The service was friendly, but we didn't enjoy our room at all and the outer doors do not lock and our window on the first floor wouldn't lock right. Our AC didn't work and it was 98° when we checked in. The AC unit wasn't cooling down, it wasn't sealed right into the wall and we could see light from around the wall unit to outside. It was so uncomfortable and I'm glad we only stayed 1 night. I didn't say anything or asked to be switched since it was only one night, but I had my dog and needed a first floor room. We had originally called ahead to confirm first floor, was told we would have it and at check in was given a 2nd floor room. She was able to switch me back to first floor, but they didn't have ac already started in the rooms, which wouldn't have mattered anyway. At night, we wanted to open the window to cool off, only to find a big hole in the screen of an already unlocked window. Small community and probably safe, but still...not ok. Went to grab breakfast and the juice machine was broken and not sure about the coffee...couldn't check as there were no cups. Waffles did smell great though, but at that point we left since we couldn't have beverages with breakfast.

Downstairs restroom was not available due to water leaking from the rooms above it.. our room had a mildew smell and the AC couldn’t get it cool.. The carpet was absolutely disgusting .. television remote didn’t work..

The key fobs on the doors was not working so the desk attendant had to open your room door for you. Carpet in room was stained. Facility was run down. Place is in need of a remodel.

Room heater ran every 90 seconds all night, maybe not working properly, blows cool air most of the time! Our room was the furthest from the front desk, next to the back outside door, unsafe, didn’t lock! Asked front desk this morning if there was fruit in breakfast rm, I was told none, only cereal, bagels and pastries! Not special diet friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable!

First of all the rooms were terrible!! Holes in the curtains, broken lamp shade, paint missing from the walls, blood stained towels. That’s not even the worst part!! The dead bolt on the door didn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the door unlocked!!! Tried to call the front desk and oh wait no phones in the room. Went to google phone numbers, all automated. Was to the point of calling 911 to come get us out. FINALLY after about 30 minutes of struggling with the door we were able to get out. I couldn’t get out of that establishment fast enough. Guaranteed never to return and will suggest to others not too as well!!

1.) Front desk staff unfriendly/unprofessional. Never actually checked me in. Did not ask me for ID either. 2.) Property/rooms disgusting. Mold on shower ceiling, leftover trash from previous patrons,and an awful smell. 3.) Night manager tried to enter room with key-card WITHOUT knocking. BECAUSE front desk girl did not check us in properly, the room was deemed empty and she entered. 4.) As if this wasn't enough, we wanted to leave ASAP, front desk girl asleep onnthe job. And was as if she was drugged because it was damn near impossible to wake her up.

I gave the evaluation I did to make sure my comment is shown!! By far the worse stay. The front desk was never at the counter when we walked in, not even in the hallways, they were no where in site. There’s bed bugs, and when I informed the front desk that there’s bed bugs I was told “oh okay, thanks” no accommodations, no apologies, nothing. I called cooperate and it can take up to a week to possible even get a refund. I will contacting my lawyer and going forward from there. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Our check in was great. When we came back after our visit and pull the sheets back there where yellow stains at the end of the bed . I was ill and couldnt deal with it so we slept on top of the sheets.

I did a late-night check-in, and the person in the office was pleasant. After that, things went downhill fast. The room was warm, so I turned on the air conditioner. It worked, but was noisy and seemed to have just one speed -- high. If I wanted to hear the TV without upping the volume excessively, I had to turn off the A/C. The entire motel seemed old and dinged-up, including my room. The carpeting was dirty, one lamp was missing a lightbulb, and the other lamp had a shade that looked like it had been in a fight -- and lost. The nightstand drawer had trash in it, and a previous resident's clothes were in a clothing drawer. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. In the bathroom, the toilet would frequently make noise because of an internal leak. I finally decided to turn it off between uses. Stay here only if you have no other choice.

Pros are that the staff was friendly and helpful, it is cheap and in a good location. Cons are It is old and sorely needs renovation. Fridge and tv has problems but we worked around them. Bed was comfy.

Staff was nice/helpful/friendly. Hotel itself could use some work. Deadbolt did not work on the door and safety latch was broke off. Carpet in the room was old/dirty and needs replaced. A/C ran nonstop and struggled to cool the room. Outside temps were only in the 70’s so it wasn’t even that hot out.

Waited at front desk for almost 30 minutes before anyone came to the desk. Called the hotel number and the phone rang at the desk where we were standing but no one was picking up. Let it ring until the phone just stopped ringing. Did this 3 times. Checked into room, immediately went to hang dress shirt, pants and my wife's dress for a funeral the next day and the hanger for the hanging close fell out of wall. Told front desk, but after two days, it was still not fixed. The laundry/maintenance room was left open, right across from our room, so that was unpleasant, but we did use it to gain access to drinking cups that were not in the room. Staff at front desk were unprofessional (uncaring)and sloppily dressed. When reported the hanging close thing out the response was ok I will report it. When the clerk finally arrived to check us in, it was I did not know you were here, I was in the back... no sorry, no, lets see what we can do... Stains on comforter. Last day of stay, my wife and i use our own shower gel. Unfortunately, I ran out, so I went to use the shower gel provided in the shower hanging on the wall... The dispenser was empty - nothing would pump out. I know we get what we pay for, but the month of July was a very expensive month for our travel, and knowing we were just looking for a place to lay our heads for a unpleasant trip for the funeral, we were looking for budget options. We will look for another hotel besides Super 8 for future travels.

They cancelled my reservation because I was late. This was after I had called earlier on the day of the reservation to let them know I would be late. Nothing like showing up with your kid in the middle of the night and sleeping in a parking lot!

This was a terrible experience. We stopped in around 12 PM to just check in because we wouldn’t be back until very late that day. The guy at the desk said all the rooms were being cleaned and I couldn’t check in. I said we didn’t want to go to a room, just wanted to check in so that it would be easier for us later. He said no. Later, around 3:30 pm, I get a call from the hotel telling me that they are over booked and they don’t have a room for us. I said I have a reservation and I booked the room weeks ago. She said sorry but nothing she could do. I asked for the owners name and phone number, she said she would give me a call the next. I did not receive a call. I asked for the person name that I was talking with and she hung up the phone. Terrible service and a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't consider this place. The room was musty smelling. I WAS DOUBLE BILLED! I reserved and prepaid with PayPal. At check in, my card was swiped. My statement showed both pending fees. At check out I confronted the hotel and was told that there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't cancel card swipe. I contacted Hotels.com, spoke to two agents that I could barely understand. They said they contacted the hotel and were told by the manager that it would be taken care of the next morning. Both payments show on my bank statement, that's there way of taking care of it.

9pm check in. Random people hanging out in front of hotel. Unsure if I should leave my vehicle. Once inside the first floor was very smelly as we made our way to our room. My room had an odor. A Musty smell. I had a 2 night stay. Night #2 was noise in the parking lot. Not good if you want a good night sleep. Due to a tight itinerary schedule I probably would have moved to a different property.

The room was nice although the bedspread had several cigarette burn holes and even the carpet had a few burn holes. The TV had a problem with the picture freezing off and on and it did it in every channel. But location was good to restaurants and shopping.

The toilet clogged up and i had to plunge it myself. The front desk lady let us keep the crappy plunger in the bathroom in case we needed it again. I say crappy because plunge once and it STAYED THAT WAY and i had to use my hand to unfold it to plunge again. Also, in the morning, the breakfast, the 2 "juices" were so empty that they looked crusty in the jugs-i opened the machine to see why the "apple juice" was clear! There was no sausage gravy, but the crock pot was there for it. The butter for the waffles was a stick on an open wrapper in the cooler, the waffle batter barely came out of the dispencer, and i didnt see milk anywhere for the 2 kinds of cereal they had!

TV didn’t work. Room was dark as lamp for desk was missing. Heat for room was either on high or nothing. Soap dispensers were all empty. Coffee maker outlet was lamp outlet so had to have switch on for coffee. Coffee maker and juice dispenser were labeled ‘not working’ in breakfast area. Biscuit & gravy was more like biscuit & wallpaper paste. Pop machine ‘out-of-order’. Hot water for shower was about 5 mins - tops. I cab safely say “won’t return”

The room was dirty, carpet needed cleaning about 6 months ago. nothing was wiped down very well. Need to do a major cleaning. The breakfast was horrible looking. A number of the breakfast sandwiches were out of date, I am guessing that that was sausage gravy in the crock pot, don't know for sure, and was not about to find out. WILL NOT stay there again.
