This place was awesome for the most part. We stayed there for 4 nights and 3 of the 4 was perfect. The staff, outdoor pool, and outdoor hangout area are great! Rooms were clean with everything you need including great A/C! One and only huge problem was Saturday night there were a couple rooms rented by tweakers. They were all over the grounds including pool area and obviously up all night. Definitely not an ideal set up for a family at that point. Marijuana smoke was flowing through vents into our room and reeked our room out. It was our last night and the staff was so cool we just toughed it out. Definitely not much the hotel can do about who rents rooms but certainly something to consider when booking here. If you catch it with the right crowd, which we did 3 of 4 nights, its is a great bang for your buck.

We have stayed at this property in the past & was expecting it to be the same, the room carpet was filthy and just seemed "tired". The pool was not clean and the area we used to sit at in the shade had bird poop everywhere! It wax so dosappointing! It was very hot and the pool we were so looking forwward to! Breakfast, pancakes dried out and had too Ask multiple times for replenishment. This was a 3 night stay on Saturday, finally they cleaned pool but was still lacking. The helpers were friendly snd very acommafsting

Upon entering office area, I was met with an overwhelming smell of roach spray. The young lady at the desk was quite unfriendly, acted bothered that I’d shown up: “Your room is over here (motioned over shoulder), hot breakfast over there”. Exterior room doors. Very dark, deserted parking lot. I had to pull into parking spaces and shine headlights to read room numbers. Very difficult to lock deadbolt. Room smell is best described as ancient smoker who probably had 30 indoor cats/wet dogs. I’m not a large person but the metal coils in the mattress creaked when I sat on the edge of the bed. Lukewarm shower at best but for travelers looking, this is a tub/shower combo. Empty toilet paper roll and the first tissue I pulled from the box had orange-reddish oily substance on it. The only room perks were the Seattle’s Best coffee pods. I slept with lights on to hopefully keep the roaches at bay but, alas, this one on the mirror this morning has proven me wrong. I will forgo the hot breakfast. I’m puzzled as to how this hotel has received such wonderful reviews.

We will definitely stops here again!! The staff at check in was great, very Friendly . The room was park at your door which we don't mind. Outside was very loud with the traffic on the highway, but once inside the room it was very quiet. Comfy bed , the walk in shower was great since before leaving on vacation I injured myself. Grrr! Breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast we had at a hotel in a long time.

I stayed in room 221. The reservation was myself, my wife and our dog. This room is/was dirty. The carpet is disgusting, it is very very dirty. The floor in bathroom had some spill on it, a sticky spill, and obviously had not been mopped clean. The smoke detector is missing. The TV screen was very dirty, This was my 5th stay and likely my last. Whether I have a dog or not, for $120.00 this was a a ripoff. Best Western and the owner should be ashamed.

The desk attendants were very friendly. Even the room cleaning lady was a sweetheart! Our room smelled clean, felt clean and the air conditioning was great! Breakfast was amazing with so many choices.

Sadly, when I entered my room, there were dead gnats on the air conditioning unit and a fly swatter sitting next to them. This was a bad first impression. Then I discovered dirt on the carpet and more gnats and bugs to follow. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the women working in the kitchen were wonderful.

Quick and easy sign in. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the heater/AC ran almost constantly. The room was chilly when I arrived so I set the temperature at 74 until the room warmed, then turned it down to 70. Had the fan set first on auto, then low. And it ran constantly, with cool air blowing on the bed. A bit of a chilly night. I didn't get to breakfast until 8 and by then, everything that should be hot had cooled down. The place was quiet and restful overall.

So the first room they put me in has a non operational fridge, so I called the desk and they immediately switched me rooms. Second room fridge worked but the remote for the TV wouldn't change the channel. I called the desk and they sent someone to take a look at it but no one really knew how to fix it. I pulled up the cable company website to troubleshoot the remote to no avail. They told me the night shift worker would have a better chance to fix it and to call the desk in a couple hours. I did and the guy was pretty curt and didn't even come look and didn't offer to change my room. So I did my entire stay on Comedy Central which luckily I like well enough. The room was clean, the AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely and not over chlorinated. Paying full price for a room with only one channel sticks in my teeth a little though, and that's why I only gave 4 stars.

The room was clean and check it was easy. Two problems though, first the TV was broken it had a line of broke pixels running though the middle of it. The biggest problem was the shower did not have any hot water. For that reason I would not book this hotel again. On a positive note the breakfast was great!

The hotel is outstanding in every way. Not sure if it’s new but if not it has been newly remodeled with large walk-in shower and very comfortable bed. The Continental Brekfast was amazing as well.

We was happy with our room the beds are very comfortable. We was very happy with the room until we tried taking a shower. It was nothing but a trickle coming out of the spicket & shower head . We called down to the front desk about it and they moved us to another room right away. It was a great inconvenience since we was ready for bed after driving all day, and it was 32 degrees and very windy and the new room was at the other end of the building. And the cold wind felt like it was blowing through us. Even the new room had very little pressure. The next morning they served a really yummy breakfast. Was was able to talk to the person in charge. She apologized for our inconvenience and told us she was going to get us a refund. We haven't heard anything yet about that. This wasn't our first stay there. We have stopped every year for 4 years at least on our way through.. I hope they get the issue fixed . Very disappointed that such a nice hotel has so many problems. Hopefully they get it back up to the standard it once was.

If your handicap and request accommodations. Even if they message you, call them and verify they will be able to accommodate your needs.. had them put my disabled mother in law on lower as a request. They appoved request but then i got there,she was on second floor with no ground availability. Found a new hotel and spent more money due to short notice since i did not want to carry a person up stairs and down stairs.

Upon entering office area, I was met with an overwhelming smell of roach spray. The young lady at the desk was quite unfriendly, acted bothered that I’d shown up: “Your room is over here (motioned over shoulder), hot breakfast over there”. Exterior room doors. Very dark, deserted parking lot. I had to pull into parking spaces and shine headlights to read room numbers. Very difficult to lock deadbolt. Room smell is best described as ancient smoker who probably had 30 indoor cats/wet dogs. I’m not a large person but the metal coils in the mattress creaked when I sat on the edge of the bed. Lukewarm shower at best but for travelers looking, this is a tub/shower combo. Empty toilet paper roll and the first tissue I pulled from the box had orange-reddish oily substance on it. The only room perks were the Seattle’s Best coffee pods. I slept with lights on to hopefully keep the roaches at bay but, alas, this one on the mirror this morning has proven me wrong. I will forgo the hot breakfast. I’m puzzled as to how this hotel has received such wonderful reviews.

The desk attendants were very friendly. Even the room cleaning lady was a sweetheart! Our room smelled clean, felt clean and the air conditioning was great! Breakfast was amazing with so many choices.

WD-40 on the door of the room would have made the experience of staying here a lot easier. Check-in was great. Easy breezy. Took 5-6 minutes of pushing down w all my body weight to finally get into the room. Then, when I was trying to leave, the door lock would not fully disengage. After about 5-7 mins was out. Was able to get in later w no issues but the next morning when I was taking a shower the fire alarm went off. The staff was very nice just not my jam.

We will definitely stops here again!! The staff at check in was great, very Friendly . The room was park at your door which we don't mind. Outside was very loud with the traffic on the highway, but once inside the room it was very quiet. Comfy bed , the walk in shower was great since before leaving on vacation I injured myself. Grrr! Breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast we had at a hotel in a long time.

The hotel is outstanding in every way. Not sure if it’s new but if not it has been newly remodeled with large walk-in shower and very comfortable bed. The Continental Brekfast was amazing as well.
