Hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately there were no microwave or coffee maker in the room -however there was coffee in the lobby all day. There is a lovely back patio and some lobby games. I would definitely recommend this hotel for others.

This is a brand-new hotel and everything is clean and fresh. This one is a better TRU hotel than others I stayed before in other cities. Nice selections of pantry items, snacks, and drinks. What stands out is the staff. Everyone is friend and professional, all greet you with a smile. Everything stays clean and organized.

Loved being able to enjoy the playoffs down in the lobby. The rooms were kinda small and unappealing being disabled i guess i was looking for more maneuverability in the room i was pretty much limited to being near the door

This hotel has the tiniest rooms we’ve come across. We immediately moved to a handicapped room for the space, but that’s not a good remedy. There is no storage space and a tiny place to hang clothes. Just over all BAD. They do not have coffee pots in the rooms. Miserable for us! The only redeeming quality about this place was the staff was very friendly. Nice people but the place was not for us.

I requested a first floor room and received a third floor room. We arrived right after check in to be sure of room options and were told the rooms were already assigned. The girl even showed me where my request was there but they still didn’t give it to us. VERY disappointed. Also, Cable in the room didn’t work. My husband had to take the TV off the wall and fix it. They offered to give us another room but at 12:30 am we didn’t want to move to another room.😖

I can't say enough about this hotel! We came under difficult circumstances at 1 a.m. They treated us like family, so warm and accommodating. When they learned we were in town for our niece's wedding the whole staff signed a card for the newlyweds! Just an exceptional culture.

When we got there to check in we were told that we had to change rooms because of a booking issue (change from one king to two queens), I thought no biggie. We get to our room, it’s not clean, like someone had just checked out of it. Go downstairs, get another room, same thing. For the third room, which was taken from someone else, which I also assume is what happened to us in the first place, is where we ended up. By this time it’s late and all we want to do is eat something, watch some tv and go to sleep. No microwave (one in the entire hotel) and no tv remote. Go back downstairs “oh I guess this one I have here is for your room”. Go back up, remote doesn’t work (batteries dead). Go back down to get batteries (it works now). This hotel is a complete clown show. This was our first Hilton experience. No more hiltons for us.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We were in North Augusta because of a death in our family and the staff all signed a sympathy card and left it on our door! We will never stay anywhere else!!

My SO and i have stayed at this hotel atleast 5 times within the last 3 months. The reason we keep coming back is because of the staff. From the room service technicians to the front desk receptionists on to the manager on duty, they all are professional, friendly and energetic. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love it here!

I had a 3-day conference and decided to stay at TRU. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were nice and fluffy, and the sausage was nice and tender. My conference ended a day early and it was no problem with not paying for the last day.
