Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg

The hotel was clean and staff nice. However, traveling from CA to MA and stopping here I was surprised that for the price of the room, the hotel could have been cleaner and a little more generous. We stayed at a few single owned motels/hotels on the way. They were less expensive, much cleaner and they gave you a complimentary bottle of water. It seems for the price of a room, the Hilton should not have to charge their customers $3 for a bottle of water. I felt it was an insult to charge after the expense of the room. I

Lobby space, lounge, and breakfast areas’ furniture and decorating inviting. Front desk clerk, Keisha, was polite, friendly, and accommodative to my need for early checkin. Breakfast prepared fresh, as it is ordered from a menu, was very good. Property public areas are clean and well maintained. Room was very comfortable, clean, with newer bathroom, great shower pressure. Excellent mattresses. Well laid out.

The room was very clean. The staff was very gracious to help us with a family issue with a delayed flight. Thanks for a great nights stay!

Room we got was an adjoining room and had little kids banging on the door all night. The pillows were the size of a pillow I would give a 3 year old. Not a good experience at all.

Didn't eat breakfast should have been included in the room price.
