The staff was very friendly. The in hotel restaurant food was excellent, from the chicken wings to the pizza to the 16oz ribeye. The manager Deborah and bartenders Ben and Faizel were great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! I arrived around midnight and the night staff was friendly and accommodating. I chose it for its location to Ahuja, but it had plenty of dining and shopping choices at the hotel and surrounding it. Although it was close to a highway andy room was on that side of the building, it was quiet and restful. A great stay!

My room was spotless! The staff was very kind, helpful, and informative. It was my first stay at this Marriott, and when I return to Cleveland, this will be my hotel of choice. I would like to note that the restaurant is fairly priced and tastes great!!

My reservation was changed without my consent and my guest had to sleep on a couch because the room I paid for wasn’t available. We were given access to a membership lounge including a fresh ground coffee machine that was out of order. After a very long day, we were told that because the room was booked through a third party, two beds weren’t available. The lack of accountability was frustrating, to say the least. If this is how your company’s customers are treated, I will no longer use or recommend your service.

The one night staff lady she was so rude towards a guest that was elderly and did not understand how to use a credit card. She was so inpatient with that gentleman and reference to that situation I will never stay at this Marriott again, the rest of the staff excellent.

The staff here is top-notch. Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, maintenance - all friendly, helpful and responsive to needs and concerns. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. It is obvious that the staff care about this place and it's guests. The room was so clean and the bed to comfortable I didn't want to leave. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I was attending a wedding at a country club in Chagrin Falls and this location was a short drive from the venue. Because it was a slow weekend I was able to check in early and drop off my luggage before going to the club. THe front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We've stayed at Hilton/Hampton Inns all over the country, but we decided to try the Mariott this time. Never again. $7 charge for Internet? $13 charge for breakfast? When you're already paying well over $200/night for a room? That's insulting. This kind of price-gouging is not only transparent and blatant, it's especially pathetic when you consider that FREE Wi-Fi is available at just about every coffee shop and fast food joint all over the country - but the Mariott wants to ROB their Guests for W-Fi? Do yourself a favor and join the 21st century. Naturally, I hot-spotted the Internet off my cell phone to save the ridiculous $7 charge - but you can rest assured that we'll never stay at a Mariott again. Nickel and diming your guests is a sure way to lose business. You've most certainly lost ours.

My room was spotless! The staff was very kind, helpful, and informative. It was my first stay at this Marriott, and when I return to Cleveland, this will be my hotel of choice. I would like to note that the restaurant is fairly priced and tastes great!!

We really loved our stay at the Cleveland Marriott East. The hotel staff was very helpful, giving us information about how to pick up our son who was coming in from a different destination, and easing our concerns about the predicted bad weather. We had plenty of options at the restaurant and the food met our needs. Our room was modern and comfortable (although I would have preferred a firmer mattress).

I had to book this hotel last minute. I felt safe and welcome. I had an incredibly good nights rest. And breakfast was delicious. The best part was that the staff was so kind.

It was a bad at check-in. I stood in line for close to an hour, the desk person was rude and not very polite. The next day I forgot my keycard in the room and had to go back to the desk for another one. I was very pleased with the desk manager Alicia. She is a very kind and thoughtful person. She was very apologetic for my experience the night before. I was in the process of looking for an Airbnb to check in due to my experience the night before. After meeting Alicia, I spoke with my son and we decided to stay. I didn’t have any other problems and all of the staff that I met after checking in was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms could be updated for the amount of money that I paid for 4 nights. My one year old was also on this trip so it would have been nice if the room was vacuumed daily.
