I registered at your motel because you advertised inside pool. I was traveling with my grandchildren. They were so upset to find out they could not swim at the end of the day because it was closed. I could have made reservations elsewhere had I been informed when checking in that early afternoon.

Check in was a breeze. Not sure of the man's name who was at the front desk but he was great. Laundry in the facility was such a bonus.Nice to have separate closet space.

Room was good, reservations were totally screwed up but were corrected. Did not see maid service the 2 nights there, so no trash emptied, towel replaced etc. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Oddly there was no towel bar available to the tub, only a small one by the sink. Great breakfast both mornings, and plenty of coffee. Word of warning; the indoor swimming pool is icy cold!

Large, clean room (suite). The air conditioner was so loud when cycling on & off that I had to leave it off all night in order to sleep. The room didn't get particularly hot, but it wasn't ideal. The view out the window was of the concrete roof of the lobby portico. A dozen pigeons roosted there, virtually on the window sill. They weren't as offensive as traffic noise - of which there was little at this location - but they didn't shut up all day and night.

We were in room 202 and the mattress needs replaced my husband and I both kept rolling to center of the bed because the mattress felt it had a hole in it. I know it didn’t but that’s how it felt. I did mention it to the front desk clerk but i am not sure she was going to do anything about it.

We stayed 6 days, 5 nights. I really thought they would provide clean towels and empty trash after 2-3 days. Also to refill our coffee in the room. We did not put the do not disturb sign on the door do I don’t know why they didn’t check. Also, the bed had a big indentation from people sleeping in it. They need to turn the mattress once in a while.

Our door room 407 had issue with the door lock. Also at breakfast my sister who has health issues accidentally dropped her fruit cup and it busted and spilled on the floor. Again it was an accident and the lady working the breakfast area threw a cloth right behind my sister and made a loud UGH and then spoke in Spanish It was very rude and was not called for. My sister had said sorry and your employee made her feel bad. So this was very upsetting this morning for us.

The room was so clean and inviting, we just about didn't want to leave to go to our concert! The staff was very friendly and breakfast had a good assortment of food choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
