, obviously it a old hotel in need of a upgrade. The were hole in both top blanket and second blanket, the sheet were clean, and you can see the staff washing and cleaning room. The breakfast was not bad and the sitting area was clean. The staff was pleasant and it's right off the freeway and close to national retail chain and restaurants.

The breakfast selection was poor

Room was serviceable but needs some tender loving care—eg inside of bathroom door looked like it had been used as a scratching post by a large dog, no toilet paper holder in bathroom, very limited towels but sufficient. Breakfast was disappointing, one is better off going out for breakfast. On positive side the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The overall experience was okay.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and professional, offering thoughtful suggestions and practical solutions. Her presence is a true asset to the establishment. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. It lacked any protein options and consisted only of the bare essentials. An upgrade in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Staff was great! The room was not. Repairs had been done badly: shower was taped together, the walls had patches that were sloppy and uneven. One lamp didn’t work. There weee no USB plugins. The whole area seemed sub-par. I was awakened three times by cars with thumping base music and twice by people yelling across the parking lot. The breakfast bar was kept mostly empty. When they added things they would bring out a couple slices of bread and maybe 6 muffins. Nothing was ever full. There was no breakfast meat, ever. And it was very disorganized. You had to walk back and forth across the bar to get things that should go together, like waffles and syrup.

The breakfast was non existent! We walked in and looked at 2 pieces of bread and cereal. It was not at all how it was advertised. Very disapointed in Breakfast.

I was first put into a non-smoking room that had cigarette ashes, spilt alcohol, and the carpets look to never have been vacuumed. I spoke with front desk and they were apologetic and gave me a new room. The next room (non-smoking) had stains on sheets, a really bad leak under the sink that front desk gave me towels for, used soap bar and hair in the shower. Room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was lackluster. Only eggs and waffles for hot items and just overall not the best. I would not recommend staying here. The only thing about it that was okay was the front desk. Very apologetic, but not worth the stay.

Overall the room was clean and updated - the breakfast did not have any meats - the muffins were minimal, and the staff was friendly - I feel the room rate was NOT aligned with the area and - seemed high - although the parking lot lighting and security over night was great.
