It’s a very nice place older but clean and very quiet. I would stay here again and recommend it’s a good place to stay.

Where do I start. We weren’t welcomed or thanked! Staff was rude. Continental breakfast was non existent! Dry cereal, really??!!!! So many things in the room should have been in the trash. Broken stuff. No Kleenex. The TV was terrible and maybe 4 channels. It buffered continuously so you missed have of the shows. The TOPPER! We were above the “lounge” and they started karaoke about 8:30 and was still going at five in the morning. The sign in the lobby asks you to keep noise to a minimum to respect the privacy of other!! Really? I called the desk and they could care less. I really think we deserve a refund for Tuesday night. I paid for a night of sleep and definitely did not get it. Will NEVER recommend your hotel to anyone!!!!!

⭐ 1 STAR — BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING HERE Our experience at the Days Inn in Lawton, Oklahoma was horrible. Our plans unexpectedly changed and we had to check out the same day. The front desk clerk clearly told us we would be charged for one day plus an early checkout fee because of their 24-hour policy. We accepted that because that was the policy explained to us. Instead, the manager charged us for THREE DAYS. That is completely unacceptable. If we had been told upfront that we would be charged for three days regardless of checking out the same day, we would have handled the situation differently. Being told one thing by the front desk and then being charged something completely different by management left us feeling misled and ripped off. TRAVELERS BEWARE: If you stay here, get EVERYTHING in writing. Ask exactly what you will be charged if your plans change, take pictures or screenshots of the cancellation policy, and keep every receipt. We will not stay here again. A hotel should honor what its staff tells its guests, especially when it involves hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges.

The cleaning of the room was ok, microwave should have been cleaned out more it had residual food inside when it was opened so it wasn’t used. No ice bucket and went to tell the front desk they said “there should have been one there.” There should be an ice machine on the second floor and not only on the first floor. The bathroom door 🚪 did not close and was installed wrong. The chair at the desk was broken and needed to be replaced. Intermittent wi-fi and it was a problem for everybody and in every room. If you’re having families coming from all over for graduation day at Ft. Sill and it happens very frequently you need to update your internet and your rooms on 1st and 2nd floors. A positive was the pool was very clean and maintained but the deck has to go because it is deteriorating and all they did was paint it. A patio would be a lot better and safer for the customers. Location is good next to the highway for easy access and to Fort Sill Key Gate for soldier graduations. I am sure they have the funds so they need to invest in the hotel 🏨 so they can compete with Hilton.
