This place wasn’t horrible, but for $75 a night I expected more. No amenities, breakfast was a pastry or bread. Room wasn’t dirty, but needs updating. Bed was comfortable

I stay here a lot the place it at reasonable price it’s clean the staff is nice. Being at super 8 you will not know the difference from being at any other hotel other than the top hotels but of course rights. (They are more up to date then other) You get more then you pay for here. They are understanding the rooms are clean they have a laundry room which I enjoy the most about it is that it’s a sitting area with space to fold your clothes you can lounge in there also if you wanted to. Vending machines, coffee and tea on site at all time. The front desk area while they offer breakfast every morning you could sit out there enjoy a nice breakfast while catching up on the news check the weather to prepare you for the day. I honestly don’t believe this place gets enough of credit. Hope that your experience here Be as great as I experienced. We rented 7 rooms. The check in process took over half an hour. When we got to our rooms the toilet seat had fallen off and was laying on the floor, the door locks were broken, the sheets had blood and cigarette burns in them. There were no smoking signs everywhere but it smelled of smoke. When you walk into the lobby you get a contact high from people smoking joints. Not a family friendly place at all!!

Had several issues that were promptly addressed by the manager and staff. Reserved 3 rooms. Motel needs a deep cleaning and some updating. Surprised no cell phone charging station and few accessible outlets. Location very good, staff and manager were excellent.

This place was very dirty and run down. Holes and stains on sheets and bedding, dirty floors, hair on sink and in shower. We tried to make the best of it, but could not and left after a couple of hours. The ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of this place.

It was reasonably priced, however, no Kleenex, barely any toilet paper soap scum on the shower wall with hair, smelling bad of smoke, the stairs going upstairs were very dirty. Breakfast nope. The only positives were the price and the bed was comfortable.

I blame myself for prioritizing cost. Indefinitely got what I paid for. The service was horrible. At check in the only words spoken to me was how am I paying and if I had a pet. No hello, thank you, or enjoy your stay. The property itself was in disrepair. The room smelled awful and the bathroom floor was disgusting. I will NEVER stay there again.

Nasty hotel. I went through hotels.com was only able to get one night back instead of two nights. They are very dirty. Shampoos and lotions not full. Cigarette burns in comforter. Black stuff coming out of AC. Not clean at all. Looks like a Crackhouse. I do not recommended. Still fighting to get a full refund back since we did not stay at all. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES TO POST! PLEASE STAY AWAY!

My wife and I went to the Morgan Wallen concert and just needed a place to stay. So we were necessarily looking for 5 stars, but when we went to bed and pulled the sheets back and saw blood we left! That place was nasty.. don’t waste your time and money!

Dirty to the core. even basic cleaning like vacuuming was not done from ages. Garbage was scattered all across the hallway. Non smoking room has strong smoking smell. The sheets are stained and dirty. Not to mention bed bugs and roaches. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. The complimentary breakfast only had bread, butter and cereal.. nothing else. AVOID AT ALL COST. 5 star reviews are written by its own staffs.. all fake

Had to flush the toilet 2-3 times toclear the bowl. "Breakfast" was laughable. Noisy a/c. No cupsfor water. No coffee maker. Noisy environment. Awful place.

On arrival the room was as expected clean however there was no internet service. The staff reacted quickly but it took contacting the internet provider to eventually solve the problem. I only had internet for 2 of my four night ( which are supposed to be included in price), but the staff did react quickly and solved it as soon as possible. Otherwise the stay was good.

The property is aged and need updating. You get a half of a roll of toilet paper,,only towels for a party of two, trial size toiletries for one person, air conditioner didn’t work on a humid 90 degree day. The complimentary breakfast was horrible quality and there was a nail sticking out on the bannister railing that we told the front desk about but don’t know if it was repaired. I would never recommend and shocked it was a Wyndham property.

Interior rooms . Nice hot water . Was a good choice for proximity to blossom music center . Just 30 min out a clays resort 47 min out . Easy access to both places from this motel .

No Smoking room had cigarette burns in all the bed linen. Shower curtain falling down, bathtub stained red. Fridge was really a freezer without controls. AC unit inop w/o instructions. No TV channel listings, had to try 3 controllers to get one that worked. No electric convenience outlets other than bathroom. Bed and pillows comfortable.

Firstly, difficult to find, as it is jammed between a Sheetz and some sort of development. Went right by it, didn't have an idea where it was. That in itself is not as big a problem. 1--Staff...very nice people up front. Things seemed disorganized and disjointed, and people were rushing about before the 2pm check-in. I was told the hotel was "full" the night before, and they were trying to find a room to put me in. In any case, they were very kind, and I think doing their best. 2--As for the hotel, one word: SMOKERS. The smell of cigarette smoke (and I used to smoke, so I get it) was everywhere. Even in the walls, it felt like. Building and surrounding area looked tired and ragged. 3--Room: the smell was so bad I left the window open for several hours to air things out. Needed (like the rest of the building) a coat of paint, badly. Light switch just inside the door did not work. Lamp over the TV did not work, at all. No bulb, so I swapped one from a standing lamp (which worked only when you switched it on while leaning over a cheap junky something or other with a giant hole in it). Lamp over the bed did work. Desk and chairs were cheap and the former had seen better days. I did not use the chest of drawers. 3--Bed--comfortable, clean, I slept well. No complaints. 4--Bathroom--Lights worked, everything in here clean, hot water aplenty, good shower. No issues there. Enough towels for my stay (no maid service, and no tag to put out on the door handle). Not staying again.

Stayed at the hotel which was clean and quiet. Staff seamed very friendly. Only issue I had was that the tv didn’t work. I was told the hotel was booked and there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue. Waiting to see about a discount.

We stayed here because Twinsburg does not allow fireworks on July 4 which usually terrify our dog. When you walk in the smell is bad the towels looked dirty like they’ve been washed 1000 times. while I was there someone hit my car and put a dent in it. I called the hotel and asked them to check their footage and they never called me back. Hotels.com should not even be listing this place. A service was great. They were very nice and very friendly. This type of place you go to rent rooms by the hour. Or if you fall on hard times and need a place to stay.

Check in is supposed to be at 2pm. It turned out to be at 4:40pm. The manager called me in my room Monday evening and said she was going to give me 20.00 off my last 2 nights, which dhe did.The cigarette smell in the hallway was disgusting. Obviously, it gets in the room.

If you are on a road trip and need a quick place to stay to recharge, know that the electrical outlets are few and don't work well. Even though check-out is 11 am, the keys to the doors are deactivated early the morning you leave, making it hard to repack the car. The location is convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores all around.

I participated in the Pan-American Games in Cleveland. The competition was started very early in the mornings, and I needed breakfast at 6am. They had only cereal, milk and coffee. I had to find alternative solution. Either they need to provide at least continental breakfast with some proteins or remove this false statement from the advertisement.

As others have said, the property is dirty. The night stand had something sticky spilled on it, and had glass rings still on in. I cleaned it off, then wiped the flloor - also dirty, and left the towel filthy. (Would love to post pictures.) Breakfast is all carbs; cereal, pastries, bread (for toast), fruit and yogurt. However, the property is the cheapest in the area. So, choose wisely.

The best coffee in any hotel. Breakfast good selection. Having someone at front desk at all times is extremely important. Need to replace bedspreads, burn holes in it and stains, room 210.

This hotel is terrible. We stop by this motel to spend a night on our way to DC. The reason we booked to this motel was due to its advertisement of free cribs, free parking and free breakfast. There is no cribs at all. The rooms were smelly and the breakfast was white bread with butter or cereal only. So we ate our breakfast at McDonald’s across the street. The receptionists were nice and I wish there is a different rating for them. But the property is terrible and the advertisement was misleading. Big one star!
