There isnt an elevator so be prepared for that if they put you on the 2nd floor. I was given the key to my room upon checking in. Go upstairs and my room isnt ready, still be cleaned. I didnt check in early. Back downstairs and I was given a new room on the first floor. Security lock didn't work. Loose and torn drywall in the bathroom. Towels had stains on them. Breakfast was continental, it was ok. AC was great Bed was comfortable TV channels and streaming great Good lightning

It was great for the price. Affordable. Breakfast options werent bad but coild of have a better variety. It was muffins, toast, waffle, yogurt and a few danishes. But again with the price not that big of deal. Front desk lady when we checked in was very nice and friendly. There is no elevator and the only ice machine vending machines are on first floor. Side doors DO NOT lock. We legit could just open the door without using our room key. Very nice water pressure. Plenty of hot water.

Showers were nice. Sofa bed was dirty. Not enough pillows. Found bed bugs in the morning. Rooms were hot and stuffy upon entering and took several hours to cool down. Vending machines were pretty much empty. Side door didn't work so we had to walk thru the front and all the way to the other end just to access the stairs up to our rooms.

Didn't have the king I requested so had a single queen. The side door does not lock so anyone can get into the building at night. Had to request Shower gel 3 times and then found out it was in the shampoo container so was washing my hair with body wash. Had to reset the door key every day.

Air conditioner didn’t work well-kept turning off in the middle of the night, wouldn’t turn back on. It got hot in the room. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. No cream for coffee at breakfast, just powdered fake creamer. No elevator. Very comfortable beds and Jo and her brother at front desk are great! Other front desk clerk (Kim?) is difficult to deal with.

I went to first check in and the person was so rude from the beginning and tried checking me into a room that I didn’t request. Then to top it off, I don’t know what kind of bug that was in the bathroom, but I also know that a mouse ate half of my crunch bar that we bought in the vending machine.

We were issued a room that had no bedding and was not clean, the next room they gave us had no pillow cases and the pillows were stained yellow and had mascara stains on them. The bathroom has long hair all over and if you got out of the shower to go into front room your feet got real dirty so i can only assume that the floors were not cleaned. The coffe holder had drops of coffe on it.

The dirties hotel I have ever stayed in, one of the pillows had 6 dried blood stains on it, there is no way they did not know it was there, shower curtain has stains all over it, to late to find another room. Stay as far away from this motel as you can. Breakfast is very very minimal. The outside of the building looks very nice but don’t let it food you it’s a dump

My room was clean and the price was right. The blow dryer outlet was broken, the 2nd night my key didn't work, and the rooms around me were noisy past midnight. My room was RIGHT NEXT to the stairwell and outside door for the smokers. It was loud and the outer door slammed but didn't latch. NOT SAFE. Maybe a different room within the property would have been better? There was a huge (15 people) party in the parking lot the secong night of my stay. Luckily, it was on the opposite side of the building.

Honestly, for the cheap price it's not a bad value. It's 1/3 the price of the higher end options across the street. However, it smells very strongly of Fabuloso cleaner. And the AC units are very noisy. I turned mine off in order to sleep. But otherwise rooms were quiet and relatively comfortable. My shower also didn't drain properly, which is gross. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was acceptable.

The evening front desk clerk was one of the nicest, friendliest, young men I have ever come across while checking in. Our room was great. This was a last minute decision to stay there. So glad we did. Property was sooo quiet! If ever in the area, stay!!

The daytime front desk clerk on the weekend is severely lacking in manners, and could most definitely benefit by following a career path in a different industry. Hospitality is not high on the list here. Manager information should be available upon request at any time. We were denied even getting that information until police has to be involved. Room smelled like pot upon arrival. Just a very low quality hotel for the cost. Super disappointed.

We stayed here while we were out watching the college World Series. This hotel is approximately 45 minutes from Charles Schwab Field, but we decided very late to go and everything was booked. With that being said this place was honestly a very easy drive. We could’ve stayed much closer and it would’ve took us longer to get to the hotel room because of the traffic. The very best thing about this hotel is the people working there are wonderful! When we left, I accidentally left my Apple Watch and charger in the room. They called me to let me know that it was found in the room, but at this point I was already on my way back home to North Carolina, they mailed me my Apple Watch and my charger! What wonderful honest people! I have left multiple things in hotel rooms over the years and not once have I had one returned to me. If I go to the World Series again next year I will absolutely stay in the same place no matter how many hotels have vacancies that are closer.

Clean quiet recently remodeled hotel. I travel with work year round, I stayed a week while working in the area and would stay again if back in this part of the world. I have alot of valuable tools and equipment I store in my truck and I never once felt worried about my vehicle being messed with at night. The area is clean and feels safe. Room was clean and comfortable. And rates were definitely reasonable. It was honestly nice to stay somewhere that didn't think they needed to charge 200 bucks a night for a hotel. So to owners and management, thank you for fair rates and a clean property.

There is a bit overwhelming scent of "deodorizer" in the room and maybe the building in general...it just makes me think that some foul odor is trying to be covered up. The room appears to be very well cleaned and the bed is comfortable. The front desk daytime staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very adequate - not fancy - but simply very adequate. The location of the hotel appears to be very safe....did not feel unsafe at all. We will stay here again.

The property is in a great location. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Apparently there had been a power surge in the area awhile back and blew out all of their fridges. So, we didn't have a good place to store our leftovers. Not a big deal to me though. I think this hotel was very typical for the area. Overall we had a positive experience.

Staff not as friendly as the council bluff staff. There were only 2 towels for 4 adult guests. Needed to leave before bkft open. Asked if there was anything we could have and there was no accommodation. Also one guest who did stay for bkft reported no pancake batter was available.
