great stop except two issues: 1) hot water was just warm water at 8pm .. disappointing but adequate 2) luggage cart was missing fastener on top rail allowing it to separate from frame. Good news - luggage cart available. Should be fixed: obvious maintenance issue, so easily fixed, but not. Property is otherwise great and half the price of newer facility across the interstate. Great location. So much potential.

This had the best smelling room ever! The facility is clean and staff pleasant. For breakfast, they have sausage, eggs, biscuits, and waffles. While there, their wifi was not available and their elevator had missing up/down arrows and the floor indicator was hanging out. But that was minor compared to the experience. If i was staying longer than a day, I'm sure the wifi outage would have been an issue.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and checking in was super easy. Everything was very clean and the stay was almost perfect except for my one complaint with this hotel. I've stayed here several times and the problem never seems to be remedied and that problem is that the hot water in the shower is nowhere near hot enough. Granted I like my showers really hot but this was barely above considerably warm. I tried it three different times hoping that maybe the tank was just empty but they all turned out the same. By the time I was through drying off I was shivering with the room temperature up to 74.

we checking in on Friday around 4:30 PM. The young man was very nice and friendly. He answered all my questions. The young lady the next morning was the same. The young lady that put out the breakfast was nice and accommodating. That was a problem with hot water but it was fixed unfortunately after my shower. Buhhhhr (lol).

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasteless. They did not have lots of food out at any one time. It was replenished on a needed basis which made sense although we had to wait a bit for juice. Would have liked a bathtub. Water was hot and plentiful.

The rooms were not very clean, bathroom door handle was greasy and bathroom door dirty. Floors felt dirty and rooms were musty smelling with high powered glade plug-ins trying to mask the smell. We won’t be coming back.

Nice facilities. However our large king room had nowhere to sit. Looked like a table and chairs were missing. Just a large desk chair in there for 2 of us. And couldn't get TV to work. Probably our fault and didn't want to call down for that, but should have been easier to operate. Delicious breakfast and sweet attendant.

Very good hotel. Every day I came in after work my bed was made and my towels were replinished. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Wifi was a problem and was not easy to connect to.

The room we were given, opened the room door to find a room that had not been serviced. Not even sure if someone may have been in the room. We were given a different room and assured by the desk clerk that the room would be comped due to the bad experience. That turned out to be a lie.

Nasty Staff and steal money off card. I paid inside hotel checked out early they charged my card again and when I question the front desk and asked who I was speaking to her name she told me it was irrelevant I will never spend my money at this hotel again

the room was half cleaned and had gnats all over the sink. they didn’t have another room to put us in. front staff stated we would be able to have late check out the following me , we was harassed by morning staff due to the check out time . the staff have NO good customer service

I called to verify my reservation before I left home (2.5 hrs away). They confirmed. When I got there I was told there were no rooms and my reservation had been cancelled. The front desk said “Didn’t they call you to tell you?” No. No they didn’t.

Stayed one night for the Masters, since it was the only accommodation under $500 a night in the area. I have no major complaints, and was aware this was an economy hotel—-so its older condition and remote location were expected. It was clear the staff were concerned with making the hotel welcoming, clean, and accommodating—for which we are very grateful!

I came to the area for work and booked this hotel based on previous reviews, which were decent. I arrived around 11:30 pm and was surprised by the number of individuals standing around outside the hotel. I’m a solo travel so I try to be aware of my surroundings but it seemed odd for people to be outside that late at night. I checked into my room and started getting ready for bed and noticed what appeared to be toothpaste residue on the faucet handle indicating the room was properly cleaned. Honestly, I was too tired to complain and was checking out the following day. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies so I clean it and went to bed but I would not recommend this hotel, especially to a solo traveler.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but the sheets were clean. My towels were clean. The place itself is outdated. The bathroom and sink looks old but they were both clean. Breakfast was a plus. They offered cereal, waffles, good coffee, biscuits with egg/sausage/patty yogurt, and apple/orange juice. Only stayed two nights. Ok.

Hotel is very nice. Clean people are very polite and the breakfast with a hot buffet to pick whatever you want. On a business trip is always easy to just eat breakfast and get them to go.
